Projekt dotyczy rewitalizacji zdegradowanej przestrzeni Jedliny-Zdroju, przebudowy i modernizacji budynków w centrum uzdrowiska w celu nadania im nowych funkcji i dostosowania do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Przyczyni się do wzrost poziomu usług ogólnomiejskich poprzez funkcjonalności obszaru, nadanie budynkom nowych funkcji o charakterze społecznym i dostosowanie obiektu na cele turystyki. Projekt uporządkuje chaos przestrzenny, stworzy przestrzeń dla nowych funkcji - rekreacyjnych (zieleń, mała architektura) i parkingowych. Łączna powierzchnia zrewitalizowanej przestrzeni wyniesie 11 469 m2. W wyniku realizacji projektu wsparte zostaną 4 budynki: 2 zdegradowane budynki po byłej rozlewni wód zostaną zaadaptowane na funkcję społeczną, zdegradowany budynek handlowy zostanie zaadaptowany na kiosk informacji turystycznej, zmodernizowany zostanie również budynek Centrum Kultury pod kątem dostępności dla niepełnosprawnych. Wytworzona infrastruktura będzie dostosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt obejmuje 4 zadania: Zadanie nr 1 obejmuje przebudowę i modernizację przestrzeni miejskiej oraz przebudowę i modernizację budynków w centrum uzdrowiska; Zadanie nr 2 obejmuje zakup przez wnioskodawcę zdegradowanego budynku w celu nadania mu nowych funkcji; Zadanie nr 3 obejmuje nadzór inwestorski; Zadanie nr 4 obejmuje działania promocyjne. Wnioskodawcą jest Gmina Jedlina-Zdrój, która będzie również operatorem (z wyłączeniem budynku Centrum Kultury, dla którego operatorem będzie Centrum Kultury). Projekt adresowany jest do szerokiej grupy odbiorców: dzieci, młodzieży oraz osób dorosłych. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji oraz wszyscy mieszkańcy Jedliny-Zdroju dla których centrum miasta jest miejscem zamieszkania, spotkań oraz rekreacji. Projekt jest również adresowany do turystów. Uporządkowana przestrzeń centrum miasta wraz z punktem informacji turystycznej przyczyni się do wzrostu atrakcyjności turystycznej Jedliny-Zdroju. The project concerns revitalising the degraded Jedlin-Zdrój space, rebuilding and modernising buildings in the centre of the spa in order to give them new functions and adapt them to the needs of people with disabilities. It will contribute to increasing the level of urban services through the functionality of the area, giving buildings new social functions and adapting the facility to tourism. The project will organise spatial chaos, create space for new functions – recreational (greenery, small architecture) and parking facilities. The total area of revitalised space will be 11469 m². As a result of the project, 4 buildings will be supported: 2 degraded buildings after the former water bottling plant will be adapted as a social function, the degraded commercial building will be adapted to a tourist information kiosk, and the Cultural Centre building will be modernised for accessibility for the disabled. The infrastructure will be tailored to the needs of people with disabilities. The project has 4 tasks: Task No. 1 includes the reconstruction and modernisation of urban space and the reconstruction and modernisation of buildings in the spa centre; Task No 2 shall include the purchase by the applicant of a degraded building in order to give it new functions; Task No 3 includes investor supervision; Task No 4 shall include promotional activities. The applicant is the Municipality of Jedlina-Zdrój, which will also be the operator (excluding the Cultural Centre building for which the Culture Centre will operate). The project is addressed to a wide range of recipients: children, adolescents and adults. The recipients of the project will be residents of the revitalisation area and all residents of Jedlina-Zdrój for whom the city centre is a place of residence, meetings and recreation. The project is also addressed to tourists. The orderly space of the city centre together with the tourist information point will increase the tourist attractiveness of Jedlina-Zdrój. (English)

Le projet concerne la revitalisation de l’espace dégradé de Jedlina-Zdrój, la reconstruction et la modernisation des bâtiments au centre du spa afin de leur donner de nouvelles fonctions et de les adapter aux besoins des personnes handicapées. Il augmentera le niveau des services à l’échelle urbaine grâce aux fonctionnalités de la zone, donnera de nouvelles fonctions sociales aux bâtiments et adaptera le site au tourisme. Le projet organisera le chaos spatial, créera de l’espace pour de nouvelles fonctions — loisir (verdure, petite architecture) et parking. La superficie totale de l’espace revitalisé sera de 11 469 m². À la suite du projet, 4 bâtiments seront soutenus: 2 bâtiments dégradés suite à l’adaptation de l’ancienne usine d’embouteillage de l’eau seront adaptés à la fonction sociale, le bâtiment de détail dégradé sera adapté au kiosque d’information touristique, et le bâtiment du Centre culturel sera modernisé pour des raisons d’accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées. Les infrastructures créées seront adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées. Le projet comprend 4 tâches: L’activité 1 comprend la reconstruction et la modernisation de l’espace urbain ainsi que la reconstruction et la modernisation des bâtiments au centre du spa; La tâche no 2 couvre l’achat par le demandeur d’un bâtiment dégradé afin de lui conférer de nouvelles fonctions; La tâche 3 comprend la surveillance des investisseurs; L’activité 4 comprend des activités promotionnelles. Le demandeur est la municipalité de Jedlina-Zdrój, qui sera également l’opérateur (à l’exclusion du bâtiment du Centre culturel pour lequel le Centre culturel sera exploité). Le projet s’adresse à un large groupe de bénéficiaires: enfants, adolescents et adultes. Les bénéficiaires du projet seront les résidents de la zone de revitalisation et tous les résidents de Jedlina-Zdrój pour lesquels le centre-ville est un lieu de résidence, de réunions et de loisirs. Das Projekt betrifft die Revitalisierung des degradierten Raumes von Jedlina-Zdrój, den Wiederaufbau und die Modernisierung von Gebäuden im Zentrum des Kurorts, um ihnen neue Funktionen zu geben und sie an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen anzupassen. Es wird das Niveau der städteweiten Dienstleistungen durch die Funktionalitäten des Gebiets erhöhen, neue soziale Funktionen für Gebäude bereitstellen und den Standort an den Tourismus anpassen. Das Projekt wird räumliches Chaos organisieren, Raum für neue Funktionen schaffen – Erholung (grün, kleine Architektur) und Parken. Die Gesamtfläche der belebten Fläche beträgt 11 469 m². Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden vier Gebäude unterstützt: 2 degradierte Gebäude nach der ehemaligen Wasserabfüllungsanlage werden an die soziale Funktion angepasst, das degradierte Einzelhandelsgebäude wird an den touristischen Informationskiosk angepasst und das Gebäude des Kulturzentrums für Behinderte modernisiert. Die geschaffene Infrastruktur wird an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst. Das Projekt umfasst 4 Aufgaben: Aktivität 1 umfasst den Wiederaufbau und die Modernisierung des städtischen Raums sowie den Wiederaufbau und die Modernisierung von Gebäuden im Zentrum des Kurorts; Aufgabe Nr. 2 betrifft den Erwerb eines degradierten Gebäudes durch den Antragsteller, um ihm neue Funktionen zu verleihen; Aufgabe 3 umfasst die Aufsicht der Anleger; Aktivität 4 umfasst Werbeaktivitäten. Antragsteller ist die Gemeinde Jedlina-Zdrój, die auch Betreiber sein wird (mit Ausnahme des Gebäudes des Kulturzentrums, für das das Kulturzentrum betrieben wird). Das Projekt richtet sich an eine breite Gruppe von Empfängern: Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene. Die Empfänger des Projekts werden Bewohner des Revitalisierungsgebiets und alle Bewohner von Jedlina-Zdrój sein, für die das Stadtzentrum ein Wohnort, Treffen und Erholung ist. Das Projekt richtet sich auch an Touristen. Ein geordneter Raum des Stadtzentrums zusammen mit einer touristischen Informationsstelle wird die touristische Attraktivität von Jedlina-Zdrój erhöhen.
