Cele projektu zbieżne z celami strategicznymi województwa oraz gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym: zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych szkodliwych pyłów. Infrastruktura w projekcie będzie współpracowała z istniejąca siecią. Energia będzie przeznaczona na potrzeby własne obiektu a w części na sprzedaż. Zarządzający tą infrastrukturą (wnioskodawca) będzie współpracował z operatorem sieci (w zakresie części energii przeznaczonej na sprzedaż). Celem działań w projekcie jest uruchomienie produkcji energii z oze (potrzeby własne i sprzedaż), wpływ na redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (PM10, PM 2,5 i innych), wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii (przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną i zmniejszenie udziału energii konwencjonalnej). Cele projektu zostały jasno określone i wynikają ze zdefiniowanych problemów interesariuszy projektu, w tym potrzeb wnioskodawcy( zastąpienie energii pobieranej z sieci energią z instalacji oze, obniżenie kosztów bieżących). Cele w projekcie określone zostały mierzalnymi wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu zgodnymi z celem działania RPO WŁ. Projekt zapewnia spadek emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (jako suma: redukcji i emisji unikniętej) a tym samym posłuży poprawie realizacji celów strategicznych, w tym celów RPO WŁ. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: montaż modułów fotowoltaicznych (99 kW 2 szt., 40 kW 5 szt. oraz 5 kW), inwerterów, okablowanie, konstrukcji nośnej. Ogółem projekt wyniesie 1920806,70 zł netto (2362592,24 zł brutto) wyd. kwalifikowane projektu 1920806,70 zł. Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (3 lat od daty płatności końcowej). Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych co jest zgodne z zapisami SZOOP woj. Łódzkiego. W projekcie zastosowano koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego – efekty projektu są w największym stopniu użyteczne dla wszystkich odbiorców (interesariuszy projektu). Project objectives converging with the strategic objectives of the voivodship and the low carbon economy, including: increased renewable energy production and reduction of CO2 and other harmful dust emissions. The infrastructure in the project will work with the existing network. The energy will be used for the own needs of the facility and partly for sale. The manager of this infrastructure (the applicant) will cooperate with the network operator (for part of the energy to be sold). The aim of the project is to launch energy production from oze (own needs and sales), impact on CO2 reduction and other dust emissions (PM10, PM 2.5 and others), increase the use of RES in energy production (transition to a low-carbon economy and reduce the share of conventional energy). The objectives of the project are clearly defined and result from the defined problems of the project stakeholders, including the applicant’s needs (replacement of energy from the grid from oze installations, reduction of running costs). The objectives of the project were defined by measurable output and result indicators in line with the objective of ROP WŁ. The project reduces CO2 and other dust emissions (as the sum of: reductions and avoided emissions) and thus will serve to improve the achievement of strategic objectives, including the objectives of ROP WŁ. The project’s material scope includes: installation of photovoltaic modules (99 kW 2 pcs, 40 kW 5 pcs and 5 kW), inverters, wiring, support structure. In total, the project will amount to PLN 1920806.70 net (PLN 2362592.24 gross) issued by qualified project 1920806.70 PLN. The implementation of the project includes the construction and operation phase (3 years from the date of the final payment). The project has an impact on increasing the production of energy from renewable sources, which is consistent with the provisions of the SZOOP voivodship. I'm from Lodz. Objectifs du projet conformes aux objectifs stratégiques de la voïvodie et de l’économie sobre en carbone, notamment: augmentation de la production d’énergie à partir de sources renouvelables et réduction des émissions de CO2 et d’autres poussières nocives. L’infrastructure du projet coopérera avec le réseau existant. L’énergie sera utilisée pour les besoins propres de l’installation et en partie pour la vente. Le gestionnaire de l’infrastructure (demandeur) coopérera avec le gestionnaire de réseau (en ce qui concerne la partie de l’énergie à vendre). L’objectif des activités du projet est de lancer la production d’énergie à partir de l’ozone (besoins propres et ventes), de réduire les émissions de CO2 et autres poussières (PM10, PM 2.5 et autres), d’accroître l’utilisation des SER dans la production d’énergie (transition vers une économie à faible intensité de carbone et de réduire la part de l’énergie conventionnelle). Les objectifs du projet ont été clairement définis et résultent de problèmes définis par les parties prenantes du projet, y compris les besoins du demandeur (remplacement de l’énergie du réseau à partir d’installations oze, réduction des coûts de fonctionnement). Les objectifs du projet ont été définis par des indicateurs de réalisation et de résultats mesurables, conformément à l’objectif de l’activité du ROP. Le projet assure une diminution des émissions de CO2 et d’autres poussières (en somme: la réduction et les émissions évitées) et amélioreront ainsi la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques, y compris les objectifs du PM ROP. Le champ d’application du projet comprend: installation de modules photovoltaïques (99 kW 2 pièces, 40 kW 5 pièces et 5 kW), onduleurs, câblage, structure de support. Le projet total s’élèvera à 1920806,70 PLN net (2362592,24 PLN) projet admissible 1920806,70 PLN. La mise en œuvre du projet couvre la phase de construction et d’exploitation (3 ans à compter de la date du paiement final). Le projet a un impact sur l’augmentation de la production d’énergie renouvelable, ce qui est conforme aux dispositions de la voïvodie SZOOP. C’est Lodz. Projektziele im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen der Woiwodschaft und der kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft, einschließlich: Steigerung der Erzeugung von Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen und Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen und anderer schädlicher Staubemissionen. Die Infrastruktur des Projekts wird mit dem bestehenden Netz zusammenarbeiten. Die Energie wird für den eigenen Bedarf der Anlage und teilweise für den Verkauf verwendet. Der Infrastrukturbetreiber (Antragsteller) wird mit dem Netzbetreiber zusammenarbeiten (in Bezug auf den Teil der zu verkaufenden Energie). Ziel der Projektaktivitäten ist es, die Energieerzeugung von Oze (eigener Bedarf und Verkauf) zu starten, die CO2-Emissionen und andere Staubemissionen (PM10, PM 2,5 u. a.) zu reduzieren, den Einsatz von EE bei der Energieerzeugung zu erhöhen (Übergang zu einer kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft und Verringerung des Anteils konventioneller Energie). Die Ziele des Projekts wurden klar definiert und sind das Ergebnis definierter Probleme der Projektbeteiligten, einschließlich des Bedarfs des Antragstellers (Ersetzung von Netzenergie aus oze-Anlagen, Senkung der Betriebskosten). Die Ziele des Projekts wurden anhand messbarer Output- und Ergebnisindikatoren im Einklang mit dem Ziel der Tätigkeit des ROP festgelegt. Das Projekt gewährleistet einen Rückgang der CO2-Emissionen und anderer Stäube (insgesamt: die Verringerung und die Vermeidung von Emissionen) und somit die Erreichung strategischer Ziele, einschließlich der Ziele des ROP MP, verbessern.
