Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, budowania sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R w firmie "BioSep Technologies". Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym umożliwi wzrost rozpoznawalności w środowisku biznes owym, zwiększenie zainteresowania przeprowadzanymi projektami B+R oraz przyczyni się do nawiązania współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi, partnerami technologicznymi, potencjalnymi dystrybutorami oraz inwestorami. Dzięki rozszerzeniu sieci kontaktów poprzez odbyte spotkania z partnerami technologicznymi, przedstawicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transferu i komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. Przedstawienie rezultatów prac B+R podczas spotkań oraz prezentacji przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń pomiędzy podmiotami zainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac B+R, co przyczyni się do profesjonalizacji działań "BioSep Technologies" oraz pobudzenia szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii. Projekt przewiduje również realizację działań wspierającą "BioSep Technologies" w kwestii zawierania umów dotyczących kooperacji, współpracy badawczo rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych, co wzmocni bezpieczeństwo własności i ntelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności. The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support concerning the stimulation of technology transfer, networking of economic and scientific contacts and commercialisation of R & D results in the company “BioSep Technologies”. Consulting on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the business environment will enable increased recognition in the business environment, increase interest in R & D projects carried out and will contribute to establishing cooperation with scientific units, technological partners, potential distributors and investors. Thanks to the broadening of the network through meetings with technological partners, representatives of the scientific and economic community, the process of transfer and commercialisation of the applicant’s R & D results will be streamlined and professionalised. Presenting the results of R & D during meetings and presentations will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience between stakeholders interested in the commercialisation of R & D effects, which will contribute to the professionalisation of “BioSep Technologies” activities and to stimulate the broadly understood market for new technologies. The project also provides for the implementation of activities supporting “BioSep Technologies” in terms of cooperation agreements, R & D cooperation, licenses and the transfer of property rights, which will strengthen the security of ownership and ntelectual in the company and reduce the risk of irrecoverable receivables. Le projet a pour objet la mise en œuvre d’un soutien consultatif sur la stimulation du transfert de technologie, la mise en place d’un réseau de contacts économiques et scientifiques et la commercialisation des résultats des travaux de R & D menés au sein de BIOSEP Technologies. La consultation dans le domaine de la construction et du maintien d’un réseau de liens entre la communauté scientifique et l’environnement économique permettra de mieux reconnaître l’environnement des entreprises, d’accroître l’intérêt pour les projets de R & D menés et de contribuer à l’établissement d’une coopération avec les unités scientifiques, les partenaires technologiques, les distributeurs potentiels et les investisseurs. En élargissant le réseau de contacts par le biais de réunions tenues avec des partenaires technologiques, des représentants de la communauté scientifique et économique, le processus de transfert et de commercialisation des résultats des travaux de R & D de la requérante sera rationalisé et professionnalisé. La présentation des résultats des travaux de R & D lors de réunions et de présentations contribuera à l’échange de connaissances et d’expériences entre les entités intéressées à commercialiser les résultats des travaux de R & D, ce qui contribuera à la professionnalisation des activités «BIOSEP Technologies» et à stimuler le marché plus large des nouvelles technologies. Le projet prévoit également la mise en œuvre d’activités soutenant «BIOSEP Technologies» en termes de conclusion d’accords de coopération, de coopération en matière de recherche-développement, de licences et de transfert de droits d’auteur, ce qui renforcera la sécurité de la propriété et de la propriété intellectuelle dans l’entreprise et réduira le risque de créances irrécouvrables. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Durchführung von Beratungsleistungen für die Förderung des Technologietransfers, den Aufbau eines Netzes wirtschaftlicher und wissenschaftlicher Kontakte und die Vermarktung der Ergebnisse der F & E-Arbeiten von BIOSEP Technologies. Die Beratung im Bereich des Aufbaus und der Pflege eines Netzwerks von Verbindungen zwischen der Wissenschaft und dem wirtschaftlichen Umfeld wird eine stärkere Anerkennung im Unternehmensumfeld ermöglichen, das Interesse an den durchgeführten FuE-Projekten erhöhen und zur Zusammenarbeit mit wissenschaftlichen Einheiten, technologischen Partnern, potenziellen Vertriebspartnern und Investoren beitragen. Durch die Ausweitung des Kontaktnetzes durch Treffen mit technologischen Partnern, Vertretern der Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft wird der Prozess der Übertragung und Vermarktung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit des Antragstellers gestrafft und professionell gestaltet. Die Präsentation der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit in Sitzungen und Präsentationen wird zum Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen zwischen Einrichtungen beitragen, die an der Kommerzialisierung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit interessiert sind, was zur Professionalisierung der Tätigkeiten von „BIOSEP Technologies“ und zur Stimulierung des breiteren Marktes für neue Technologien beitragen wird. Das Projekt sieht auch die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung von „BIOSEP Technologies“ im Hinblick auf den Abschluss von Kooperationsvereinbarungen, die Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Forschung, die Lizenzierung und den Transfer von Urheberrechten vor, wodurch die Sicherheit des Eigentums und des geistigen Eigentums im Unternehmen erhöht und das Risiko uneinbringlicher Forderungen verringert wird.
