Projekt będzie realizowany z wykorzystaniem działań szybkiego reagowania skierowanych do 24 (13K,11M) uczestników projektu. Celem tych działań będzie łagodzenie negatywnych skutków procesów modernizacji przedsiębiorstw z obszaru Torunia. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie zastosowany głównie mechanizm outplacementu indywidualnego, który jest najbardziej efektywny w przypadku zwolnień pracowników z restrukturyzowanych przedsiębiorstw. Cechą charakterystyczną tej formy jest indywidualne podejście, co w konsekwencji doprowadzi do wzmocnienia motywacji i stopnia mobilności do aktywnego kierowania oraz wyznaczania kierunków własnego rozwoju zawodowego i powrotu na rynek pracy uczestników projektu. Zaplanowane w ramach projektu działania w postaci szkoleń, bezzwrotnego wsparcia finansowego dla osób planujących rozpocząć działalność gospodarczą, doradztwa zawodowego i pośrednictwa pracy pozwolą na realizację celu głównego projektu, a w konsekwencji do osiągnięcia wyznaczonego efektu realizacji RPO. Przez cały okres realizacji projektu prowadzona jest szeroka kampania informacyjno-promocyjna zgodna z Wytycznymi. Projekt jest zgodny z RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020 - Poddziałanie 8.5.2 Wsparcie outplacementowe, SzOOP RPO WK-P 2014-2020. Ponadto projekt jest zgodny z przepisami dotyczącymi pomocy publicznej/pomocy de minimis oraz właściwymi przepisami prawa unijnego i krajowego. (Polish)

The project will be implemented using rapid response actions aimed at 24 (13K,11M) project participants. The aim of these measures will be to mitigate the negative impact of modernisation processes in Toruń. The implementation of the project will mainly apply an individual outplacement mechanism, which is the most effective in case of redundancies of workers from restructured enterprises. A characteristic feature of this form is an individual approach, which will in turn strengthen the motivation and degree of mobility to actively direct and guide their professional development and return to the labour market of project participants. Actions planned within the project in the form of training, non-refundable financial support for persons planning to start a business activity, professional counselling and job placement will allow for the achievement of the objective of the main project and, consequently, to achieve the designated effect of implementation of the ROP. Throughout the implementation of the project, a broad information and promotion campaign is carried out in accordance with the Guidelines. The project is compatible with the WK-P RPO for the years 2014-2020 – Submeasure 8.5.2 Outplacement support, SzOOP RPO WK-P 2014-2020. In addition, the project complies with the state aid/de minimis aid rules and the relevant EU and national legislation. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre au moyen d’actions d’intervention rapide adressées à 24 participants au projet (13K,11M). L’objectif de ces actions sera d’atténuer les effets négatifs du processus de modernisation des entreprises Toruń. La mise en œuvre du projet s’appuiera principalement sur le mécanisme de remplacement individuel, qui est le plus efficace en cas de licenciement de travailleurs d’entreprises restructurées. Une caractéristique particulière de cette forme est une approche individuelle qui conduira à un renforcement de la motivation et du degré de mobilité pour orienter et guider activement leur propre développement professionnel et réintégrer le marché du travail des participants au projet. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet sous forme de formation, de soutien financier non remboursable à ceux qui envisagent de créer une entreprise, d’orientation professionnelle et de placement professionnel permettront de réaliser le projet principal et, par conséquent, d’obtenir l’effet déclaré de la mise en œuvre du ROP. Tout au long de la mise en œuvre du projet, une vaste campagne d’information et de promotion est menée conformément aux Lignes directrices. Le projet est conforme à la sous-mesure 8.5.2 ROP WK-P 2014-2020, SzOOP ROP WK-P 2014-2020. En outre, le projet est conforme aux règles relatives aux aides d’État/aides de minimis et aux dispositions pertinentes du droit de l’UE et du droit national. (French)

Das Projekt wird im Rahmen von Sofortmaßnahmen durchgeführt, die an 24 Projektteilnehmer (13K,11M) gerichtet sind. Mit diesen Maßnahmen sollen die negativen Auswirkungen des Modernisierungsprozesses der Toruń-Unternehmen abgemildert werden. Bei der Durchführung des Projekts wird vor allem der individuelle Outplacement-Mechanismus genutzt, der bei Entlassungen von Arbeitnehmern aus umstrukturierten Unternehmen am wirksamsten ist. Ein besonderes Merkmal dieser Form ist ein individueller Ansatz, der zu einer Stärkung der Motivation und des Mobilitätsgrades führen wird, um ihre eigene berufliche Entwicklung aktiv zu steuern und zu lenken und wieder in den Arbeitsmarkt der Projektteilnehmer einzusteigen. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen in Form von Ausbildung, nicht rückzahlbarer finanzieller Unterstützung für diejenigen, die eine Unternehmensgründung planen, Berufsberatung und Stellenvermittlung werden es ermöglichen, das Hauptprojekt zu verwirklichen und somit die angegebene Wirkung der Umsetzung des ROP zu erzielen. Während der gesamten Projektdurchführung wird eine breit angelegte Informations- und Absatzförderungskampagne gemäß den Leitlinien durchgeführt. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem ROP WK-P 2014-2020 – Teilmaßnahme 8.5.2 Outplacement Support, SzOOP ROP WK-P 2014-2020. Darüber hinaus steht das Vorhaben im Einklang mit den Vorschriften über staatliche Beihilfen/De-minimis-Beihilfen und den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des EU-Rechts und des nationalen Rechts. (German)
