Celem głównym proj. jest: Zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i zmniejszenie wykorzystania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii na terenie gm. Koluszki, skutkujące poprawie stanu środowiska naturalnego w wyniku redukcji emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery. Grupą docelową proj. są właściciele prywatnych posesji oraz użytkownicy budynków użyteczności publicznej. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej (projekt budowlany), dostawę i montaż instalacji OZE na prywatnych nieruchomościach oraz na obiektach gminnych (użyteczności publicznej), nadzór inwestorski oraz promocję projektu ,a także zarządzanie projektem. Zakres rzeczowy robót budowlanych: budowę infrastruktury pochodzącej z odnawialnych źródeł wyłącznie na potrzeby własne, czyli 5 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych zlokalizowanych na obiektach użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych w gm. Koluszki, stanowiących własność Gminy oraz na budynkach należących do osób prywatnych budowa: instalacji fotowoltaicznej 163 szt., kotłów na biomasę 18 szt., zestaw kolektorów słonecznych 23 szt. zlokalizowanych w gm. Koluszki. Projekt ma prawidłowo skonstruowane wskaźniki oceny i wywoła znaczne oddziaływanie dla regionu: Produkty: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych:0,90MW Liczba jed. wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE:168 szt. Liczba jed. wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE:41 szt. Rezultaty: Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych:638,61 tony równoważnika CO2/rok Projekt jest kompleksowy i gotowy do wdrożenia. Wnioskodawca, jako JST spełnia wymogi kwalifikowalności wynikające z RPO WŁ na lata 2014 – 2020. Przedsięwzięcie jest wykonalne pod względem technicznym; technologie wykonania robót, zastosowane materiały będą ogólnie dostępne i znane, a rozwiązania techniczne będą prawidłowe pod względem funkcjonalnym oraz zgodne z obowiązującymi normami prawnymi. The main objective of the project is to: Increase the production of energy from renewable sources and reduce the use of conventional energy sources in the area of Koluszki, resulting in an improvement in the environment as a result of reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. The target group of the project is private property owners and users of public buildings. The project’s material scope includes: development of technical documentation (construction project), delivery and assembly of RES installations on private real estate and municipal facilities (public use), investor supervision and project promotion, as well as project management. Material scope of construction works: construction of infrastructure from renewable sources exclusively for own use, i.e. 5 units of photovoltaic installations located on public utility facilities located in Koluszki, owned by the Municipality and on buildings belonging to private persons: photovoltaic installation 163 pcs, biomass boilers 18 pcs, set of solar collectors 23 units located in the building of Koluszki. The project has well-structured assessment indicators and will have a significant impact on the region: Products: Additional capacity to generate energy from renewable sources:0,90MW Eat. electricity generation from RES:168 pcs. Number of heat generation from RES:41 pcs. Results: Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions:638.61 tonnes of CO2/year The project is comprehensive and ready to implement. The applicant, as JST, fulfils the eligibility requirements arising from WŁ ROP for the years 2014-2020. The project is technically feasible; the technologies for the execution of works, the materials used will be generally available and known, and the technical solutions will be functionally correct and comply with applicable legal standards. L’objectif principal du projet est de: Accroître la production d’énergie renouvelable et réduire l’utilisation des sources d’énergie conventionnelles à Koluszki, ce qui a permis d’améliorer l’état de l’environnement grâce à une réduction des émissions de polluants dans l’atmosphère. Le groupe cible du projet est constitué de propriétaires de propriétés privées et d’utilisateurs de bâtiments publics. Le champ d’application du projet comprend: préparation de la documentation technique (projet de construction), livraison et montage d’installations SER sur des propriétés privées et sur les installations municipales (utilité publique), supervision des investisseurs et promotion des projets, ainsi que gestion de projet. Portée matérielle des travaux: construction d’infrastructures à partir de sources renouvelables exclusivement à des fins propres, c’est-à-dire 5 installations photovoltaïques situées sur des services publics situés à Koluszki, appartenant à la municipalité et sur des bâtiments appartenant à des particuliers, construction: 163 installations photovoltaïques, 18 chaudières à biomasse, un ensemble de 23 capteurs solaires situés à Koluszki. Le projet comporte des indicateurs d’évaluation bien conçus et aura un impact significatif sur la région: Produits: Capacité de production d’électricité supplémentaire odnawialnych:0,90MW Nombre de production d’électricité à partir de OZE:168 pcs. Nombre de production de chaleur à partir de RES: 41 pcs. Résultats: Réduction annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz cieplarnianych:638,61 tonnes d’équivalent CO2/an Le projet est complet et prêt à être mis en œuvre. Le requérant, en tant qu’entreprise commune, satisfait aux conditions d’éligibilité résultant du ROP LEM 2014-2020. Le projet est techniquement réalisable; les technologies de construction, les matériaux utilisés seront accessibles au public et connus, et les solutions techniques seront fonctionnellement correctes et conformes aux normes légales applicables. Hauptziel des Projekts ist: Steigerung der Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien und Verringerung des Einsatzes konventioneller Energiequellen in Koluszki, was zu einem verbesserten Umweltzustand infolge einer Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen in die Atmosphäre führt. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Eigentümer von Privateigentum und Nutzer öffentlicher Gebäude. Der inhaltliche Geltungsbereich des Projekts umfasst: Vorbereitung der technischen Dokumentation (Bauprojekt), Lieferung und Montage von RES-Anlagen auf privaten Grundstücken und kommunalen Einrichtungen (öffentliche Versorgungseinrichtungen), Investorenüberwachung und Projektförderung sowie Projektmanagement. Materialumfang der Arbeiten: Bau von Infrastrukturen aus erneuerbaren Quellen, die ausschließlich für den Eigenbedarf bestimmt sind, d. h. 5 Fotovoltaikanlagen auf öffentlichen Versorgungseinrichtungen in Koluszki, im Besitz der Gemeinde und auf privaten Gebäuden, Bau: 163 Photovoltaikanlagen, 18 Biomassekessel, ein Satz von 23 Solarkollektoren in Koluszki. Das Projekt verfügt über gut konzipierte Evaluierungsindikatoren und wird erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Region haben: Produkte: Zusätzliche Stromerzeugungskapazität odnawialnych:0,90MW Anzahl der Stromerzeugung aus OZE:168 Stk. Anzahl der Wärmeerzeugung aus RES:41 Stk. Ergebnisse: Geschätzter jährlicher Rückgang der Gasemissionen cieplarnianych:638,61 Tonnen CO2-Äquivalent/Jahr Das Projekt ist umfassend und bereit zur Umsetzung. Der Antragsteller erfüllt als Gemeinsames Unternehmen die Förderfähigkeitsanforderungen, die sich aus dem ROP LEM 2014-2020 ergeben. Das Projekt ist technisch machbar; Bautechnologien, verwendete Materialien werden öffentlich zugänglich und bekannt sein, und technische Lösungen werden funktionell korrekt sein und den geltenden gesetzlichen Standards entsprechen.
