Projekt obejmuje realizację zadań związanych z prawidłowym i bezawaryjnym dostarczaniem wody mieszkańcom Gminy Wola Uhruska podłączonym do sieci wodociągowej. W szczególności inwestycja obejmuje: zakup urządzenia do wykrywania awarii na sieci, wymianę wodomierzy na wodomierze za zdalnym odczytem (1045 szt.), zakup programu / systemu który umożliwiałby przesyłanie danych odczytanych z wodomierzy do systemu komputerowego Gminy (np w celu automatycznego wystawienia faktury), uruchomienie serwisu internetowego służącego odbiorcom (sprawdzanie stanów liczników i historii opłat oraz zużycia, zgłaszanie awarii, zgłaszanie problemów technicznych, ocena jakości usług). Zakres prac wynika z problemów: trudne do zlokalizowania awarie na sieci powodujące duże straty wody, ciężkie do zlokalizowania wycieki, długi czas związany z naliczaniem opłat za wodę z uwagi na brak możliwości odczytu licznika (brak właścicieli). W wyniku zaplanowanych prac nastąpi usprawnienie systemu wodociągowego na terenie całej gminy wiejskiej Wola Uhruska. Bezpośrednio z efektów skorzystają mieszkańcy Gminy podłączeni do sieci wodociągowej (2 570 osób wg. danych GUS, poziom zwodociągowania wynosi 65,1%). Efekty realizacji inwestycji odczują również pracownicy Gminy odczytujący stan liczników oraz naliczający opłaty za wodę (dzięki automatyzacji procesów z tym związanych). Rezultaty projektu: Przewidywana liczba osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę - 2 570 osób. (Polish)

The project includes the implementation of tasks related to correct and non-compromising supply of water to residents of Wola Uhruska commune connected to the water supply network. In particular, the investment shall include: purchase of a device for detection of failures on the network, replacement of water meters with a remote reading (1045 pieces), purchase of a program/system which would allow transfer of data read from water meters to the computer system of the municipality (e.g. for automatic issuing of invoices), launching an online service for customers (checking the meter states and history of charges and consumption, reporting failures, reporting technical problems, assessment of the quality of services). The scope of the work is due to problems: difficult to locate failures on networks causing heavy water loss, heavy to locate leaks, long time associated with charging for water due to the inability to read the meter (no owners). As a result of the planned work, the water supply system will be improved throughout the village of Wola Uhruska. Directly the effects will benefit the residents of the Municipality connected to the water supply network (2 570 people according to CSO data, the level of sewage is 65.1 %). The effects of the implementation of the investment will also be felt by employees of the Municipality reading the state of meters and charging water charges (due to the automation of the related processes). Le projet comprend la mise en œuvre de tâches liées à l’approvisionnement en eau correct et sans problème des résidents de la municipalité de Wola Uhruska raccordée au réseau d’approvisionnement en eau. En particulier, l’investissement comprend: achat d’un dispositif de détection des défaillances sur le réseau, remplacement des compteurs d’eau par des compteurs d’eau pour lecture à distance (1045 unités), achat d’un programme/système qui permettrait le transfert des données lues des compteurs d’eau vers le système informatique de la commune (par exemple pour la facturation automatique), le lancement d’un site Web au service des clients (vérification des états des compteurs et de l’historique des charges et de la consommation, signalement des défaillances, signalement des problèmes techniques, évaluation de la qualité des services). La portée des travaux est due à des problèmes: difficulté à localiser les défaillances du réseau causant des pertes d’eau élevées, lourdes pour localiser les fuites, longue durée associée à la facturation de l’eau en raison de l’incapacité de lire le compteur (pas de propriétaires). Les travaux prévus permettront d’améliorer le réseau d’approvisionnement en eau dans l’ensemble de la municipalité rurale Wola Uhruska. Les résidents de la municipalité raccordée au réseau d’approvisionnement en eau bénéficieront directement des effets (2 570 personnes selon les données GUS, le niveau de drainage est de 65,1 %). Les résultats de l’investissement seront également ressentis par les employés de la municipalité lisant l’état des compteurs et chargeant l’eau (grâce à l’automatisation des processus connexes). Das Projekt umfasst die Durchführung von Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der korrekten und störungsfreien Versorgung der Einwohner der Gemeinde Wola Uhruska, die an das Wasserversorgungsnetz angeschlossen sind. Die Investition umfasst insbesondere: Kauf eines Geräts zur Erkennung von Störungen im Netz, Ersetzung von Wasserzählern durch Wasserzähler für Fernablesung (1045 Einheiten), Kauf eines Programms/Systems, das die Übertragung von Daten aus den Wasserzählern an das Computersystem der Gemeinde ermöglichen würde (z. B. für die automatische Rechnungsstellung), den Start einer Website, die Kunden bedient (Kontrollen der Zählerzustände und der Geschichte von Gebühren und Verbrauch, Meldeausfälle, Berichterstattung über technische Probleme, Bewertung der Qualität der Dienstleistungen). Der Arbeitsumfang ist auf Probleme zurückzuführen: schwierig, Netzwerkausfälle zu finden, die hohe Wasserverluste verursachen, schwer, Lecks zu lokalisieren, lange Zeit im Zusammenhang mit der Wasserabrechnung aufgrund der Unfähigkeit, den Zähler zu lesen (keine Besitzer). Die geplanten Arbeiten werden zu einer Verbesserung der Wasserversorgung in der gesamten Gemeinde Wola Uhruska führen. Bewohner der Gemeinde, die an das Wasserversorgungsnetz angeschlossen sind, werden direkt von den Auswirkungen profitieren (2 570 Personen nach GUS-Daten, der Grad der Entwässerung beträgt 61,1 %). Die Ergebnisse der Investition werden auch von Mitarbeitern der Gemeinde wahrgenommen, die den Zustand der Zähler lesen und Wassergebühren berechnen (dank der Automatisierung der damit verbundenen Prozesse). Projektergebnisse: Geschätzte Zahl der Menschen, die von einer verbesserten Wasserversorgung profitieren – 2 570 Menschen. (German)
