Celem głównym projektu jest ułatwienie dostępu przedsiębiorstwom z sektora MŚP prowadzących działalność gospodarczą na terenie województwa lubelskiego do wysokospecjalistycznych usług świadczonych przez instytucje otoczenia biznesu (IOB) poprzez dostosowanie oferty Stowarzyszenia Rozwoju Aktywności Społecznej TRIADA do potrzeb MŚP do końca 05.2021 roku. Zadanie: zakup usług doradczych o charakterze specjalistycznym od podmiotów zewnętrznych na rzecz Beneficjenta. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 16 przedsiębiorstw korzystających z zaawansowanych usług (nowych i/lub ulepszonych) świadczonych przez instytucję otoczenia biznesu, 1 przedsiębiorstwo otrzymujące wsparcie, 1 nowo utworzone miejsce pracy - pozostałe formy. Wskaźniki produktu: 1 instytucja otoczenia biznesu wsparta w zakresie profesjonalizacji usług, 8 zaawansowanych usług (nowych lub ulepszonych) świadczonych przez instytucję otoczenia biznesu. Grupy docelowe: grupą docelową i ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia są przedsiębiorstwa z sektora MŚP prowadzące działalność gospodarczą na terenie województwa lubelskiego. Produkty: usługi doradcze o charakterze specjalistycznym w poniższych obszarach: -nowych rynków regionalnych, krajowych i międzynarodowych, w tym opracowania strategii rozwoju firmy, polityki inwestycyjnej, - pozyskiwania partnerów technologicznych i biznesowych, - wprowadzania systemów informatycznych w tym wykorzystywania zaawansowanych technologii ICT, -zarządzania jakością, - wdrażania nowych rozwiązań organizacyjnych, w tym audyt/optymalizacja kosztów i procesów, - rozwijanie produktów i usług w sektorze kreatywnym, - uczestnictwa w krajowych i międzynarodowych programach badawczych, - monitorowania wdrażania technologii lub realizacji umowy oraz innych aspektów pomocy powdrożeniowej. The main objective of the project is to facilitate access to highly specialised services provided by business environment institutions (IOB) by adapting the offer of the Association of Social Activity Development TRIADA to the needs of SMEs by the end of 05.2021. The task: purchase of advisory services of a specialised nature from external entities to the Beneficiary. Result indicators: 16 companies benefiting from advanced services (new and/or improved) provided by the business environment institution, 1 enterprises receiving support, 1 newly created workplaces – other forms. Output indicators: 1 business environment institution supported by the professionalisation of services, 8 advanced services (new or improved) provided by the business environment institution. Target groups: the target group and the final recipients of the support are enterprises from the SME sector operating in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. Products: specialist advisory services in the following areas: —new regional, national and international markets, including the development of company development strategies, investment policy, – acquisition of technological and business partners, – introduction of IT systems including the use of advanced ICT, – quality management, – implementation of new organisational solutions, including audit/optimisation of costs and processes, – development of products and services in the creative sector, – participation in national and international research programmes, – monitoring the implementation of technology or contract implementation and other aspects of implementation assistance. L’objectif principal du projet est de faciliter l’accès aux services hautement spécialisés fournis par les institutions de l’environnement des entreprises (IOB) en adaptant l’offre de l’Association pour le Développement de l’Activité Sociale TRIADA aux besoins des PME d’ici la fin du 05.2021. Tâche: achat de services de conseil spécialisés auprès d’organismes extérieurs au bénéficiaire. Indicateurs de résultat: 16 entreprises bénéficiant de services avancés (nouveaux et/ou améliorés) fournis par une institution de l’environnement des entreprises, 1 entreprise soutenue, 1 nouvel emploi — autres formes. Indicateurs de réalisation: 1 établissement d’environnement commercial soutenu dans le domaine de la professionnalisation des services, 8 services avancés (nouveaux ou améliorés) fournis par l’institution de l’environnement des entreprises. Groupes cibles: le groupe cible et les bénéficiaires finaux de l’aide sont les entreprises du secteur des PME opérant dans la voïvodie de Lubelskie. Produits: services de conseil spécialisés dans les domaines suivants: nouveaux marchés régionaux, nationaux et internationaux, y compris l’élaboration de la stratégie de développement d’une entreprise, la politique d’investissement, — l’acquisition de partenaires technologiques et commerciaux, — l’introduction de systèmes informatiques, y compris l’utilisation de technologies de pointe dans le domaine des TIC, — la gestion de la qualité, — la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions organisationnelles, y compris l’audit/optimisation des coûts et des processus, le développement de produits et de services dans le secteur créatif, la participation à des programmes de recherche nationaux et internationaux, — le suivi de la mise en œuvre de la technologie ou de la mise en œuvre des contrats et d’autres aspects de l’aide après la mise en œuvre. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu hochspezialisierten Dienstleistungen, die von Einrichtungen für Unternehmen im Umfeld von Unternehmen erbracht werden, zu erleichtern, indem das Angebot des Vereins für die Entwicklung der sozialen Aktivität TRIADA bis Ende 05.2021 an die Bedürfnisse der KMU angepasst wird. Aufgabe: Erwerb spezialisierter Beratungsdienste von externen Stellen an den Empfänger. Ergebnisindikatoren: 16 Unternehmen, die von fortgeschrittenen (neuen und/oder verbesserten) Dienstleistungen profitieren, die von einem Unternehmensumweltinstitut erbracht werden, 1 unterstütztes Unternehmen, 1 neu geschaffene Arbeitsplätze – andere Formen. Outputindikatoren: 1 Unternehmensumfeld Institution unterstützt im Bereich der Professionalisierung von Dienstleistungen, 8 fortgeschrittene Dienstleistungen (neu oder verbessert) von der Unternehmensumwelt Institution. Zielgruppen: Zielgruppe und Endempfänger der Unterstützung sind Unternehmen des KMU-Sektors, die in der Woiwodschaft Lubelskie tätig sind. Produkte: Fachberatung in folgenden Bereichen: neue regionale, nationale und internationale Märkte, einschließlich der Entwicklung der Entwicklungsstrategie eines Unternehmens, Investitionspolitik, – Erwerb von Technologie- und Geschäftspartnern, – Einführung von IT-Systemen, einschließlich des Einsatzes fortschrittlicher IKT-Technologien, – Qualitätsmanagement, – Umsetzung neuer organisatorischer Lösungen, einschließlich Audit/Optimierung von Kosten und Prozessen, Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Kreativsektor, Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Forschungsprogrammen, – Überwachung der Technologieumsetzung oder Vertragsumsetzung und andere Aspekte der Unterstützung nach der Umsetzung.
