POWIAT WIERUSZOWSKI / POWIATOWE CENTRUM POMOCY RODZINIE W WIERUSZOWIE

Celem głównym projektu jest „Rozwój i doskonalenie systemu opieki nad dziećmi przebywającymi w pieczy zastępczej na terenie powiatu wieruszowskiego". Rezultatem projektu będzie poprawa funkcjonowania pieczy zastępczej na terenie powiatu poprzez rozwój usług kierowanych do uczestników projektu, w tym minimalizacja wykluczenia społecznego dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Zakłada się, że po zakończeniu projektu istnieć będzie 80% miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych. W/w usługami objętych zostanie ok. 26 nieletnich uczestników projektu (9K/17M), zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (wskaźnik produktu). Łącznie projekt skierowany jest do 18 osób sprawujących pieczę zastępczą, tj. 16 rodziców zastępczych (14K/2M), 2 dyrektorów placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych typu rodzinnego (2K) oraz 32 dzieci z pieczy zastępczej (11K/21M), zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z uwagi na m.in.: traumatyczne przeżycia związane z odrzuceniem przez rodziców biologicznych. Na rzecz grupy docelowej świadczone będą usługi społeczne na 2 poziomach tj. dla dorosłych sprawujących pieczę zastępczą oraz dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Główne zadania projektu:1. Grupowe poradnictwo prawne z zakresu prawa rodzinnego i ustawy o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej, 2.Usługi wsparcia specjalistycznego – warsztaty z zakresu rozwoju umiejętności w komunikowaniu się i społecznych, 3. Usługi terapeutyczne – wyjazdowy obóz socjoterapeutyczny, 4. Grupa wsparcia, 5. Usługi wsparcia specjalistycznego – warsztaty z zakresu podniesienia kompetencji wychowawczych – „Szkoła dla rodziców i wychowawców”, 6. Usługi wsparcia specjalistycznego – warsztaty profilaktyczno-rozwojowe dla dzieci i młodzieży w okresie dojrzewania, 7. Usługi wsparcia specjalistycznego – warsztaty w zakresie profilaktyki i konsekwencji uzależnień, 8. Usługi wsparcia specjalistycznego – warsztaty w zakresie rozwoju seksualnego dziecka. The main objective of the project is “Development and improvement of the care system for children in foster care in the district of Wieruszowski”. The result of the project will be to improve the functioning of foster care in the county by developing services addressed to the participants of the project, including minimising the social exclusion of children in foster care. It is assumed that at the end of the project there will be 80 % of the places where social services are provided. The above mentioned services will be covered by approx. 26 underage participants (9K/17M) at risk of social exclusion (product indicator). In total, the project is addressed to 18 persons holding surrogate care, i.e. 16 foster parents (14K/2M), 2 directors of family-type care institutions (2K) and 32 foster care children (11K/21M), at risk of social exclusion due to, among others: traumatic experiences associated with rejection by biological parents. Social services will be provided to the target group at 2 levels, i.e. for foster adults and foster children. Main tasks of the project:1. Group legal counselling in the field of family law and the Law on supporting family and foster care, 2.Special support services – workshops on skills development in communication and social, 3. Therapeutic services – away sociotherapeutic camp, 4. Support group, 5. Specialist support services – workshops on improving educational competence – “School for parents and educators”, 6. Specialist support services – prevention and development workshops for children and young people during puberty, 7. Specialist support services – workshops on prevention and consequences of addiction, 8. Specialised support services – workshops in the field of child sexual development. L’objectif principal du projet est «Développer et améliorer le système de prise en charge des enfants placés en famille d’accueil dans le district de Wieruszów». Le résultat du projet sera d’améliorer le fonctionnement du placement en famille d’accueil dans le district en développant des services destinés aux participants au projet, notamment en réduisant au minimum l’exclusion sociale des enfants placés en famille d’accueil. On suppose qu’à la fin du projet il y aura 80 % des lieux où les services sociaux sont fournis. Les services ci-dessus seront couverts par environ. 26 participants à des projets mineurs (9K/17M), exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale (indicateur de produit). Au total, le projet s’adresse à 18 personnes en famille d’accueil, c’est-à-dire 16 parents d’accueil (14K/2M), 2 directeurs d’établissements de type familial (2K) et 32 enfants placés en famille d’accueil (11K/21M), exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale en raison, entre autres: expériences traumatisantes de rejet par les parents biologiques. Des services sociaux à deux niveaux seront fournis au groupe cible, c’est-à-dire aux adultes et aux enfants placés en famille d’accueil. Principales tâches du projet:1. Conseils juridiques de groupe dans le domaine du droit de la famille et de la loi sur le soutien à la famille et le placement en famille d’accueil, 2.Services de soutien spéciaux — ateliers dans le domaine du perfectionnement des compétences en communication et sociale, 3. Services thérapeutiques — camp sociothérapeutique à l’extérieur, 4. Groupe de soutien, 5. Services de soutien spécialisés — ateliers sur l’amélioration des compétences éducatives — «École pour les parents et les éducateurs», 6. Services d’appui spécialisés — ateliers de prévention et de développement à l’intention des enfants et des adolescents à l’adolescence, 7. Services de soutien spécialisés — ateliers sur la prévention et les conséquences de la toxicomanie, 8. Services de soutien spécialisés — ateliers dans le domaine du développement sexuel des enfants. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Verbesserung des Betreuungssystems für Kinder in der Pflegebetreuung im Landkreis Wieruszów. Das Ergebnis des Projekts wird darin bestehen, das Funktionieren der Pflegeversorgung im Bezirk zu verbessern, indem Dienstleistungen für Projektteilnehmer entwickelt werden, einschließlich der Minimierung der sozialen Ausgrenzung von Kindern in der Pflege. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass es am Ende des Projekts 80 % der Orte geben wird, an denen soziale Dienstleistungen erbracht werden. Die oben genannten Dienstleistungen werden von ca. 26 kleinere Projektteilnehmer (9K/17M), die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind (Produktindikator). Insgesamt richtet sich das Projekt an 18 Personen mit Pflegebetreuung, d. h. 16 Pflegeeltern (14K/2M), 2 Direktoren von familienähnlichen Betreuungseinrichtungen (2K) und 32 Kinder mit Betreuung (11K/21M), die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, u. a. durch: traumatische Erfahrungen der Ablehnung durch biologische Eltern. Soziale Dienstleistungen auf zwei Ebenen werden der Zielgruppe angeboten, d. h. für die Pflegebedürftigkeit Erwachsene und Kinder in der Pflege. Hauptaufgaben des Projekts:1. Gruppenrechtsberatung auf dem Gebiet des Familienrechts und des Gesetzes über Familienförderung und Pflege, 2.Besondere Unterstützungsleistungen – Workshops im Bereich der Kompetenzentwicklung in Kommunikation und Soziales, 3. Therapeutische Dienstleistungen – weg Soziotherapeutisches Lager, 4. Unterstützungsgruppe, 5. Spezialisierte Unterstützungsdienste – Workshops zur Förderung von Bildungskompetenzen – „Schule für Eltern und Erzieher“, 6. Spezialisierte Unterstützungsdienste – Präventions- und Entwicklungsworkshops für Kinder und Jugendliche im Jugendalter, 7. Spezialisierte Unterstützungsdienste – Workshops zur Prävention und Folgen von Sucht, 8. Spezialisierte Unterstützungsdienste – Workshops im Bereich der sexuellen Entwicklung von Kindern.
