Cel główny projektu jest zgodny z założeniami RPO WŁ 2014-2020, z celem Osi priorytetowej IV „Gospodarka niskoemisyjna” realizowanej w ramach celu tematycznego 4 pn. „Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach” i z celem szczegółowym działania 4.2.: „Celem szczegółowym działania jest poprawiona efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i w sektorze budownictwa mieszkaniowego”. Cel główny projektu to: „Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Lubochnia”. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, tj.: zmniejszenie zużycia energii do ogrzewania budynków publicznych, obniżenie kosztów związanych z obsługą energetyczną budynków publicznych, zwiększenie termoizolacyjności budynków publicznych, zmniejszenie emisyjności i redukcja CO2. Realizacja projektu będzie miała pozytywny wpływ na środowisko ze względu na cel i zakres planowanych prac, których celem jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię i redukcję emisji szkodliwych gazów do atmosfery poprzez zastosowanie źródła energii odnawialnej – projekt zakłada wykorzystanie źródła alternatywnego w postaci paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz pomp obiegowych elektrycznych. Grupą docelową projektu jest społeczność lokalna gminy Lubochnia, tj. użytkownicy obiektów, tu w szczególności uczniowie placówek objętych projektem, czyli Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lubochni oraz Publicznego Gimnazjum w Lubochni, rodzice uczniów, pracownicy obiektów, goście z zewnątrz. Projekt zakłada realizacje np. zadań: 1. Termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Lubochni, koszt zadania: 1 301 871,08 zł brutto; 2. Termomodernizacja budynku Publicznego Gimnazjum w Lubochni, koszt zadania: 1 714 448,66 zł brutto; 3. Nadzór inwestorski, koszt zadania: 24 600,00 zł brutto; 4. Promocja projektu, koszt zadania: 3 259,50 zł brutto. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is in line with the objectives of ROP WŁ 2014-2020, with the objective of Priority Axis IV “low carbon economy” implemented under the thematic objective 4 BC. “Supporting the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors” and with the specific objective of Action 4.2: The specific objective is to improve energy efficiency in the public sector and in the housing sector. The main objective of the project is to: Increasing the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in Lubochnia Municipality. It will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives, i.e.: reduce energy consumption for heating public buildings, reduce costs related to the operation of public buildings, increase thermal insulation of public buildings, reduce emissions and reduce CO2. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the environment due to the objective and scope of the planned works aimed at reducing energy demand and reducing emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere through the use of renewable energy sources – the project assumes the use of an alternative source in the form of photovoltaic panels and electric circulating pumps. The target group of the project is the local community of Lubochnia commune, i.e. users of facilities, in particular students of institutions covered by the project, i.e. the School and Preschool Complex in Lubochnia and the Public High School in Lubochnia, parents of pupils, employees of facilities, guests from outside. The project envisages implementation of e.g. tasks: 1. Thermal modernisation of the school and preschool complex building in Lubochnia, cost of the task: 1 301 871.08 PLN gross; 2. Thermal modernisation of the public gymnasium in Lubochnia, cost of the task: 1 714 448.66 PLN gross; 3. Investor supervision, cost of the task: 24 600.00 PLN gross; 4. Promotion of the project, cost of the task: 3 259.50 PLN gross. (English)

Le principal objectif du projet est conforme aux objectifs du plan d’action régional 2014-2020, avec l’objectif de l’axe prioritaire IV «Économie à faible intensité de carbone» mis en œuvre au titre de l’objectif thématique no 4, «Soutenir la transition vers une économie à faible intensité de carbone dans tous les secteurs» et avec l’objectif spécifique 4.2: «L’objectif spécifique de l’action est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur public et dans le secteur du logement». L’objectif principal du projet est de: «Amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics de la municipalité de Lubochnia». Elle sera réalisée par la réalisation des objectifs spécifiques suivants: réduire la consommation d’énergie pour le chauffage des bâtiments publics, réduire les coûts énergétiques des bâtiments publics, augmenter l’isolation thermique des bâtiments publics, décarboner et réduire le CO2. La mise en œuvre du projet aura un impact positif sur l’environnement en raison de l’objectif et de la portée des travaux prévus visant à réduire la demande d’énergie et à réduire les émissions de gaz nocifs dans l’atmosphère grâce à l’utilisation d’une source d’énergie renouvelable — le projet suppose l’utilisation d’une source alternative sous la forme de panneaux photovoltaïques et de pompes électriques à circulation. Le groupe cible du projet est la communauté locale de la municipalité de Lubochnia, c’est-à-dire les utilisateurs des installations, en particulier les étudiants des établissements couverts par le projet, c’est-à-dire l’équipe scolaire et préscolaire de Lubochnia et le gymnase public de Lubochnia, les parents d’étudiants, les employés des installations et les invités de l’extérieur. Le projet suppose la mise en œuvre de tâches telles que: 1. Thermomodernisation de la construction de l’école et de l’équipe préscolaire à Lubochnia, le coût de la tâche: 1 301 871,08 PLN brut; 2. Thermomodernisation de la construction du gymnase public à Lubochnia, le coût de la tâche: 1 714 448,66 PLN brut; 3. Surveillance des investisseurs, coût de la tâche: 24 600,00 PLN brut; 4. Das Hauptziel des Projekts steht im Einklang mit den Zielen des ROP 2014-2020 mit dem Ziel der Prioritätsachse IV „Niedrige CO2-Emissionen“ im Rahmen des thematischen Ziels 4; „Unterstützung des Übergangs zu einer CO2-armen Wirtschaft in allen Sektoren“ und mit spezifischem Ziel 4.2: „Das spezifische Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz im öffentlichen Sektor und im Wohnungssektor“. Hauptziel des Projekts ist: Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz öffentlicher Gebäude in der Gemeinde Lubochnia. Sie wird erreicht, indem die spezifischen Ziele erreicht werden: Senkung des Energieverbrauchs für die Beheizung öffentlicher Gebäude, Senkung der Energiekosten für öffentliche Gebäude, Erhöhung der Wärmedämmung öffentlicher Gebäude, Dekarbonisierung und Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird sich aufgrund des Zwecks und des Umfangs der geplanten Arbeiten positiv auf die Umwelt auswirken, um den Energiebedarf zu senken und die Emissionen schädlicher Gase in die Atmosphäre durch den Einsatz einer erneuerbaren Energiequelle zu reduzieren – das Projekt geht von der Nutzung einer alternativen Quelle in Form von Photovoltaik-Panels und elektrischen Umwälzpumpen aus. Zielgruppe des Projekts ist die lokale Gemeinde der Gemeinde Lubochnia, d. h. Nutzer der Einrichtungen, insbesondere Studenten der vom Projekt abgedeckten Einrichtungen, d. h. das Schul- und Vorschulteam in Lubochnia und das öffentliche Gymnasium in Lubochnia, Eltern von Studenten, Mitarbeiter der Einrichtungen und Gäste von außen. Das Projekt übernimmt z. B. Aufgaben: 1. Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Schul- und Vorschulteams in Lubochnia, die Kosten für die Aufgabe: 1 301 871,08 PLN brutto; 2. Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des öffentlichen Gymnasiums in Lubochnia, die Kosten für die Aufgabe: 1 714 448,66 PLN brutto; 3. Anlegeraufsicht, Kosten der Aufgabe: 24 600,00 PLN brutto; 4.
