Realizacja projektu pn: Efektywne energetycznie obiekty Archidiecezji Łódzkiej w Tomaszowie Mazowieckim – Katolicka Szkoła Podstawowa i budynek administracyjno – gospodarczy”mana celu poprawę efektywności budynków użyteczności publicznej. Ponadto wygenerowanie oszczędności energii, redukcji emisji CO2 do atmosfery oraz osiągnięcie lepszego standardu energetycznego budynków. Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada inwestycję w zakresie głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej należących do Archidiecezji Łódzkiej, zlokalizowanych przy ul. Głowackiego 11 w Tomaszowie Mazowieckim. Pozwoli to na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię, co wznacznym stopniu przełoży się na obniżenie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych i w konsekwencji spowoduje ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza odpowiedzialnych za powstawanie zjawiskatzw. niskiej emisji oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych. W ramach przedmiotowego projektu zaplanowano: - głęboką modernizację energetyczną budynków - wymianę oświetlenia na wysoenergooszczędne oświetlenie LED - modernizację systemu CO i CWU - przyłączenie budynków do sieci cieplnej, budowę ciepłociągu i węzła cieplnego - montaż wentylacji mechanicznej w budynku szkolnym Realizacja inwestycji uwzględnia koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego – obiekty objęte projektem, są użyteczne dla wszystkich, w możliwie największym stopniu, bez potrzeby adaptacji lub specjalistycznego projektowania. Implementation of the project was: Energy-efficient facilities of the Archdiocese of Lodz in Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Catholic Primary School and administrative and economic building"the aim of improving the efficiency of public buildings. In addition, generating energy savings, reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and achieving a better energy standard for buildings. This project involves an investment in the field of deep energy modernisation of public utility buildings belonging to the Archdiocese of Lodz, located at ul. Głowackiego 11 in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. This will reduce energy demand, which will significantly reduce the consumption of conventional fuels and consequently reduce the emissions of air pollutants responsible for the so-called low emissions and greenhouse gas emissions. This project is planned to: — deep energy modernisation of buildings – replacement of lighting for high energy efficient LED lighting – modernisation of CO and CWU systems – connection of buildings to the thermal grid, construction of heat and heat node – installation of mechanical ventilation in the school building The implementation of the investment takes into account the concept of universal design – the objects covered by the project are useful for all, to the greatest possible extent, without the need for adaptation or specialised design. Mise en œuvre du projet intitulé: Bâtiments économes en énergie de l’Archidiocèse de Łódź à Tomaszów Mazowiecki — École primaire catholique et bâtiment administratif et économique "afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des bâtiments publics. En outre, générer des économies d’énergie, réduire les émissions de CO2 dans l’atmosphère et atteindre une meilleure norme énergétique pour les bâtiments. Le projet implique un investissement dans la modernisation énergétique profonde des bâtiments publics appartenant à l’Archidiocèse de Łódź, situé à ul. Głowacki 11 à Tomaszów Mazowiecki. Durchführung des Projekts mit dem Titel: Energieeffiziente Gebäude der Erzdiözese Łódź in Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Katholische Grundschule und Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsgebäude "zur Verbesserung der Effizienz öffentlicher Gebäude. Darüber hinaus werden Energieeinsparungen erzielt, die CO2-Emissionen in die Atmosphäre reduziert und ein besserer Energiestandard für Gebäude erreicht. Das Projekt beinhaltet Investitionen in die tiefgreifende Energiemodernisierung öffentlicher Gebäude der Erzdiözese Łódź in ul. Głowacki 11 in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. Dies wird die Energienachfrage verringern, die den Verbrauch konventioneller Kraftstoffe erheblich verringern und somit die Emissionen von Luftschadstoffen verringern wird, die für die sogenannten niedrigen Emissionen und Treibhausgasemissionen verantwortlich sind.
