Cel P: Dostosowanie kształcenie zawod. 550 ucz. z pow. puławskiego do wymagań rynku pracy oraz podniesienie jakości kształcenia w 10 szk. zawod. Pow. puławskiego do 30 IX 2019r Cel główny będzie realizowany za pomocą celów szczegółowych tj.: zwiększenie współpracy 10 szkół zawodowych z pracodawcami do IX 2019 r, podniesienie umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów 550 uczniów, umożliwienie zdobycia nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych 17 nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych ze szkół powiatu puławskiego, poprawa warunków nauczania w 10 szkołach powiatu puławskiego. Cele zostaną zrealizowane poprzez dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów, kursy dla uczniów dające dodatkowe uprawnienia, współpracę szkół objętych projektem z szkołami wyższymi w zakresie aktualizacji ich wiedzy( studia podyplomowe, szkolenia) , współpracę szkół objętych projektem z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji dodatkowych staży/praktyk oraz wyposażenie pracowni szkolny w nowoczesny, dostosowany do potrzeb rynku pracy sprzęt i wyposażenie. Gr docelową będą uczniowie i nauczyciele przedmiotów zawodowych/instruktorzy praktycznej nauki zawodu szkół wymienionych w pkt. 3.1.2. Rezultatem będzie podniesienie jakości kształcenia w szkołach objętych projektem oraz wyposażenie uczniów w kwalifikacje i umiejętności zawodowe niezbędne na rynku pracy. (Polish)

Objective P: Adapting vocational training. 550 Learner from Puławy to the requirements of the labour market and increase the quality of education in 10 schools. Pow. Puławy up to 30 IX 2019r The main objective will be pursued with specific objectives, i.e.: increase the cooperation of 10 vocational schools with employers by IX 2019, raising the skills and professional qualifications of 550 pupils, enabling the acquisition of new professional qualifications 17 teachers of vocational subjects from Puławy county schools, improvement of teaching conditions in 10 schools in Puławy county. The objectives will be achieved through additional specialised activities for pupils, courses for pupils providing additional qualifications, cooperation of schools covered by the project with higher education institutions in the field of updating their knowledge (postgraduate studies, training), cooperation of the schools covered by the project with employers in the organisation of additional internships/practice, and the equipment and equipment of the school’s modern, labour market-specific equipment and equipment. The target will be pupils and teachers of vocational subjects/trainers of practical training of the schools listed in point. 3.1.2. The result will be to improve the quality of education in the schools covered by the project and to equip pupils with the skills and vocational skills needed in the labour market. (English)

Objectif P: Adaptation de la formation professionnelle. 550 étudiants de la région de Puławy aux exigences du marché du travail et à l’amélioration de la qualité de l’éducation dans 10 ans de la profession. D’ici au 30 septembre 2019, le principal objectif sera mis en œuvre au moyen d’objectifs spécifiques, à savoir: renforcer la coopération entre 10 écoles professionnelles et employeurs d’ici à 2019, améliorer les compétences et les qualifications professionnelles des élèves de 550 élèves, permettant à 17 enseignants de matières professionnelles des écoles du district de Puławy d’acquérir de nouvelles qualifications professionnelles, améliorant les conditions d’enseignement dans 10 écoles du district de Puławy. Les objectifs seront atteints au moyen d’activités spécialisées supplémentaires pour les étudiants, de cours pour les étudiants donnant des qualifications supplémentaires, de coopération entre les écoles couvertes par le projet et les universités dans le domaine de la mise à jour de leurs connaissances (études postuniversitaires, formation), de la coopération entre les écoles couvertes par le projet et les employeurs dans l’organisation de stages/apprentissages supplémentaires et d’équipement moderne et adapté aux besoins du marché du travail. L’objectif sera les étudiants et les enseignants des matières professionnelles/formateurs de la formation pratique des écoles énumérées au point. 3.1.2. Le résultat sera d’améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement dans les écoles couvertes par le projet et de doter les élèves des qualifications professionnelles et des compétences nécessaires au marché du travail. Ziel P: Anpassung der Berufsausbildung. 550 Studierende aus der Region Puławy zu den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes und zur Verbesserung der Qualität der Ausbildung in 10 Jahren des Berufs. Bis zum 30. September 2019 wird das Hauptziel durch spezifische Ziele verwirklicht, d. h.: Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit zwischen zehn Berufsschulen und Arbeitgebern bis zum IX. 2019, Verbesserung der beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen der Schüler von 550 Schülern, die es 17 Berufsfachlehrern von Schulen im Bezirk Puławy ermöglichen, neue berufliche Qualifikationen zu erwerben, wodurch die Lehrbedingungen in 10 Schulen des Puławy-Bezirks verbessert werden. Die Ziele werden durch zusätzliche spezialisierte Aktivitäten für Studierende, Kurse für Studierende, die zusätzliche Qualifikationen vermitteln, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den vom Projekt erfassten Schulen und den Universitäten auf dem Gebiet der Aktualisierung ihrer Kenntnisse (Postgraduiertenstudium, Ausbildung), die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den vom Projekt erfassten Schulen und Arbeitgebern bei der Organisation zusätzlicher Praktika/Ausbildungen sowie die Ausstattung des Schulraums mit modernen, an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes angepassten Ausrüstungen und Ausrüstungen erreicht. Ziel sind Schüler und Lehrer von Berufsfächern/Ausbildern der praktischen Ausbildung der unter Punkt aufgeführten Schulen. 3.1.2. Das Ergebnis wird darin bestehen, die Qualität der Bildung in den unter das Projekt fallenden Schulen zu verbessern und die Schüler mit den für den Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen beruflichen Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten auszustatten.
