Celem projektu jest włączenie społeczne 17 K i 3 M zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez realizację aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej oraz działań o charakterze środowiskowym na terenie Gminy Żnin w okresie od III/2019 do III/2020. Grupą docelową projektu będą kobiety i mężczyźni zamieszkali na terenie Gminy Żnin, w wieku 20-50 lat, , korzystający ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej, osoby , które opuściły pieczę zastępczą, z niepełnosprawnością , korzystające z POPŻ oraz osoby dotknięte lub zagrożone przemocą w rodzinie. Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie będą realizowane w oparciu o kontrakt socjalny, w ramach którego uczestnicy objęci zostaną instrumentami aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej i działaniami o charakterze środowiskowym. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie takich wskaźników rezultatu jak: 1. uzyskanie przez 10 uczestników zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym nowych kwalifikacji;2. poszukiwanie pracy przez 10 uczestników;3. zakłada, że 5 osób po opuszczeniu programu podejmą zatrudnienie oraz zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźników produktu takich jak objęcie wsparciem w ramach projektu 20 osób w tym minimum 2 osób niepełnosprawnych oraz osiągnięcie specyficznych wskaźników produktu. The aim of the project is to include 17 K and 3 M at risk of poverty or social exclusion through social, professional activation and environmental activities in the Żnin commune in the period from III/2019 to III/2020. The target group of the project will be women and men living in the commune of Żnin, aged 20-50, benefiting from social assistance benefits, people who have left the foster care, with disabilities, benefiting from POPŻ and persons affected or threatened by domestic violence. The tasks planned in the project will be carried out on the basis of a social contract, under which participants will be covered by social, professional and environmental activation instruments. The project aims to achieve results indicators such as: 1. the acquisition of new qualifications by 10 participants at risk of poverty or social exclusion;2. job search by 10 participants;3. assumes that 5 people after leaving the programme will take up employment and achieve product indicators such as the inclusion of 20 people supported by the project, including at least 2 people with disabilities and the achievement of specific product indicators. L’objectif du projet est l’inclusion sociale de 17 K et 3 M menacés de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale grâce à la mise en œuvre d’activités sociales, professionnelles et environnementales dans la Commune de 'nin au cours de la période III/2019 à III/2020. Le groupe cible du projet sera constitué de femmes et d’hommes résidant dans la Commune de 'nin, âgés de 20 à 50 ans, bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale, de personnes qui ont quitté le foyer d’accueil, de personnes handicapées, de personnes qui bénéficient de POP et de personnes touchées ou risquant d’être victimes de violence familiale. Les tâches prévues dans le projet seront exécutées sur la base d’un contrat social, dans le cadre duquel les participants seront couverts par des instruments d’activation sociale, professionnelle et environnementale. Le projet suppose la réalisation d’indicateurs de résultats tels que: 1. l’acquisition de nouvelles qualifications par 10 participants exposés au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale; 2. la recherche d’emploi par 10 participants;3. l’hypothèse que 5 personnes après avoir quitté le programme prendront un emploi et la réalisation d’indicateurs de résultats tels que le soutien du projet à 20 personnes, dont un minimum de 2 personnes handicapées et des indicateurs de réalisation spécifiques. Ziel des Projekts ist die soziale Eingliederung von 17 K und 3 M, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, durch die Durchführung sozialer, beruflicher und ökologischer Aktivitäten in der Gemeinde Żnin im Zeitraum III/2019 bis III/2020. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Frauen und Männer, die in der Kommune Żnin im Alter von 20-50 Jahren wohnen und Sozialhilfeleistungen erhalten, Personen, die die Pflegebedürftigkeit verlassen haben, mit Behinderungen, die von POPŻ profitieren, und Menschen, die von häuslicher Gewalt betroffen sind oder von häuslicher Gewalt bedroht sind. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Aufgaben werden auf der Grundlage eines Sozialvertrags durchgeführt, bei dem die Teilnehmer durch soziale, berufliche und ökologische Aktivierungsinstrumente abgedeckt werden. Das Projekt geht davon aus, dass Ergebnisindikatoren erreicht werden, wie z. B.: 1. der Erwerb neuer Qualifikationen durch zehn von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Teilnehmer;2. Jobsuche durch 10 Teilnehmer;3. geht davon aus, dass 5 Personen nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm eine Beschäftigung aufnehmen und die Erreichung von Outputindikatoren wie die Unterstützung des Projekts für 20 Personen, darunter mindestens 2 Menschen mit Behinderungen und spezifische Outputindikatoren, übernehmen.
