Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego w firmie Inosystem poprzez zakup środków trwałych, stanowiących zaplecze badawczo-rozwojowe firmy za pomocą którego prowadzone będą prace badawczo-rozwojowe nad opracowaniem innowacji produktowej w postaci wysokoprecyzyjnej wypraski z tworzyw sztucznych.Badania będą prowadzone w obszarach: 1. badanie odkształceń wyprasek z tworzyw sztucznych, 2. badanie w zakresie wprowadzania deformacji formy w celu skompensowania powstałych odkształceń w wypraskach z tworzyw sztucznych, 3. badanie - wybór najbardziej efektywnej metody eliminowania odkształceń wyprasek z tworzyw sztucznych.W efekcie prac B+R Wnioskodawca wdroży innowację produktową w postaci innowacyjnej wysokoprecyzyjnej wypraski z tworzyw sztucznych, która zdywersyfikuje oferowane dotychczas produkty firmy o udoskonaloną wypraskę z tworzyw sztucznych oraz co za tym idzie udoskonaloną formę wtryskową.W ramach sprzętu B+R Wnioskodawca planuje dokonać zakupu:1. Współrzędnościowa maszyna pomiarowa 2. Skaner optyczny 3. Urządzenie pomiarowe ze skanerem laserowym Powyższy sprzęt jest niezbędny do prowadzenia prac B+R w wyżej wskazanych obszarach badawczych. The subject of the project is to create R & D facilities in Inosystem through the purchase of fixed assets, which provide the R & D base of the company through which research and development will be carried out on the development of product innovation in the form of a high-precision plastic part.The research will be carried out in the following areas: 1. examination of plastic parts deformation, 2. test on the introduction of mould deformation to compensate for the resulting deformations in plastic mouldings, 3. testing – selection of the most effective method of eliminating plastic parts deformation. Coordinate measuring machine 2. Optical scanner 3. Measuring device with laser scanner The above equipment is necessary for R & D in the above-mentioned research areas. (English)

Le projet a pour objet la création d’installations de R & D à Inosystem par l’achat d’actifs immobilisés, qui constituent des installations de R & D de l’entreprise par l’intermédiaire desquelles des travaux de R & D seront réalisés sur le développement de l’innovation de produits sous forme de moulage plastique de haute précision. 1. étude de la déformation des moules en plastique, 2. étude sur l’introduction de la déformation des moules pour compenser la déformation qui en résulte dans les presses en plastique, 3. étude — sélection de la méthode la plus efficace pour éliminer la déformation des moules à partir des plastiques.À la suite des travaux de R & D, la requérante mettra en œuvre une innovation de produit sous la forme d’un moulage en plastique innovant de haute précision, qui diversifiera les produits de l’entreprise avec une meilleure moulage en plastique et donc une meilleure moulage par injection.Dans le cadre de l’équipement B+R, la requérante prévoit d’acheter:1. Machine de mesure de coordonnées 2. Scanner optique 3. Appareil de mesure avec scanner laser L’équipement ci-dessus est nécessaire pour effectuer des travaux de R & D dans les domaines de recherche mentionnés ci-dessus. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Schaffung von F & E-Einrichtungen bei Inosystem durch den Erwerb von Anlagegütern, die F & E-Einrichtungen des Unternehmens darstellen, mit dem FuE-Arbeiten an der Entwicklung von Produktinnovationen in Form von hochpräzisen Kunststoffformen durchgeführt werden. Die Forschung wird in folgenden Bereichen durchgeführt: 1. Untersuchung der Verformung von Kunststoffformen, 2. Studie über die Einführung der Formverformung zum Ausgleich der daraus resultierenden Verformung in Kunststoffpressen, 3. Studie – Auswahl der effektivsten Methode zur Beseitigung der Verformung von Formen aus Kunststoffen.Als Ergebnis der Arbeit der F & E wird der Antragsteller Produktinnovationen in Form von innovativen hochpräzisen Kunststoffformen implementieren, die die Produkte des Unternehmens durch verbesserte Kunststoffformung und damit verbessertes Spritzgießen diversifizieren.Im Rahmen der B+R-Ausrüstung plant der Antragsteller den Kauf:1. Koordinatenmessmaschine 2. Optischer Scanner 3. Messgerät mit Laserscanner Die oben genannten Geräte sind notwendig, um F & E-Arbeiten in den oben genannten Forschungsbereichen durchzuführen.
