Projekt jest działaniem służącym realizacji przyjętej przez ELTEM Sp. z o o. ogólnej strategii rozwoju firmy, ukierunkowanej na rozwój produktu i rynku. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych. Cele operacyjne projektu to: 1) Uruchomienie produkcji systemu inteligentnego sterowania, stanowiącego innowację produktową, 2) wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej, 3) wzrost stopnia internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa 4) podjęcie współpracy z jednostką naukową Posiadamy wyniki własnych prac B+R, które dotyczą innowacyjnego systemu sterowania wyposażeniem pojazdu specjalnego. Dzięki wdrożeniu tego rozwiązania poszerzymy ofertę wyrobów. Opracowany system sterowania jest ulepszeniem już istniejących rozwiązań, polegającym na tym, że jednostką centralną odpowiedzialną za wykonywanie programu jest układ decyzyjny trwale połączony z instalacją pojazdu. Nowością jest to, iż moduły wyjściowe umieszczone w jednostce centralnej (module wykonawczym) wyposażone są we własne algorytmy sterowania i cechują się autonomią działania, dzięki czemu awaria jednego elementu systemu nie paraliżuje całego obwodu. Projekt zakłada wprowadzenie nowej metody organizacyjnej w zakresie współpracy z klientami. Nowym rozwiązaniem będzie moduł "Ofertowanie", sprzężony ze zintegrowanym systemem informatycznym, funkcjonującym w ELTEM sp. z o.o. Powyższe cele operacyjne zostaną zrealizowane dzięki modernizacji starej części budynku produkcyjnego i zakupie niezbędnych maszyn, urządzeń i wyposażenia (w tym oprogramowania komputerowego). Uruchomimy produkcję, która dostarczy producentom pojazdów specjalnych produkt pozytywnie wpływający na funkcjonowanie ich łańcucha wartości. Dzięki temu wzmocnimy swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na rynku polskim i wejdziemy na nowy dla nas rynek Serbii Projekt jest zgodny z obowiązującym prawem i respektuje wszystkie polityki horyzontalne Unii Europejskiej. The project is an action to implement the company’s overall development strategy, adopted by Eltem Sp. z o. o., aimed at product and market development. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of self-contained research and development. The operational objectives of the project are: 1) Launch of the production of intelligent control system, which is a product innovation, 2) introduction of organisational innovation, 3) increase of the degree of internationalisation of the enterprise 4) taking up cooperation with the scientific unit We have the results of our own R & D works, which concern the innovative control system of equipment of a special vehicle. Thanks to the implementation of this solution, we will expand our range of products. The developed control system is an improvement of existing solutions, whereby the central unit responsible for the execution of the program is the decision-making system permanently connected to the installation of the vehicle. A novelty is that the output modules placed in the central unit (executive modules) are equipped with their own control algorithms and are autonomous, so that failure of one component of the system does not paralyse the entire circuit. The project assumes the introduction of a new organizational method in terms of cooperation with clients. The new solution will be the “offering” module, coupled with an integrated IT system operating in Eltem sp. z o.o. The above operational objectives will be achieved by modernising the old part of the production building and purchasing the necessary machines, equipment and equipment (including computer software). We will launch a production that will provide special vehicle manufacturers with a positive impact on the functioning of their value chain. Thanks to this, we will strengthen our competitive position on the Polish market and enter the new Serbian market for us.The project complies with the applicable law and respects all horizontal policies of the European Union. Le projet est une activité visant à mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de développement adoptée par ELTEM Sp. z o.o., visant le développement du produit et du marché. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre en œuvre les résultats des travaux de recherche et de développement réalisés par eux-mêmes. Les objectifs opérationnels du projet sont les suivants: 1) Lancement de la production de système de contrôle intelligent, qui est une innovation de produit, 2) introduire l’innovation organisationnelle, 3) augmenter le degré d’internationalisation de l’entreprise 4) entreprendre la coopération avec l’unité scientifique Nous avons les résultats de nos propres travaux de R & D, qui concernent le système de contrôle innovant pour les équipements de véhicules spéciaux. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de cette solution, nous élargirons la gamme de produits. Le système de contrôle mis au point est une amélioration des solutions existantes, l’organisme central responsable de la mise en œuvre du programme étant le système de décision connecté en permanence à l’installation du véhicule. La nouveauté est que les modules de sortie situés dans l’unité centrale (module exécutif) sont équipés de leurs propres algorithmes de contrôle et sont caractérisés par l’autonomie de fonctionnement, de sorte que la défaillance d’un élément du système ne paralyse pas l’ensemble du circuit. Le projet prévoit l’introduction d’une nouvelle méthode organisationnelle dans le domaine de la coopération avec les clients. La nouvelle solution sera le module «Offre», couplé à un système informatique intégré opérant dans ELTEM sp. z o.o. Les objectifs opérationnels ci-dessus seront atteints en modernisant l’ancienne partie du bâtiment de production et en achetant les machines, équipements et équipements nécessaires (y compris les logiciels). Nous lancerons une production qui fournira aux fabricants de véhicules spéciaux un produit qui influence positivement le fonctionnement de leur chaîne de valeur. Grâce à cela, nous allons renforcer notre position concurrentielle sur le marché polonais et entrer dans le nouveau marché serbe pour nous. Le projet est conforme à la loi applicable et respecte toutes les politiques horizontales de l’Union européenne. (French)

Das Projekt ist eine Maßnahme zur Umsetzung der allgemeinen Entwicklungsstrategie der ELTEM Sp. z o.o., die auf die Entwicklung des Produkts und des Marktes abzielt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse der selbst durchgeführten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten. Die operativen Ziele des Projekts sind: 1) Einführung der Produktion von intelligenten Steuerungssystem, das eine Produktinnovation ist, 2) Einführung organisatorischer Innovation, 3) Erhöhung des Grades der Internationalisierung des Unternehmens 4) die Zusammenarbeit mit der wissenschaftlichen Einheit Wir haben die Ergebnisse unserer eigenen F & E-Arbeiten, die das innovative Kontrollsystem für spezielle Fahrzeugausrüstung betreffen. Dank der Implementierung dieser Lösung werden wir das Produktsortiment erweitern. Das entwickelte Steuerungssystem ist eine Verbesserung bestehender Lösungen, wobei die zentrale Stelle, die für die Durchführung des Programms zuständig ist, das Entscheidungssystem ist, das permanent mit dem Einbau des Fahrzeugs verbunden ist. Die Neuheit ist, dass die Ausgangsmodule in der Zentraleinheit (Executive-Modul) mit eigenen Steueralgorithmen ausgestattet sind und durch Betriebsautonomie gekennzeichnet sind, so dass der Ausfall eines Elements des Systems den gesamten Stromkreis nicht lähmt. Das Projekt sieht die Einführung einer neuen Organisationsmethode im Bereich der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden vor. Die neue Lösung wird das Modul „Angebot“ sein, verbunden mit einem integrierten IT-System, das in ELTEM sp. z o.o. betrieben wird. Die oben genannten operativen Ziele werden erreicht, indem der alte Teil des Produktionsgebäudes modernisiert und die notwendigen Maschinen, Ausrüstungen und Geräte (einschließlich Computersoftware) gekauft werden. Wir werden eine Produktion starten, die den Herstellern von Spezialfahrzeugen ein Produkt zur Verfügung stellt, das das Funktionieren ihrer Wertschöpfungskette positiv beeinflusst. Damit stärken wir unsere Wettbewerbsposition auf dem polnischen Markt und treten für uns in den neuen serbischen Markt ein. Das Projekt entspricht dem geltenden Recht und respektiert alle horizontalen Politiken der Europäischen Union. (German)
