Celem projektu realizowanego przez Powiat Rypiński w partnerstwie z Gminą Miasta Rypin jest podniesienie jakości i efekt. kształcenia zaw. poprzez współpracę 15 techn., 1 ZSZ oraz 1 Liceum Plastycznego (LP) z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym w zakresie dostosowania kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy w terminie do 30.09.2019. Wsparciem w proj. zostanie objętych 660 ucz., 10 n-li kszt. zaw. oraz 15 tech., 1 ZSZ i 1 LP, funkcjonujących w: ZS nr 2 im. Unii Europejskiej w Rypinie, ZS nr 3 im. Bogdana Chełmickiego w Rypinie, ZS nr 4 im. Ziemi Dobrzyńskiej w Nadrożu oraz Zespole Szkół Miejskich w Rypinie. Gł. grupę docelową stanowią ucz. kształcący się w zaw.- technik: ekonomista, logistyk, informatyk, mechatronik, usług fryzjerskich, żywienia i usług gastronomicznych, technologii żywności, mechanizacji rolnictwa, agrobiznesu, mleczarstwa, cyfrowych procesów graficznych, geodeta, pojazdów samochodowych, architektury krajobrazu, budownictwa, ZSZ: kucharz, sprzedawca i klasy wielozawodowe oraz Liceum Plastycznego - specjalność: reklama wizualna, projektowanie graficzne, fotografia artystyczna. Grupę docel. stanowią również n-le przedmiotów zaw. Ucz. zostaną objęci następującymi formami wsparcia: zaj. pozalekcyjne przygotowujące do egz. zaw. oraz zaj. warsztatowe podnoszące umiejętności praktyczne uczniów, kursy i szkol. warsztatowe ukierunkowane na podniesienie kompetencji i zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych., wizyty studyjne u pracod., wyjazdy zawodoznawcze, zaj. na uczelniach wyższych, wyjazdy na targi branżowe oraz staże zawodowe dzięki którym ucz.zdobędą nowe umiejętności praktyczne na konkretnym stanowisku pracy.Wszystkie działania podjęte w projekcie mają na celu ułatwienie w przyszłości podjęcia pracy zawodowej. N-le uaktualnią swoją wiedzę i podniosą własne kompetencje zaw. poprzez uczestnictwo w kursach i szkol. oraz podjęcie studiów podyplomowych. W ramach projektu zostaną doposażone pracownie zawodowe zgodnie z listą MEN. (Polish)

The aim of the project implemented by the Ripiński District in partnership with the Municipality of Rypin is to improve the quality and effect of education, including through cooperation of 15 techn., 1 ZSZ and 1st Artistic High School (LP) with the socio-economic environment in terms of adapting education to the needs of the labour market by 30.09.2019. Support in the project will include 660 students, 10 n-li form incl. and 15 tech., 1 ZSZ and 1 LP, operating in: ZS No 2 of the European Union in Rypin, ZS No. 3 Bogdan Chełmicki in Rypin, ZS No. 4 im. Ziemi Dobrzyńska in Nadroż and the Municipal Schools Complex in Ripin. The target group consists of a teacher who is educated in the following techniques: economist, logistics, computer scientist, mechatronics, hairdressing services, nutrition and catering services, food technology, mechanisation of agriculture, agribusiness, dairying, digital graphic processes, surveyor, motor vehicles, landscape architecture, construction, ZSZ: chef, salesman and multi-professional classes and Art High School – specialty: visual advertising, graphic design, artistic photography. The target group. are also n-le objects incl. Learning will be covered by the following forms of support: extracurricular activities preparing for enrollment and workshop activities raising the practical skills of pupils, courses and schools. workshops aimed at improving skills and gaining professional qualifications., study visits to workod., professional trips, university studies, trips to trade fairs and professional internships thanks to which the student will gain new practical skills for a specific job.All the actions taken in the project are aimed at facilitating the work in the future. N-le will update their knowledge and raise their own competences incl. by participating in courses and schools and taking up postgraduate studies. Within the framework of the project, professional laboratories will be retrofitted according to the list of MENs. (English)

L’objectif du projet mis en œuvre par le district de Ripiński en partenariat avec la municipalité de Rypin est d’améliorer la qualité et l’effet de l’éducation par la coopération entre 15 techniciens, 1 ZSZ et 1 Plastic High School (LP) avec l’environnement socio-économique en termes d’adaptation de l’éducation aux besoins du marché du travail d’ici au 30 septembre 2019. Le soutien au projet sera couvert par 660 étudiants, 10 n-li incl. forme et 15 technologies, 1 ZSZ et 1 LP, fonctionnant dans: ZS no 2 im. Union européenne à Rypin, ZS no 3 im. Bogdan Chełmicki à Rypin, ZS no 4 im. Dobrzyńska Land à Nadroż et complexe scolaire municipal à Rypin. Le principal groupe cible est un apprenant qui apprend, y compris les techniques: économiste, logistique, informatique, mécatronique, services de coiffure, services de nutrition et de restauration, technologie alimentaire, mécanisation de l’agriculture, agro-industrie, produits laitiers, processus graphiques numériques, arpenteur, véhicules à moteur, architecture paysagère, construction, ZSZ: chef, vendeur et classes multi-professionnelles et Arts High School — spécialité: publicité visuelle, graphisme, photographie artistique. Le groupe cible est aussi des objets n-le incl. Les enseignements seront couverts par les formes de soutien suivantes: cours extrascolaires préparant à l’exécution et ateliers d’amélioration des compétences pratiques des étudiants, des cours et des écoles. ateliers visant à améliorer les compétences et à acquérir des qualifications professionnelles., visites d’études aux travailleurs, voyages professionnels, professions dans les universités, voyages à des salons et stages professionnels grâce auxquels l’apprenant acquerra de nouvelles compétences pratiques sur un lieu de travail particulier.Toutes les actions menées dans le cadre du projet visent à faciliter les carrières futures. N-le actualisera leurs connaissances et développera leurs propres compétences en participant à des cours et à des écoles et en suivant des études de troisième cycle. Dans le cadre du projet, le personnel professionnel sera réaménagé conformément à la liste MEN. (French)

Ziel des Projekts, das der Bezirk Ripiński in Partnerschaft mit der Gemeinde Rypin durchgeführt hat, ist es, die Qualität und Wirkung der Bildung durch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen 15 techn., 1 ZSZ und 1 Plastic High School (LP) mit dem sozioökonomischen Umfeld im Hinblick auf die Anpassung der Bildung an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes bis zum 30.9.2019 zu verbessern. Die Unterstützung des Projekts wird von 660 Studenten, 10 n-li inkl. Form und 15 Techs, 1 ZSZ und 1 LP abgedeckt, die in: ZS Nr. 2 im. Europäische Union in Rypin, ZS Nr. 3 im Bogdan Chełmicki in Rypin, ZS Nr. 4 im Dobrzyńska Land in Nadroż und Stadtschulkomplex in Rypin. Die Hauptzielgruppe ist ein Lernender, der einschl. Techniken lernt: Ökonom, Logistik, Informatiker, Mechatronik, Friseur, Ernährungs- und Catering-Dienstleistungen, Lebensmitteltechnik, Mechanisierung der Landwirtschaft, Landwirtschaft, Milchwirtschaft, digitale grafische Prozesse, Vermessung, Kraftfahrzeuge, Landschaftsarchitektur, Bau, ZSZ: Koch, Verkäufer und multiprofessionelle Klassen und Kunst High School – Spezialität: visuelle Werbung, Grafikdesign, künstlerische Fotografie. Die Zielgruppe sind auch n-le Objekte inkl. Die Lehren werden durch folgende Formen der Unterstützung abgedeckt: außerschulische Kurse zur Vorbereitung auf die Durchführung und Workshops zur Verbesserung der praktischen Fähigkeiten von Studenten, Kursen und Schulen. Workshops zur Verbesserung der Kompetenzen und zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen., Studienbesuche bei Arbeitnehmern, Berufsreisen, Berufe an Universitäten, Reisen zu Messen und Praktika, durch die der Lernende neue praktische Fähigkeiten an einem bestimmten Arbeitsplatz erwerben wird.Alle im Rahmen des Projekts ergriffenen Maßnahmen zielen darauf ab, zukünftige Karrieren zu erleichtern. N-le wird ihr Wissen aktualisieren und ihre eigenen Kompetenzen durch die Teilnahme an Kursen und Schulen und die Aufnahme eines Postgraduiertenstudiums ausbauen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die professionellen Mitarbeiter entsprechend der MEN-Liste nachgerüstet. (German)
