Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej, stanowiących własność Gminy Malczyce: szkoły podstawowej z gimnazjum oraz publicznego przedszkola. Obiekty zlokalizowane są w miejscowości Malczyce, gm. Malczyce, pow. średzki, woj. dolnośląskie. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną prace w budynkach: I. Przedszkola: wymiana okien, drzwi zewn., docieplenie ścian zewn. i stropodachu, uzupełnienie systemu zarządzania energią o licznik ciepła, prace towarzyszące - wydatki niekwalifikowane; II. Szkoły podstawowej z gimnazjum: wymiana kotłowni węglowej na biomasę, docieplenie stropodachu i ścian zewn. sali gimnastycznej oraz ścian zewn. szkoły, wymiana: przeszkleń, drzwi stalowych, drewnianych, okien, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej i czasowej, opomiarowanie zużycia energii, prace towarzyszące - wydatki niekwalifikowane; Zakres prac oparty został o najkorzystniejszy wariant opisany w audycie energet. Dzięki realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną efekty: ekonomiczne (zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji), ekologiczne (zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną oraz emisji CO2). Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia świadomości ekologicznej poprzez bezkosztowe przeprowadzenie szkoleń: -pracowników techn. w zakresie obsługi urządzeń/syst. grzewczych i wentylacyjnych; - nauczycieli i uczniów w zakresie edukacji ekolog., dbałości o równowagę w środowisku poprzez ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych substancji, oszczędzanie energii oraz eksploatacji pomieszczeń z uwzględnieniem zasady regulacji temp i wietrzenia pomieszczeń, etc. Projekt nie wymaga pozwolenia na budowę. Wójt Gminy Malczyce w dn. 05.04.2016 dokonał zgłoszenia zamiaru rozpoczęcia robót bud. polegających na termomodernizacji budynków oraz w dn.08.04.2016 r.zgłoszenia zamiaru rozpoczęcia robót budowlanych polegających na wymianie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, kotła i instalacji elektrycznej w budynkach. The subject of the project is the modernisation of 2 public utility buildings owned by the Municipality of Malczyce: elementary school with junior high school and public kindergarten. The facilities are located in Malczyce, Malczyce, Średzki, Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. As part of the project, works will be carried out in buildings: I. kindergartens: replacement of windows, external doors, insulation of external walls and ceilings, supplementing the energy management system with a heat counter, accompanying work – ineligible expenditure; II. Elementary school in middle school: replacement of coal boiler room for biomass, warming of ceilings and outer walls of the gym and outer walls of schools, exchange: glazing, steel, wooden doors, windows, installation of thermostatic valves, use of weather and time automation, measuring energy consumption, accompanying work – ineligible expenditure; The scope of the work is based on the most favourable option described in the energet audit. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the results will be achieved: economic (reduction of operating costs), green (reduction of demand for heat and CO2 emissions). The project will increase environmental awareness through cost-free training: —techn. workers in the field of operation of heating and ventilation equipment/systems; — teachers and pupils in the field of ecologist education., care for environmental sustainability by reducing emissions of harmful substances, saving energy and operation of the premises, taking into account the principle of temperature regulation and ventilation of rooms, etc. The project does not require a construction permit. Mayor of Malczyce commune in dn. 05.04.2016 notified the intention to start construction works consisting of thermal modernisation of buildings and on 08.04.2016 notification of the intention to start construction works consisting of the replacement of central heating, boiler and electrical installations in buildings. L’objet du projet est la thermomodernisation des 2 bâtiments publics appartenant à la municipalité de Malczyce: école primaire du collège et de la maternelle publique. Les objets sont situés à Malczyce, Malczyce, Średzki, bas Silésie voïvodie. Le projet réalisera des travaux dans les bâtiments: I. Jardin d’enfants: remplacement des fenêtres, des portes extérieures, isolation des murs extérieurs et des planchers, ajout du système de gestion de l’énergie par un compteur de chaleur, travaux d’accompagnement — dépenses inéligibles; II. École primaire du collège: remplacement de la chaufferie au charbon pour la biomasse, chauffage des planchers et des murs extérieurs de la salle de gym et des murs extérieurs de l’école, remplacement de: vitrages, portes en acier, portes en bois, fenêtres, installation de vannes thermostatiques, utilisation de l’automatisation météorologique et temporelle, mesure de la consommation d’énergie, travaux d’accompagnement — dépenses inéligibles; La portée des travaux était fondée sur l’option la plus avantageuse décrite dans l’audit énerget. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les résultats seront atteints: économique (coûts d’exploitation réduits), écologique (réduction de la demande de chaleur et des émissions de CO2). Le projet contribuera à accroître la sensibilisation à l’environnement grâce à une formation gratuite: —techn. salariés dans le domaine de l’exploitation des dispositifs/assistances de chauffage et de ventilation; — les enseignants et les étudiants dans le domaine de l’éducation écologiste, la prise en charge de l’équilibre environnemental en réduisant les émissions de substances nocives, l’économie d’énergie et les salles d’opération, en tenant compte du principe de régulation de la vitesse et de la ventilation des locaux, etc. Le projet ne nécessite pas de permis de construire. Maire de la municipalité de Malczyce le jour. Le 05.04.2016, il a déclaré son intention de commencer les travaux de construction consistant en la rénovation thermique des bâtiments et, le mois d’août 2016, notification de l’intention de commencer les travaux de construction consistant en le remplacement des installations de chauffage central, de chaudière et d’électricité dans les bâtiments. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Thermomodernisierung der beiden öffentlichen Gebäude der Gemeinde Malczyce: Grundschule aus der Mittelschule und dem öffentlichen Kindergarten. Die Objekte befinden sich in Malczyce, Malczyce, Średzki, Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien. Das Projekt wird Arbeiten in den Gebäuden durchführen: I. Kindergarten: Austausch von Fenstern, Außentüren, Isolierung von Außenwänden und Böden, Hinzufügung des Energiemanagementsystems durch einen Wärmezähler, Begleitarbeiten – nicht förderfähige Ausgaben; II. Grundschule aus der Mittelschule: Austausch von Kohlekesselraum für Biomasse, Erwärmung der Böden und Außenwände der Turnhalle und Außenwände der Schule, Ersatz von: Verglasung, Stahltüren, Holztüren, Fenster, Installation von Thermostatventilen, Einsatz von Wetter- und Zeitautomatisierung, Messung des Energieverbrauchs, Begleitarbeiten – nicht förderfähige Ausgaben; Der Umfang der Arbeiten beruhte auf der vorteilhaftesten Option, die in der Energet-Prüfung beschrieben wurde. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts werden folgende Ergebnisse erzielt: Wirtschaftlichkeit (reduzierte Betriebskosten), ökologisch (Verringerung des Wärmebedarfs und CO2-Emissionen). Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, das Umweltbewusstsein durch kostenlose Schulungen zu erhöhen: —Techniker im Bereich des Betriebs von Heizungs- und Lüftungsgeräten/Hilfseinrichtungen; — Lehrer und Studenten auf dem Gebiet der Ökologenausbildung, Pflege der Umweltbilanz durch Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen, Einsparung von Energie und Betriebsräumen, unter Berücksichtigung des Prinzips der Regelung der Geschwindigkeit und Belüftung der Räumlichkeiten usw. Das Projekt erfordert keine Baugenehmigung. Bürgermeister der Gemeinde Malczyce am Tag. Am 05.04.2016 erklärte er seine Absicht, Bauarbeiten zu beginnen, die in der thermischen Renovierung von Gebäuden bestehen, und teilte am August April 2016 die Absicht mit, Bauarbeiten zu beginnen, die in der Ersetzung von Zentralheizung, Kessel und elektrischen Anlagen in Gebäuden bestehen.
