Projekt zakłada wdrożenie wyników przeprowadzonych we własnym zakresie prac B+R, poprzez zakup i uruchomienie nowoczesnej, innowacyjnej linii technologicznej przeznaczonej do wytwarzania wysokiej jakości elementów ogrodzeń zewnętrznych. Efekty projektu przyczynia się do realizacji: - celu Osi 3 RPO WL w priorytecie inwestycyjnym 3a Konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstw - Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP oraz w 3c Wspieranie tworzenia i poszerzania zaawansowanych zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów i usług - Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w MŚP - celów szczegółowych poddziałania 3.7 Wzrost konkurencyjności MŚP, ponieważ dzięki realizacji projektu Siatpol będzie konkurował na rynkach unikalnymi pod względem właściwości i innowacyjnymi produktami. Innowacyjna technologia, której wdrożenie jest główną osią tego projektu inwestycyjnego zostanie wdrożona w następujących etapach: 1.zaprojektowanie przez Zespół powołany do realizacji zadnia inwestycyjnego, ciągu technologicznego niezbędnego do realizacji celów projektu, 2.przeprowadzenie procedury wyboru dostawców nabywanych środków trwałych, 3.zakup elementów linii technologicznej służącej do realizacji inwestycji, w skład linii wchodzą elementy wyszczególnione w harmonogramie rzeczowo - finansowym czyli malarnia proszkowa wraz z wyposażeniem oraz zgrzewarka wraz z wyposażeniem, 4.integracja nabytych środków trwałych w ciąg technologiczny zgodnie w wymaganiami nowej technologii 5.testy oraz korekty ustawień nowego ciągu technologicznego 6.rozpoczęcie seryjnej produkcji znacząco ulepszonego produktu Planowanym efektem realizacji projektu jest znaczny wzrost żywotności, jakości oraz estetyki elementów produkowanychogrodzeń. Opisana w projekcie innowacyjna linia produkcyjna paneli ogrodzeniowych, furtek, bram i słupków znacznie podniesie konkurencyjność wnioskodawcy na rynku regionalnym, oraz europejskim dzięki temu, że umożliwi produkcję elementów ogrodzeń ze zwiększoną odpornością na warunki atmosferyczne. The project assumes the implementation of the results of R & D work carried out on its own, through the purchase and commissioning of a modern, innovative technological line designed to produce high-quality elements of external fences. The effects of the project contribute to the implementation of: — Axis 3 ROP WL in investment priority 3a Competitiveness of enterprises – Improved conditions for the development of SMEs and in 3c Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced capacity in product and service development – Increased use of innovation in SMEs – specific objectives of sub-measure 3.7 Increase the competitiveness of SMEs, as Siatpol will compete in markets unique in terms of properties and innovative products. Innovative technology, the implementation of which is the main axis of this investment project, will be implemented in the following stages: 1.design by the Team appointed to realise the investment day, the technological sequence necessary to achieve the objectives of the project, 2. carrying out the procedure for selecting suppliers of purchased fixed assets, 3.purchase of the elements of the technological line used to implement the investment, the line consists of elements specified in the actual – financial schedule, i.e. powder painting plant with equipment and welding equipment, 4.integration of acquired fixed assets into the technological sequence according to the requirements of the new technology 5. The innovative production line of fencing panels, gates, gates and posts described in the project will significantly increase the applicant’s competitiveness on the regional market and the European market thanks to the fact that it will enable the production of fencing elements with increased resistance to weather conditions. Le projet consiste à mettre en œuvre les résultats de ses propres travaux de R & D, en achetant et en lançant une ligne technologique moderne et innovante conçue pour produire des éléments de clôture externes de haute qualité. Les résultats du projet contribuent à la mise en œuvre: — objectif Axe 3 du ROP WL dans la priorité d’investissement 3a Compétitivité des entreprises — Meilleures conditions pour le développement des PME et 3c Soutenir la création et l’expansion de capacités avancées pour le développement de produits et de services — Application accrue de l’innovation dans les PME — Objectifs spécifiques de la sous-mesure 3.7 Accroître la compétitivité des PME, car par la mise en œuvre du projet SIATPOL sera concurrentielle sur des marchés uniques en termes de caractéristiques et de produits innovants. Les technologies innovantes, dont la mise en œuvre est l’axe principal de ce projet d’investissement, seront mises en œuvre aux étapes suivantes: 1.Design par l’équipe désignée pour mettre en œuvre la journée d’investissement, le cours technologique nécessaire pour atteindre les objectifs du projet, 2. la conduite de la procédure de sélection des fournisseurs d’actifs fixes achetés, 3. l’achat d’éléments de la ligne technologique pour la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, la ligne se compose d’éléments spécifiés dans le calendrier matériel et financier, c’est-à-dire la peinture en poudre ainsi que l’équipement et la machine à souder avec équipement, 4. l’intégration des actifs fixes achetés dans une séquence technologique conformément aux exigences de la nouvelle technologie 5.tests et ajustement des paramètres de la nouvelle séquence technologique 6.début de la production en série d’un produit considérablement amélioré L’effet prévu de la mise en œuvre du projet est une augmentation significative de la durée de service, qualité et esthétique des éléments des clôtures produites. La ligne de production innovante de panneaux de clôture, portes, portes et poteaux décrits dans le projet augmentera considérablement la compétitivité du candidat sur le marché régional, ainsi que sur le marché européen, grâce au fait qu’elle permettra la production d’éléments de clôture avec une résistance accrue aux intempéries. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse eigener F & E-Arbeiten durch den Kauf und die Einführung einer modernen, innovativen Technologielinie, die auf die Herstellung hochwertiger externer Zaunelemente ausgelegt ist. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts tragen zur Umsetzung folgender Ziele bei: — Ziel Achse 3 der ROP WL in der Investitionspriorität 3a Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen – Bessere Bedingungen für die Entwicklung von KMU und 3c Förderung der Schaffung und des Ausbaus fortgeschrittener Kapazitäten für die Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen – verstärkte Anwendung von Innovation in KMU – Spezifische Ziele der Teilmaßnahme 3.7 Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von KMU, da durch die Durchführung des Projekts SIATPOL auf den einzigartigen Märkten in Bezug auf Merkmale und innovative Produkte konkurrieren wird. Innovative Technologien, deren Umsetzung die Hauptachse dieses Investitionsvorhabens darstellt, werden in folgenden Phasen umgesetzt: 1.Design durch das Team ernannt, um den Investitionstag, den technologischen Kurs notwendig, um die Ziele des Projekts zu erreichen, 2. Durchführung des Verfahrens für die Auswahl der Lieferanten von gekauften Anlagegütern, 3.der Kauf von Elementen der technologischen Linie für die Durchführung der Investition, die Linie besteht aus Elementen, die im Material und Finanzplan angegeben sind, d. h. Pulverlackierung zusammen mit Ausrüstung und Schweißmaschine mit Ausrüstung, 4. Integration von erworbenen Anlagegütern in eine technologische Sequenz gemäß den Anforderungen der neuen Technologie 5.Tests und Anpassung der Einstellungen der neuen technologischen Sequenz 6. Beginn der Serienproduktion eines deutlich verbesserten Produkts Der geplante Effekt der Projektdurchführung ist eine erhebliche Steigerung der Lebensdauer, Qualität und Ästhetik der Elemente der hergestellten Zaun. Die im Projekt beschriebene innovative Produktionslinie von Zaunpaneelen, Toren, Toren und Pfosten wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Antragstellers sowohl auf dem regionalen Markt als auch auf dem europäischen Markt deutlich steigern, da sie die Herstellung von Fechtenelementen mit erhöhter Witterungsbeständigkeit ermöglichen wird.
