Projekt realizowany w okresie IV 2019 - IX 2020 na terenie Łódzkiego Obszaru Metropolitalnego. Wsparcie w projekcie jest skierowane do 75 osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia (min. 42 K) w wieku 30l. i więcej z obszaru ŁOM, zamierzających rozpocząć prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej. Zaplanowane w proj. działania mają charakter kompleksowy i polegają na zapewnieniu uczestnikom projektu wsparcia doradczo-szkoleniowego oraz finansowego w formie bezzwrotnej dotacji wraz z finansowym i doradczym wsparciem pomostowym. Celem gł. proj.jest podniesienie poziomu przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia 75os.(min.42 K) pozostających bez zatrudnienia mieszkańców ŁOM,zamierzających założyć własną działalność gosp. poprzez udzielenie im kompleksowego wsparcia doradczo-szkol.i finans.,skutkujące założeniem min.60 nowych firm w okresie IV 2019-IX 2020. Ponadto proj.przyczyni się do osiągnięcia rezultatów: - wzrost aktywizacji zaw.pozostających poza rynkiem pracy UP poprzez stworzenie min.60 nowych miejsc pracy w ramach samozatrudnienia - rozwój przedsiębiorczości w regionie poprzez powstanie min.60 nowych firm - nabycie kompetencji w obszarze zakładania i prowadzenia DG przez min.68 UP. The project was implemented in the period IV 2019 – IX 2020 in the Łódź Metropolitan Area. Support in the project is addressed to 75 people who are unemployed (min. 42 K) at the age of 30 and more from the area of ŁOM, intending to start a business activity. The activities planned in the project are comprehensive and consist of providing advisory, training and financial support to the project participants in the form of non-refundable grants, together with financial and advisory bridging support. The aim of the project is to increase the level of entrepreneurship and self-employment of 75persons (min.42 K) of the residents of ŁOM who intend to start their own business by providing them with comprehensive advisory and training support and finance, resulting in the establishment of at least 60 new companies in the period IV 2019-IX 2020. In addition, the project will contribute to achieving results: — Increasing activation of PPOs outside the labour market by creating at least 60 new jobs within the framework of self-employment – the development of entrepreneurship in the region through the creation of at least 60 new companies – acquiring competences in the area of establishment and running DG by at least 68 UP. Projet mis en œuvre au cours de la période IV 2019 — IX 2020 dans la zone métropolitaine de Łódź. Le soutien au projet s’adresse à 75 personnes sans emploi (minimum 42 K) âgées de 30 ans et plus de la région de ŁOM, qui ont l’intention de créer une entreprise. Les actions prévues dans le cadre du projet sont globales et consistent à fournir des conseils, une formation et un soutien financier aux participants au projet sous la forme d’une subvention non remboursable, ainsi qu’un soutien financier et un soutien de transition. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de l’esprit d’entreprise et du travail indépendant de 75 personnes (min.42 K) qui sont sans emploi à ŁOM, qui envisagent de créer leur propre entreprise en leur fournissant un soutien complet en matière de conseil, de formation et de financement, ce qui permettra la création d’au moins 60 nouvelles entreprises au cours de la période IV 2019-IX 2020. En outre, le projet contribuera à l’obtention de résultats: — augmentation de l’activation des personnes en dehors du marché du travail de l’UP en créant au moins 60 nouveaux emplois au sein du travail indépendant — développement de l’esprit d’entreprise dans la région grâce à la création d’au moins 60 nouvelles entreprises — acquisition de compétences dans le domaine de la création et de la gestion de la DG pour au moins 68 UP. Dans le cadre du projet, les éléments suivants seront mis en œuvre: RAD.1 DIAGNOSE des prédispositions pour la fourniture et la mise en œuvre des activités économiques des participants au projet de l’article 2 (soutien consultatif et non consultatif) avant l’adoption de l’action économique [formation de l’exploitant propre (5 gr. * 60 h) et conseil individuel (75 par. Projekt, das im Zeitraum IV 2019 bis IX 2020 in der Metropolregion Łódź durchgeführt wurde. Die Unterstützung für das Projekt richtet sich an 75 Personen, die arbeitslos sind (mindestens 42 K) im Alter von 30 Jahren und älter aus dem ŁOM-Gebiet, mit der Absicht, ein Unternehmen zu gründen. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen sind umfassend und umfassen Beratung, Schulung und finanzielle Unterstützung für Projektteilnehmer in Form eines nicht rückzahlbaren Zuschusses sowie finanzielle und beratende Überbrückungsunterstützung. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, das Niveau des Unternehmertums und der selbständigen Erwerbstätigkeit von 75 Personen (min. 42 K) zu erhöhen, die in ŁOM arbeitslos sind, die planen, ihr eigenes Unternehmen zu gründen, indem sie sie umfassend für Beratung und Ausbildung und Finanzierung unterstützen, was zur Gründung von mindestens 60 neuen Unternehmen im Zeitraum IV 2019-IX 2020 führt. Darüber hinaus wird das Projekt zur Erzielung von Ergebnissen beitragen: — Erhöhung der Aktivierung von Personen außerhalb des Arbeitsmarktes der UP durch die Schaffung von mindestens 60 neuen Arbeitsplätzen innerhalb der Selbstständigkeit – Entwicklung des Unternehmertums in der Region durch die Gründung von mindestens 60 neuen Unternehmen – Erwerb von Kompetenzen im Bereich der Einrichtung und Leitung der GD für mindestens 68 UP. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird Folgendes umgesetzt: RAD.1 DIAGNOSE von Prädispositionen für die Bereitstellung und Durchführung von Wirtschaftstätigkeiten der Teilnehmer an dem Projekt der Regel 2 (Beratung und nicht beratende Unterstützung) vor der Annahme einer wirtschaftlichen Maßnahme [Ausbildung des eigenen Unternehmers (5 gr. * 60 h) und individuelle Beratung (75 pro.
