Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest wzrost dostępności wysokiej jakości usług społecznych użyteczności publicznej, w grupie 160 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Żyrzyn i Końskowola do 31.12.2020 r. Grupę docelową stanowi 160 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Żyrzyn i Końskowola. Są to: - dzieci i młodzież w wieku 6 -16 lat pochodzące z rodzin wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym - 90 osób - rodzice i prawni opiekunowie dzieci pochodzących z rodzin wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym - 70 osób Projekt zakłada rozwój różnych form wsparcia rodziny w 2 gminach wiejskich województwa lubelskiego, w których zidentyfikowano brak takich usług wsparcia (KRYT. SPEC. 8). ZADANIA: - ROZWÓJ PLACÓWEK WSPARCIA DZIENNEGO NA TERENIE GMINY ŻYRZYN w ramach którego utworzona zostanie Świetlica Środowiskowa w Żerdzi i trzy Ogniska wychowawcze w miejscowościach Osiny, Kośmin, Żyrzyn - 50 nowych miejsc. - ROZWÓJ PLACÓWEK WSPARCIA DZIENNEGO NA TERENIE GMINY KOŃSKOWOLA w ramach którego utworzona zostanie Placówka Wsparcia Dziennego w Końskowoli i trzy Ogniska wychowawcze w miejscowościach Chrząchów i Pożóg - 40 nowych miejsc. - UTWORZENIE MIĘDZYGMINNEGO PUNKTU KONSULTACYJNO-DORADCZEGO w ramach działania Punktu rodziny objęte projektem będą mogły skorzystać z bezpłatnych spotkań z psychologiem, 2 terapeutami, mediatorem rodzinnym oraz prawnikiem. Zaplanowane w projekcie kompleksowe działania na rzecz rozwoju systemu wsparcia rodziny przyczynią się do podniesienia jakości usług społecznych oraz ograniczenia jednej z istotnych barier jaką jest wykluczenie z dostępu do podstawowych usług publicznych warunkujących możliwości rozwojowe osobom wykluczonym, bądź zagrożonym ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, zwłaszcza osobom starszym, niepełnosprawnym i niesamodzielnym, wzrostu liczby miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych. I'M A SPECIALIST. 8.TASKS: — DISCOUNT WSPARCIA IN TERENIE GMINY Żyrzyn, within which the Environmental Vegetables in the fords and three educational camps in Osina, Kośmin, Żyrzyn will be created – 50 new places. — A REQUIPMENT OF DAY WSPARCIA IN THE TERENNA GMINA Końskowola, within which the Day Support Centre in Końskowola will be created and three educational fires in the villages of Chrząchów and fire – 40 new places. — The Intercommunity Consultative and Advisory PUNKT in the framework of the action of the Family Point covered by the project will be able to benefit from free meetings with a psychologist, 2 therapists, a family mediator and a lawyer. The project’s comprehensive actions for the development of the family support system will contribute to improving the quality of social services and reducing one of the important barriers of exclusion from access to basic public services that are conditional on the development of people who are excluded, or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, especially for the elderly, disabled and dependent, increasing the number of places to provide social services. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la disponibilité de services sociaux d’intérêt général de qualité, dans le groupe de 160 personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale de la commune de yrzyn et de Końskowola d’ici au 31.12.2020. Le groupe cible est composé de 160 personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale de la zone de la commune de Žyrzyn et de Końskowola. Il s’agit de: — enfants et jeunes âgés de 6 à 16 ans issus de familles exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale — 90 personnes — parents et tuteurs légaux des enfants issus de familles exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale — 70 personnes Le projet envisage le développement de diverses formes de soutien familial dans deux municipalités rurales de la voïvodie de Lubelskie, où un manque de tels services de soutien a été constaté (crit. UN SPECTATEUR. 8). TÂCHES: — Le développement de la journée SUPPORT PLATING POUR LE Treen de la commune de ▲yrzyn, qui créera une lumière environnementale dans les pôles et trois centres éducatifs à Osiny, Kośmin, yrzyn — 50 nouveaux lieux. — Développement du soutien quotidien PLATING SUR la municipalité de Końskowola, qui créera un bureau d’appui quotidien à Końskowola et trois centres éducatifs à Chrzachów et Pożóg — 40 nouveaux endroits. — La création d’un POINT DE CONSULTATION-DORADIC intermunicipal dans le cadre de l’action du Point Famille couvert par le projet pourra bénéficier de rencontres gratuites avec un psychologue, 2 thérapeutes, un médiateur familial et un avocat. Les mesures globales prévues dans le projet de développement du système d’aide à la famille contribueront à améliorer la qualité des services sociaux et à réduire l’un des principaux obstacles à l’accès aux services publics de base qui sont conditionnés par les possibilités de développement des personnes exclues ou menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale, en particulier pour les personnes âgées, handicapées et dépendantes, ce qui augmentera le nombre de places pour fournir des services sociaux. Die Zielgruppe besteht aus 160 Personen, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Żyrzyn und Końskowola ausgeschlossen oder bedroht sind. Dabei handelt es sich um: — Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 6 bis 16 Jahren aus Familien, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung ausgeschlossen sind oder von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind – 90 Personen – Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigte von Kindern aus Familien, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind – 70 Personen Das Projekt sieht die Entwicklung verschiedener Formen der Familienförderung in zwei ländlichen Gemeinden der Woiwodschaft Lubelskie vor, in denen ein Mangel an solchen Unterstützungsleistungen festgestellt wurde (Kriterium. EIN ZUSCHAUER. 8). AUFGABEN: — Die Entwicklung des Tages SUPPORT PLATING FÜR DIE Treen der Żyrzyn Gemeinde, die ein Umweltlicht in den Polen und drei Bildungszentren in Osiny, Kośmin, Żyrzyn – 50 neue Orte schaffen wird. — Entwicklung der täglichen Unterstützung PLATING ON der Gemeinde Końskowola, die ein tägliches Unterstützungsbüro in Końskowola und drei Bildungszentren in Chrzachów und Pożóg – 40 neue Plätze – einrichten wird. — Die Schaffung einer interkommunalen CONSULTATION-DORADIC POINT im Rahmen der Aktion des vom Projekt abgedeckten Family Point kann von kostenlosen Treffen mit einem Psychologen, 2 Therapeuten, einem Familienvermittler und einem Anwalt profitieren. Die im Rahmen des Projekts für die Entwicklung des Familienförderungssystems geplanten umfassenden Maßnahmen werden dazu beitragen, die Qualität der sozialen Dienstleistungen zu verbessern und eines der wichtigen Hindernisse für den Zugang zu grundlegenden öffentlichen Dienstleistungen zu verringern, die durch die Entwicklungschancen von Personen, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, insbesondere für ältere, behinderte und abhängige Menschen, bedingt sind, was eine Zunahme der Plätze für die Erbringung sozialer Dienstleistungen darstellt.
