Celem głównym projektu jest ochrona środowiska naturalnego poprzez zwiększenie wykorzystania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (OZE). Rezultatem projektu jest "Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34)" - 817,75 tony ekwiwalentu CO2 /rok. Głównymi grupami docelowymi są mieszkańcy i turyści z terenu gminy (szczegółowy opis znajduje się w studium wykonalności). Projekt przewiduje wykonanie 674 inst. próżniowych kolektorów słon. o sum. mocy 1703,15kW oraz 63 pieców na biomasę (1336kW) służ. do podgrz. c.o. i c.w.u. Dodatkowo w projekcie zaplanowano zadania towarzyszące (opracowanie studium wyk, opracowanie dokumentacji proj i kosztorysu inwestor, wykonanie platformy Internet zarządzającej energią w oparciu o technologię TIK oraz przeprowadzenie promocji poprzez ustawienie tablic i informacji na stronie www, a także zarządzanie projektem). Analiza wybranego wariantu projektu potwierdza trafność wyboru: - wariant przyczyniający się do realizacji celów projektu - wariant przedstawiający najniższe nakłady na jednostkę miary rezultatu - wariant najszybciej wykonalny z uwagi na najmniej skomplikowany charakter i ograniczenie spraw proceduralnych do minimum - nieskomplikowany charakter wariantu nie wymagania angażowania lub zatrudniania nowych osób - realizacja wariantu nie powoduje konieczności uzyskania dodatkowych pozwoleń - wariant najbardziej akceptowalny przez społeczność lokalną i władze gminy - realizacja wariantu na obszarze OSI: 4. Obszary gospodarczego wykorzystania walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych - projekt wpisujący się w cele wszystkich dokumentów stra ( na poziomie ponadreg, region i lokal). W Programie Ochrony Powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej stwierdzone zostały ponadnormatywne poziomy szkodliwego pyłu zawieszonego w powietrzu (PM10). W skład pyłu zawieszonego mogą wchodzić substancje toksyczne m.in. benzo(a)piren. W związku z powyższym planowana inwestycja polegająca na zmniejszeniu emisji szkodliwych substancji do środ zgodna jest z POP (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to protect the environment by increasing the use of energy from renewable sources (RES). The project results in an estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) – 817.75 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year. The main target groups are residents and tourists from the municipality (a detailed description can be found in the feasibility study). The project envisages the execution of 674 vacuum salt manifolds with a total power of 1703.15 kW and 63 biomass kilns (1336 kW) to serve for heating c.o.o. and hot water. Additionally, the project plans accompanying tasks (development of the study, preparation of project documentation and cost estimate of the investor, execution of the Internet platform managing energy based on ICT technology and carrying out promotions by setting up tables and information on the website, as well as project management). The analysis of the selected project option confirms the accuracy of the choice: — Option contributing to the objectives of the project – option representing the lowest cost per unit of measurement – the fastest feasible option due to the least complex nature and the minimum of procedural matters – the simple nature of the option not requiring the involvement or employment of new people – the implementation of the option does not require additional permits – the option most acceptable by the local community and municipal authorities – the implementation of the option in the OSI area: 4. Areas of economic exploitation of natural and cultural assets – a project that fits into the objectives of all straddling documents (at the level of supra, region and locality). The Air Protection Programme for the Lublin zone identified supranormative levels of harmful particulate matter in the air (PM10). Particulate matter may include toxic substances such as benzo(a)pyrene. Therefore, the planned investment to reduce emissions of harmful substances by Wednesday is in line with the POP (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est de protéger l’environnement en augmentant l’utilisation des sources d’énergie renouvelables (SER). Le résultat du projet est «Réduction annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre (CI34)» — 817,75 tonnes d’équivalent CO2/an. Les principaux groupes cibles sont les résidents et les touristes de la municipalité (la description détaillée figure dans l’étude de faisabilité). Le projet prévoit l’exécution de 674 capteurs solaires à vide d’une capacité totale de 1 703,15 kW et 63 fours à biomasse (1 336 kW) destinés à chauffer l’eau chaude et froide. En outre, le projet comprend des tâches d’accompagnement (élaboration de l’étude de l’étude, préparation de la documentation du projet et estimation des coûts de l’investisseur, mise en place de la plate-forme Internet de gestion de l’énergie basée sur les technologies de l’information et de la communication et réalisation de la promotion par l’établissement de tableaux et d’informations sur le site Internet, ainsi que la gestion du projet). L’analyse de l’option de projet sélectionnée confirme le caractère approprié du choix: — option contribuant aux objectifs du projet — l’option présentant la dépense la plus faible par unité de résultat — l’option la plus réalisable en raison de la nature la moins complexe et la minimisation des questions de procédure — la nature la plus simple de l’option n’exige pas le recrutement ou l’embauche de nouvelles personnes — la mise en œuvre de l’option ne nécessite pas de permis supplémentaires — l’option la plus acceptable pour la communauté locale et les autorités municipales — mise en œuvre de l’option dans la zone OSI: 4. Zones d’exploitation économique des biens naturels et culturels — un projet qui s’inscrit dans les objectifs de tous les documents au niveau de la supranationalité, de la région et des locaux. Dans le programme de protection de l’air pour la zone de Lublin, des niveaux excessifs de particules nocives dans l’air (PM10) ont été identifiés. Les particules peuvent inclure des substances toxiques telles que le benzo(a)pyrène. Par conséquent, l’investissement prévu consistant à réduire les émissions de substances nocives dans le cadre de la mesure est conforme au POP. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist der Schutz der Umwelt durch eine verstärkte Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen (RES). Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist „Schätzte jährliche Reduktion der Treibhausgasemissionen (CI34)“ – 817,75 Tonnen CO2Äq/Jahr. Die wichtigsten Zielgruppen sind Bewohner und Touristen aus der Gemeinde (detaillierte Beschreibung finden Sie in der Machbarkeitsstudie). Das Projekt sieht die Ausführung von 674 inst. Vakuum-Solarkollektoren mit einer Gesamtleistung von 1 703,15 kW und 63 Biomasseöfen (1 336 kW) für das Aufheizen des warmen und kalten Wassers zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Projekt begleitende Aufgaben (Entwicklung der Studie, Erstellung der Projektdokumentation und Kostenschätzung des Investors, Implementierung der Internetplattform, Energiemanagement auf Basis der IKT-Technologie und Durchführung der Förderung durch Tabellen und Informationen auf der Website sowie Projektmanagement). Die Analyse der ausgewählten Projektoption bestätigt die Angemessenheit der Wahl: — Option, die zu den Zielen des Projekts beiträgt – die Option mit den geringsten Ausgaben pro Ergebniseinheit – die am besten durchführbare Option aufgrund der geringsten Komplexität und der Minimierung von Verfahrensfragen – die einfachste Art der Option erfordert nicht die Einstellung oder Einstellung neuer Personen – die Umsetzung der Option erfordert keine zusätzlichen Genehmigungen – die Option, die für die lokale Gemeinschaft und die kommunalen Behörden am meisten akzeptabel ist – die Umsetzung der Option im OSI-Bereich: 4. Gebiete für die wirtschaftliche Nutzung von Natur- und Kulturgütern – ein Projekt, das in die Ziele aller Dokumente auf der Ebene der Supranationalität, der Region und der Räumlichkeiten einpasst.
