Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja ogniw fotowoltaicznych oraz pomp aerotermalnych zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją. Instalacje fotowoltaiczne typu on - grid zostaną zamontowane na 40 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Żyrzyn (łączna moc 100 kW). Pompy o łącznej mocy 48 kW zostaną zainstalowane na 26 budynkach prywatnych. Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii elektrycznej i cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną oraz aerotermalną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Żyrzyn (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 0,165 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej -102,84 MWth/rok. Produkcja energii elektrycznej 92,92 MWe/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej - 40 szt. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 26 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 101,08 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Żyrzyn, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. The subject of the project is the purchase and installation of photovoltaic cells and aerothermal pumps according to the attached documentation. Photovoltaic installations of the on – grid type will be installed on 40 private buildings in the Zyrzyn Municipality (total power of 100 kW). Pumps with a total capacity of 48 kW will be installed on 26 private buildings. Existing conventional sources of electricity and heat will be replaced by free solar and aerothermal energy. Implementing the specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the state of the environment. The target group will be residents of the municipality of Żyrzyn (private users), who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 0,165 MW. Production of heat energy -102,84 MWth/year. Electricity production 92,92 MWe/year. Number of units of electricity generation – 40 pcs. Number of units of heat generation – 26 pcs. Decrease in CO emissions 2-101.08 Mg/year.Air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air protection programme. There are no corrective or short-term measures for the municipality of Żyrzyn for the Lublin SEZ, which means that the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment have not been exceeded. L’objet du projet est l’achat et l’installation de cellules photovoltaïques et de pompes aérothermiques conformément à la documentation ci-jointe. Des installations photovoltaïques sur réseau seront installées sur 40 objets privés dans la municipalité d’Uyrzyn (puissance totale de 100 kW). Des pompes d’une puissance totale de 48 kW seront installées sur 26 bâtiments privés. Les sources conventionnelles existantes d’électricité et de chaleur seront remplacées par des énergies solaires et aérothermiques gratuites. La réalisation des objectifs spécifiques améliorera indirectement l’attractivité touristique de la région, améliorera les conditions de vie de ses habitants et améliorera directement l’environnement. Le groupe cible sera les résidents de la commune de 'yrzyn (utilisateurs privés) qui ont exprimé leur volonté de participer au projet exprimé sous la forme d’une enquête. Indicateurs de projet — capacité supplémentaire de production d’énergie renouvelable — 0,165 MW. Production de chaleur -102,84 MWth/an. Production d’électricité 92,92 MWe/an. Nombre d’unités de production d’énergie — 40 unités Nombre d’unités de production de chaleur — 26 unités Diminution des émissions de CO 2-101,08 Mg/an. La qualité de l’air dans la municipalité est bonne; il n’y a pas d’obligation d’élaborer un programme relatif à la qualité de l’air. Le POP de Lublin n’indique aucune mesure corrective ou à court terme pour la municipalité d’Uyrzyn, ce qui signifie qu’il n’y a pas eu de dépassement des teneurs en substances faisant l’objet d’une évaluation de la qualité de l’air. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Kauf und Einbau von Photovoltaikzellen und aerothermischen Pumpen gemäß der beigefügten Dokumentation. Netzgebundene Photovoltaikanlagen werden auf 40 privaten Objekten in der Gemeinde Żyrzyn installiert (Gesamtleistung von 100 kW). Auf 26 Privatgebäuden werden Pumpen mit einer Gesamtleistung von 48 kW installiert. Bestehende konventionelle Strom- und Wärmequellen werden durch freie Solar- und Aerothermie ersetzt. Die Verwirklichung der spezifischen Ziele wird indirekt die touristische Attraktivität der Region verbessern, die Lebensbedingungen ihrer Einwohner verbessern und die Umwelt unmittelbar verbessern. Die Zielgruppe wird Einwohner der Gemeinde Żyrzyn (Privatnutzer), die ihre Bereitschaft zum Ausdruck brachten, dem Projekt in Form einer Umfrage beizutreten. Projektindikatoren – zusätzliche Erzeugungskapazität für erneuerbare Energien – 0,165 MW. Wärmeerzeugung -102,84 MWth/Jahr. Stromerzeugung 92,92 MWe/Jahr. Die POP Lublin enthält keine Korrektur- oder kurzfristigen Maßnahmen für die Gemeinde Żyrzyn, was bedeutet, dass keine Überschreitungen der Gehalte an Stoffen, die einer Luftqualitätsbewertung unterzogen wurden, vorliegen.
