Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie w Głogowie po dokonaniu szczegółowej analizy stwierdziło, że w Powiecie Głogowskim brak jest kompleksowego projektu, uwzględniającego potrzeby wychowanków pieczy zastepczej oraz rodziców zastępczych. Do najważniejszych potrzeb należą m. in. wsparcie usamodzielnianych wychowanków w procesie usamodzielniania, szeroko rozumiane specjalistyczne poradnictwo (poradnictwo prawne, psychologiczne, logopeda, lekarz psychiatra itp.), usługi o charakterze zawodowym w przypadku usamodzielnianych wychowanków pieczy zastępczej i przygotowujących się do procesu usamodzielniania. Zabezpieczenie tych potrzeb jest niezbędne, aby móc poprawnie funkcjonować w społeczeństwie, środowisku lokalnym i bez trudności wchodzić w role społeczne. W odpowiedzi na te zapotrzebowania powstał projekt "Dla dobra dziecka i rodziny". Na potrzeby projektu zostaną stworzone IV Grupy - młodzież usamodzielniana 18+ oraz przygotowująca się do procesu usamodzielniania 15-18 r.ż, młodzież i dzieci od 7-14 r.ż. oraz rodzice zastępczy. Celem głównym projektu będzie stworzenie usług aktywnej integracji o charaktrze społecznym oraz zawodowym, skierowanych do ww.grup. Wsparcie te będzie miało formę poradnictwa i usług specjalistycznych (indywidualne konsultacje), "Szkoła dla rodziców' (działania podnoszące kompetencje rodzin zastepczych), "Akademia Letnia" (działania podnoszące kompetencje rodzin zastępczych oraz usług aktywnej integracji dla dzieci w wieku 7-14 r.ż) oraz cyklu warsztatów dla usamodzielnianych wychowanków pieczy zastępczej i przygotowujących się do tego procesu młodzieży w wieku 15-18 r.ż). Dzięki działaniom przeprowadzonym w projekcie chcemy przygotować dzieci i młodzież do prawidłowego wchodzenia w role społeczne, zminimalizować deficyty powstałe w okresie przebywania w rodzinach biologicznych oraz wesprzeć rodziców zastępczych w pełnieniu ich funcji. The Poviat Centre for Family Assistance in Głogów, after a detailed analysis, stated that there is no comprehensive project in Głogów County, taking into account the needs of foster care pupils and foster parents. The most important needs include, among others, support for independent pupils in the process of emancipation, specialist counselling widely understood (legal, psychological counseling, speech therapist, psychiatrist, etc.), services of a professional nature in the case of independent foster care students and preparing for the process of self-employment. Securing these needs is necessary in order to be able to function properly in society, in the local environment and without difficulty entering social roles. In response to this demand, a project “For the good of the child and family” was created. For the project the IV Group will be created – youth independent 18+ and preparing for the process of emancipation 15-18, young people and children from 7 to 14 and foster parents. The main objective of the project will be to create active inclusion services with social and professional characteristics, aimed at these groups. This support will take the form of counselling and specialist services (individual consultation), “School for parents” (actions raising the competence of foster families), “Summer Academy” (measures raising the competence of foster families and active inclusion services for children aged 7-14 years) and a series of workshops for independent foster care pupils and young people aged 15-18 years. Thanks to the actions carried out in the project, we want to prepare children and young people for proper social roles, minimise deficits created during their stay in biological families and support foster parents in fulfilling their functions. Après une analyse détaillée, le Centre de district d’aide à la famille de Głogów a conclu qu’il n’y avait pas de projet global dans le district de Głogowski, compte tenu des besoins des élèves et des parents d’accueil. Parmi les besoins les plus importants figurent, entre autres, le soutien d’élèves indépendants dans le processus de travail indépendant, le conseil spécialisé (conseil juridique, psychologique, orthophoniste, psychiatre, etc.), les services professionnels dans le cas des étudiants en famille d’accueil indépendants et la préparation au processus de travail indépendant. Il est essentiel de répondre à ces besoins afin de pouvoir fonctionner correctement dans la société, dans l’environnement local et d’assumer sans difficulté des rôles sociaux. Pour répondre à ces besoins, le projet «Pour l’intérêt supérieur de l’enfant et de la famille» a été créé. Aux fins du projet, des groupes IV — des jeunes indépendants de plus de 18 ans et se préparant au processus d’autonomisation de 15 à 18 ans, des jeunes et des enfants âgés de 7 à 14 ans et des parents d’accueil seront créés. L’objectif principal du projet sera de créer des services d’inclusion active à caractère social et professionnel destinés aux groupes susmentionnés. Ce soutien prendra la forme de services de conseil et de services spécialisés (consultations individuelles), d’«écoles pour parents» (activités visant à améliorer les compétences des familles d’accueil), de l’Académie d’été (activités visant à améliorer les compétences des familles d’accueil et des services d’inclusion active pour les enfants âgés de 7 à 14 ans) et d’une série d’ateliers destinés aux élèves d’accueil indépendants et aux jeunes âgés de 15 à 18 ans qui se préparent à ce processus. Grâce aux activités menées dans le cadre du projet, nous voulons préparer les enfants et les jeunes à des rôles sociaux appropriés, réduire au minimum les déficits créés au cours de la période d’existence des familles biologiques et soutenir les parents d’accueil dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions. Nach eingehender Analyse gelangte das Bezirkszentrum für Familienhilfe in Głogów zu dem Schluss, dass es im Bezirk Głogowski kein umfassendes Projekt unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse von Pflegestudenten und Pflegeeltern gebe. Die wichtigsten Bedürfnisse sind u. a. die Unterstützung unabhängiger Schüler im Prozess der Selbständigkeit, spezialisierte Beratung (Rechtsberatung, psychologische Beratung, Sprachtherapeutin, Psychiater usw.), professionelle Dienstleistungen im Falle unabhängiger Pflegestudenten und Vorbereitung auf den Prozess der Selbstständigkeit. Die Sicherung dieser Bedürfnisse ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, um in der Gesellschaft, im lokalen Umfeld und in der Lage zu sein, ohne Schwierigkeiten in die gesellschaftliche Rolle einzutreten. Als Reaktion auf diese Bedürfnisse wurde das Projekt „Für das Wohl des Kindes und der Familie“ erstellt. Für die Zwecke des Projekts werden IV Gruppen – Jugendliche, die 18+ unabhängig sind und sich auf den Prozess der Ermächtigung 15-18 vorbereiten, junge Menschen und Kinder im Alter von 7-14 Jahren und Pflegeeltern geschaffen. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung von Dienstleistungen für die aktive Eingliederung sozialer und beruflicher Art, die an die oben genannten Gruppen gerichtet sind. Diese Unterstützung erfolgt in Form von Beratungs- und Fachdiensten (individuelle Konsultationen), „Schulen für Eltern“ (Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung der Kompetenzen von Pflegefamilien), der Sommerakademie (Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung der Kompetenz von Pflegefamilien und aktiven Inklusionsdiensten für Kinder im Alter von 7-14 Jahren) und einer Reihe von Workshops für unabhängige Pflegeschüler und Jugendliche im Alter von 15 bis 18 Jahren, die sich auf diesen Prozess vorbereiten. Dank der im Rahmen des Projekts durchgeführten Aktivitäten wollen wir Kinder und Jugendliche auf angemessene gesellschaftliche Aufgaben vorbereiten, die Defizite während des Aufenthalts in biologischen Familien minimieren und Pflegeeltern bei der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben unterstützen.
