Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku Przedszkola w Gomunicach w technologii budownictwa pasywnego. Zaplanowano budynek piętrowy, niepodpiwniczony o powierzchni całkowitej 1.235 m2. Program użytkowy został rozmieszczony na 2 kondygnacjach, przy założeniach funkcjonalnych przedszkola dla 150 dzieci. Obliczone jednostkowe zapotrzebowanie na energię końcową bez urządzeń pomocniczych dla przedmiotowego budynku wynosi 14,8 kWh/m2/rok. Zadania przewidziane w projekcie: 1. Prace przygotowawcze 2. Budowa budynku Przedszkola w Gomunicach w technologii budownictwa pasywnego 3. Przeprowadzenie akcji promocyjnych i informacyjnych 4. Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługa Projekt będzie miał charakter demonstracyjny i pozwoli na rozpowszechnienie zastosowanych w ramach projektu innowacyjnych rozwiązań, mających na celu zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania budynku na energię końcową. Zastosowany system BMS umożliwi wizualizację i prezentację funkcjonowania budynku przedszkola w zakresie konsumpcji energii. Podjęte działania w ramach projektu umożliwią realizację celu głównego jakim jest poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie emisji dwutlenku węgla do atmosfery. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Gomunice. Jego odbiorcami będą mieszkańcy Gminy Gomunice, w szczególności użytkownicy budynku (dzieci, ich rodzice oraz personel przedszkola). Upowszechnienie wyników projektu oraz jego pozytywny wpływ na środowisko naturalne spowoduje, że odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy całego województwa łódzkiego oraz podmioty publiczne i prywatne funkcjonujące na tym obszarze. Projekt uwzględnia koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego poprzez zaprojektowanie i wykonanie budynku jak i jego otoczenia jako dostępnego dla niepełnosprawnych, mając na celu promowania społeczeństwa włączającego wszystkich obywateli, (w tym osoby niepełnosprawne, dzieci, osoby starsze) i zapewnienie im równości w dostępie do powstałej infrastruktury. The subject of the project is the construction of the kindergarten building in Gomunice in passive construction technology. A two-storey building is planned, with a total area of 1,235 m². The utility program was placed on 2 floors, with functional preschools for 150 children. The calculated unit final energy demand without ancillary equipment for the building concerned is 14,8 kWh/m²/year. Tasks foreseen in the project: 1. Preparatory work 2. Construction of the Preschool building in Gomunice in passive construction technology 3. Carrying out promotional and information activities 4. Project management and its operation The project will be demonstrative and will allow for the dissemination of innovative solutions used in the project, aimed at reducing the building’s demand for final energy. The BMS system used will allow visualisation and presentation of the functioning of the kindergarten building in the field of energy consumption. The actions undertaken under the project will enable the main objective of improving air quality by reducing CO emissions into the atmosphere. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Gomunice. Its recipients will be residents of the municipality of Gomunice, in particular users of the building (children, their parents and kindergarten staff). The dissemination of the results of the project and its positive impact on the environment will result in the recipients of the project being residents of the entire Łódź Voivodeship, as well as public and private entities operating in this area. The project incorporates the concept of universal design through the design and construction of the building and its surroundings as accessible to the disabled, with the aim of promoting a society involving all citizens (including people with disabilities, children, the elderly) and ensuring equality in access to the infrastructure created. L’objet du projet est la construction du bâtiment de la maternelle à Gomunice en technologie passive de construction. Un bâtiment de plain-pied d’une superficie totale de 1,235 m² est prévu. Le programme d’application a été placé sur 2 étages, avec des hypothèses fonctionnelles d’un jardin d’enfants pour 150 enfants. La demande unitaire d’énergie finale calculée sans équipement auxiliaire pour le bâtiment en question est de 14,8 kWh/m²/an. Tâches prévues dans le projet: 1. Travaux préparatoires 2. Construction du bâtiment de la maternelle à Gomunice en technologie passive de construction 3. Mener des campagnes de promotion et d’information 4. Gestion et service du projet Le projet sera démonstratif et permettra la diffusion de solutions innovantes utilisées dans le projet pour réduire la demande énergétique finale du bâtiment. Le système BMS utilisé permettra de visualiser et de présenter le fonctionnement du bâtiment de la maternelle dans le domaine de la consommation d’énergie. Les actions du projet permettront d’atteindre l’objectif principal d’amélioration de la qualité de l’air en réduisant les émissions de dioxyde de carbone dans l’atmosphère. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la municipalité de Gomunice. Ses bénéficiaires seront les résidents de la municipalité de Gomunice, en particulier les usagers du bâtiment (enfants, leurs parents et le personnel de la maternelle). La diffusion des résultats du projet et son impact positif sur l’environnement signifieront que les bénéficiaires du projet seront des résidents de l’ensemble de la voïvodie de Łódź, ainsi que des entités publiques et privées opérant dans la région. Le projet tiendra compte du concept de conception universelle en concevant et en construisant le bâtiment et son environnement comme accessibles aux handicapés, dans le but de promouvoir une société inclusive pour tous les citoyens (y compris les personnes handicapées, les enfants et les personnes âgées) et de garantir l’égalité d’accès à l’infrastructure qui en résulte. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau des Kindergartengebäudes in Gomunice in passiver Bautechnik. Eingeschossiges Gebäude mit einer Gesamtfläche von 1,235 m² ist geplant. Das Anwendungsprogramm wurde auf 2 Etagen platziert, mit funktionalen Annahmen eines Kindergartens für 150 Kinder. Der berechnete Endenergiebedarf ohne Zusatzausrüstung für das betreffende Gebäude beträgt 14,8 kWh/m²/Jahr. Im Projekt vorgesehene Aufgaben: 1. Vorbereitungsarbeiten 2. Bau des Kindergartengebäudes in Gomunice in passiver Bautechnik 3. Durchführung von Werbe- und Informationskampagnen 4. Projektmanagement und -service Das Projekt wird demonstrativ sein und die Verbreitung innovativer Lösungen ermöglichen, die im Rahmen des Projekts eingesetzt werden, um den Endenergiebedarf des Gebäudes zu verringern. Das verwendete BMS-System ermöglicht die Visualisierung und Darstellung der Funktionsweise des Kindergartengebäudes im Bereich des Energieverbrauchs. Die Maßnahmen des Projekts werden es ermöglichen, das Hauptziel der Verbesserung der Luftqualität durch die Verringerung der Kohlendioxidemissionen in die Atmosphäre zu erreichen. Das Projekt wird in der Gemeinde Gomunice durchgeführt. Ihre Empfänger werden Bewohner der Gemeinde Gomunice sein, insbesondere die Nutzer des Gebäudes (Kinder, ihre Eltern und das Personal des Kindergartens). Die Verbreitung der Ergebnisse des Projekts und seine positiven Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt werden dazu führen, dass die Empfänger des Projekts Einwohner der gesamten Woiwodschaft Łódź sowie öffentliche und private Einrichtungen sein werden, die in der Region tätig sind. Bei dem Projekt wird dem Konzept der universellen Gestaltung Rechnung getragen, indem das Gebäude und seine Umgebung als behindertengerecht gestaltet und gebaut werden, um eine inklusive Gesellschaft für alle Bürger (einschließlich Menschen mit Behinderungen, Kinder und ältere Menschen) zu fördern und sicherzustellen, dass sie gleichberechtigten Zugang zu der sich daraus ergebenden Infrastruktur haben.
