Celem projektu jest utworzenie 25 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych w Domu Dziennego Pobytu ,, ZACISZE" dla osób niesamodzielnych z gminy Barcin, powyżej 60-go roku życia, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. DDP będzie nową formą wsparcia stacjonarnej opieki dziennej, zapewniającą warunki do pobudzenia aktywności społecznej, fizycznej i kulturalnej dla 25 osób. DDP będzie pełnił funkcje o charakterze socjalno-bytowym poprzez zabezpieczenie posiłków, możliwość wykonywania zabiegów higieniczno- pielęgnacyjnych oraz funkcje opiekuńcze i specjalistyczne, uwzględniając potrzeby i oczekiwania uczestników. Placówka będzie miejscem bezpiecznego i godnego spędzania czasu uwzględniającym wolność, intymność, godność i poczucie bezpieczeństwa uczestników poprzez odpowiedni poziom i zakres świadczonych usług, uwzględniający stopień sprawności uczestników. DDP będzie usytuowany w miejscu dostępnym, pozbawionym barier architektonicznych i funkcjonalnych, w którym zgodnie z wymogami o charakterze infrastrukturalnym będą wyodrębnione pomieszczenia do prowadzenia zajęć grupowych i spotkań, pomieszczenia kuchenne, do wypoczynku, klubowe i inne. DDP będą wyposażony w sprzęty i urządzenia odpowiednie do funkcji z uwzględnieniem potrzeb osób starszych i niesamodzielnych. Placówka będzie funkcjonowała we wszystkie dni robocze, co najmniej 8 godzin dziennie. Wartość projektu wynosi 1.019.425,98ł, w tym wnioskowane dofinansowanie wynosi 937.871,90 zł. Projekt jest komplementarny do projektu ,,Przebudowa pomieszczeń wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania części budynku Miejskiego Domu Kultury z przeznaczeniem na utworzenie Domu Dziennego Pobytu" do realizacji w ramach Osi priorytetowej 6. The DDP will be located in an accessible area, without architectural and functional barriers, where, in accordance with infrastructure requirements, room for group activities and meetings, kitchen spaces, recreation, club and other facilities will be separated. DDPs will be equipped with equipment and equipment suitable for functions, taking into account the needs of the elderly and dependants. The facility will operate on all working days, at least 8 hours a day. The value of the project is PLN 1,019,425.98, including the requested co-financing amounting to PLN 937.871,90. The project is complementary to the project,Reconstruction of the premises together with a change in the use of part of the Municipal Culture House for the creation of the daily residence" to be implemented within the Priority Axis 6. L’objectif du projet est de créer 25 places pour fournir des services sociaux dans la Maison de résidence quotidienne, Zacisze" pour les personnes dépendantes de la municipalité de Barcin, plus de 60 ans, menacés de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale. Le DDP sera une nouvelle forme de soutien pour les soins de jour hospitalisés, offrant des conditions pour stimuler l’activité sociale, physique et culturelle de 25 personnes. DDP exercera des fonctions sociales et non-résidentes en assurant les repas, la capacité d’effectuer des traitements hygiéniques et infirmiers, ainsi que des soins et des fonctions spécialisées, en tenant compte des besoins et des attentes des participants. L’installation sera un lieu de temps sûr et digne, compte tenu de la liberté, de l’intimité, de la dignité et de la sécurité des participants grâce au niveau et à la gamme appropriés de services fournis, compte tenu du niveau d’efficacité des participants. Le DDP sera situé dans un espace accessible, non architectural et fonctionnel où, conformément aux exigences de nature infrastructurelle, il y aura des salles séparées pour les activités de groupe et les réunions, cuisines, salles de repos, salles de club et autres. Le DDP sera équipé d’équipements et de dispositifs adaptés aux fonctions, en tenant compte des besoins des personnes âgées et dépendantes. L’installation fonctionnera tous les jours ouvrables, au moins 8 heures par jour. La valeur du projet est de 1 019 425,98 PLN, dont le financement demandé s’élève à 937 871,90 PLN. Le projet est complémentaire au projet «Reconstruction des locaux et changement d’utilisation de la partie du bâtiment de la Maison municipale de la culture pour la création d’une maison de résidence» qui sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre de l’axe prioritaire 6. Ziel des Projekts ist es, 25 Plätze für soziale Dienstleistungen im House of Daily Residence, Zacisze" für abhängige Menschen aus der Gemeinde Barcin zu schaffen, die über 60 Jahre alt sind und von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. DDP wird eine neue Form der Unterstützung der stationären Tagespflege sein, die Bedingungen für die Förderung sozialer, physischer und kultureller Aktivitäten für 25 Personen bietet. DDP wird soziale und gebietsfremde Funktionen wahrnehmen, indem sie Mahlzeiten, die Fähigkeit, hygienische und stillende Behandlungen durchzuführen, sowie Pflege- und Spezialfunktionen unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Teilnehmer sicherstellt. Die Einrichtung wird ein Ort der sicheren und würdigen Zeit sein, unter Berücksichtigung der Freiheit, der Intimität, der Würde und der Sicherheit der Teilnehmer durch das angemessene Niveau und das entsprechende Spektrum der erbrachten Dienstleistungen unter Berücksichtigung des Grads der Effizienz der Teilnehmer. Das DDP befindet sich in einem zugänglichen, nicht architektonischen und funktionalen Bereich, in dem es entsprechend den Anforderungen der Infrastruktur getrennte Räume für Gruppenaktivitäten und Meetings, Küchen, Ruheräume, Clubräume und andere gibt. DDP wird mit Geräten und Geräten ausgestattet, die für Funktionen geeignet sind, wobei den Bedürfnissen älterer und abhängiger Menschen Rechnung zu tragen ist. Die Anlage wird an allen Arbeitstagen, mindestens 8 Stunden am Tag, betrieben. Der Wert des Projekts beträgt 1.019.425,98, wovon sich die beantragten Mittel auf 937 871,90 PLN belaufen. Das Projekt ergänzt das Projekt „Rekonstruktion der Räumlichkeiten zusammen mit der Änderung der Nutzung des Teils des Gebäudes des Kulturhauses für die Schaffung eines Hauses der Residenz“, das im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 6 durchgeführt werden soll.
