Istotą projektu jest wdrożenie na AWF Warszawa, Filia w Białej Podlaskiej systemu e-usług umożliwiającego zdalne świadczenie przez tę uczelnię usług edukacyjnych na rzecz różnych grup interesariuszy, zarówno osób fizycznych (usługi typu A2C), jak i prawnych (usługi typu A2B). W wyniku realizacji projektu na uczelni powstanie zintegrowane środowisko informatyczne i wdrożonych zostanie łącznie 10 e-usług, z czego 1 na 3 poz. dojrzałości, 5 na poz. 4 oraz 4 na poz. 5. Dzięki temu zrealizowany zostanie cel główny projektu, który sformułowano jako: poprawa jakości kształcenia w Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego Józefa Piłsudskiego w Warszawie Filia w Białej Podlaskiej poprzez podniesienie poziomu wykorzystania technologii informacyjno - komunikacyjnych. Ponadto wyznaczono następujące cele szczegółowe służące realizacji celu ogólnego projektu: 1) Zwiększenie liczby spraw możliwych do załatwienia przez studentów i pracowników Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego Józefa Piłsudskiego w Warszawie Filia w Białej Podlaskiej drogą elektroniczną. 2) systematyczne zastępowanie korespondencji tradycyjnej korespondencją elektroniczną; 3) podniesienie poziomu wiedzy i umiejętności pracowników uczelni w zakresie stosowania nowoczesnych rozwiązań IT. 4) zmniejszenie dysproporcji w dostępie osób niepełnosprawnych do kształcenia na poziomie wyższym. Realizacja projektu, dzięki wykorzystaniu na uczelni TIK do obsługi realizowanych przez nią procesów edukacyjnych, przyczyni się do podniesienia jakości, przyjazności i efektywności kształcenia wyższego na Lubelszczyźnie, poprzez zaspokojenie potrzeb i oczekiwań środowiska akademickiego. Projekt zrealizowany zostanie w okresie 03.07.2017-31.08.2019. Planuje się następujące działania: 1) Dostawa środków trwałych i licencji. 2) Wdrożenie zaawansowanych e-usług publicznych w AWF, 3) Zakup dostępu do aktualizacji, opieki serwisowej i wsparcia 4) Rozbudowa sieci światłowodowej i wykonanie systemu okablowania strukturalnego 5) Promocja projektu. The core of the project is the implementation of a system of e-services at AWF Warsaw, Biała Podlaska, which allows the university to provide educational services to various groups of stakeholders, both individuals (A2C services) and legal services (A2B services). As a result of the implementation of the project at the university, an integrated IT environment will be created and a total of 10 e-services will be implemented, of which 1 out of 3 items of maturity, 5 on item. 4 and 4 per item. 5. This will help achieve the main objective of the project, which is formulated as: improving the quality of education at the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw Philia w Biała Podlaska by increasing the use of information and communication technologies. In addition, the following specific objectives have been set for achieving the general objective of the project: 1) Increasing the number of cases to be dealt with by students and employees of the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw Philia in Biała Podlaska by electronic means. 2. systematic replacement of traditional correspondence with electronic correspondence; 3) to increase the level of knowledge and skills of university staff in the application of modern IT solutions. 4) reduce disparities in access to higher education for people with disabilities. The implementation of the project, thanks to the use of ICT at the university to support its educational processes, will contribute to improving the quality, friendship and effectiveness of higher education in Lublin region, by meeting the needs and expectations of the academic community. The project will be implemented in the period 03.07.2017-31.08.2019. The following actions are planned: 1) Delivery of fixed assets and licences. 2) Implementation of advanced public e-services in AWF, 3) Purchase of access to updates, maintenance and support 4) Extension of fibre network and implementation of structural wiring system 5) Promotion of the project. L’essentiel du projet est la mise en place d’un système de services en ligne à l’Académie des beaux-arts de Varsovie à Biała Podlaska, qui permet à l’université de fournir des services éducatifs à divers groupes de parties prenantes, tant les personnes physiques (services A2C) que les services juridiques (services de type A2B). Grâce au projet, un environnement informatique intégré sera créé à l’université et un total de 10 e-services seront mis en œuvre, dont 1 sur 3 de maturité, 5 par poste. 4 et 4 en pos. 5. Cela permettra d’atteindre l’objectif principal du projet, qui est formulé comme suit: améliorer la qualité de l’éducation à l’Académie Józef Piłsudski d’éducation physique à Varsovie Filia à Biała Podlaska en augmentant le niveau d’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication. En outre, les objectifs spécifiques suivants ont été fixés pour atteindre l’objectif global du projet: 1) Augmenter le nombre de cas que les étudiants et les employés de l’Académie d’éducation physique de Józef Piłsudski à Varsovie peuvent traiter par voie électronique. 2) remplacement systématique de la correspondance traditionnelle par courrier électronique; 3) l’amélioration du niveau de connaissances et de compétences du personnel universitaire dans l’application de solutions informatiques modernes. 4) réduire les disparités d’accès à l’enseignement supérieur pour les personnes handicapées. Le projet sera mis en œuvre entre le 3 juillet 2017 et le 31 août 2019. Les actions suivantes sont prévues: 1) Fourniture d’immobilisations et de licences. 2) Mise en œuvre de services électroniques publics avancés dans AWF, 3) Achat d’accès à la mise à jour, service et soutien 4) expansion du réseau de fibre optique et exécution du système de câblage structurel 5) Promotion du projet. Das Wesentliche des Projekts ist die Einführung eines e-Service-Systems an der Warschauer Akademie der Schönen Künste in Biała Podlaska, das es der Universität ermöglicht, Bildungsdienstleistungen für verschiedene Interessengruppen, sowohl natürliche Personen (A2C-Dienste) als auch juristische (A2B-Dienstleistungen) anzubieten. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird an der Universität eine integrierte IT-Umgebung geschaffen und insgesamt 10 e-Services umgesetzt, davon 1 von 3 Fälligkeitspunkten, 5 pro Posten. 4 und 4 in Pos. 5. Damit wird das Hauptziel des Projekts erreicht, das wie folgt formuliert wird: Verbesserung der Qualität der Bildung an der Józef Piłsudski Akademie für Physikalische Bildung in Warschau Filia in Biała Podlaska durch eine stärkere Nutzung der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien. Darüber hinaus wurden folgende spezifische Ziele festgelegt, um das Gesamtziel des Projekts zu erreichen: 1) Erhöhung der Zahl der Fälle, die Studenten und Mitarbeiter der Akademie für Physikalische Bildung von Józef Piłsudski in Warschau elektronisch bearbeiten können. 2) systematische Ersetzung der traditionellen Korrespondenz per E-Mail; 3) Verbesserung der Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten des Hochschulpersonals in der Anwendung moderner IT-Lösungen. 4) Verringerung der Unterschiede beim Zugang zu tertiärer Bildung für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird dank des Einsatzes von IKT an der Universität zur Unterstützung ihrer Bildungsprozesse dazu beitragen, die Qualität, Freundlichkeit und Wirksamkeit der Hochschulbildung in Lublin zu verbessern, indem sie den Bedürfnissen und Erwartungen der akademischen Gemeinschaft gerecht wird. Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum 03.07.2017-31.08.2019 umgesetzt. Folgende Maßnahmen sind geplant: 1) Lieferung von Anlagevermögen und Lizenzen. 2) Implementierung von fortgeschrittenen öffentlichen e-Services in AWF, 3) Kauf Zugang zu Update, Service und Unterstützung 4) Erweiterung des Glasfasernetzes und Ausführung von Strukturverdrahtungssystem 5) Projektförderung.
