Projekt dotyczy przebudowy i adaptacji budynku położonego przy ul. Piastowskiej 11, w Jedlinie-Zdroju w celu nadania mu nowej funkcji - siedziby Centrum Socjalnego. W Centrum świadczone będą usługi społeczne na rzecz lokalnej społeczności. Placówka będzie świadczyć usługi reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej w ramach Klubu Integracji Społecznej i Klubu Seniora. W obiekcie powstanie stołówka, oraz 3 pomieszczenia administracyjne OPS. W budynku zostaną wykonane prace adaptacyjno-budowlane, które pozwolą na funkcjonowanie w obiekcie wskazanych podmiotów. Nastąpi rozbudowa parteru, zmieniony zostanie układ pomieszczeń na parterze i I piętrze. Przebudowane zostanie też poddasze. Obiekt zostanie również dostosowany do obowiązujących przepisów (ppoż, BHP, warunków sanitarnych, oraz do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami). Na parterze budynku w wyniku przebudowy powstanie stołówka, obsługująca uczestników Klubu Seniora, członków Klubu Integracji Społecznej oraz podopiecznych OPS, wymagających tego rodzaju wsparcia. Będą się tam znajdować także pomieszczenia Klubu Seniora. Będą to między innymi: sala sportowo-rekreacyjna, sala terapii zajęciowej, sala klubowa. W pomieszczeniach na I piętrze znajdować się będą pomieszczenia wykorzystywane przez Klub Integracji Społecznej oraz pomieszczenia administracyjne OPS. W pomieszczeniach na poddaszu będą się znajdować pomieszczenia Klubu Integracji Społecznej, między innymi: sala do zajęć grupowych, gabinet doradczy, gabinet terapeutyczny. Do obiektu dobudowana zostanie zewnętrzna klatka schodowa wraz z windą. Projekt obejmuje również zagospodarowanie działki (zieleń, mała architektura). W ramach projektu zostanie zakupiony sprzęt wyposażenie dla KIS i Klubu Seniora. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności usług ukierunkowanych na osoby starsze oraz zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym pozwalających na ich aktywizację społeczną, a w przypadku osób w wieku produkcyjnym - również aktywizację zawodową. The project concerns the reconstruction and adaptation of the building located at ul. Piastowska 11, in Jedlin-Zdrój in order to give it a new function – the seat of the Social Centre. The Centre will provide social services to the local community. The institution will provide social and professional reintegration services within the Social Integration Club and the Senior Club. In the building there will be a canteen and 3 administrative rooms of the OPS. Adaptation and construction works will be carried out in the building, which will allow to operate in the building of the designated entities. The ground floor will be expanded, the layout of the rooms on the ground floor and the first floor will be changed. The loft will also be rebuilt. The facility will also be adapted to existing regulations (fire, health and safety, sanitary conditions, and to the needs of people with disabilities). On the ground floor of the building, as a result of the reconstruction, a canteen will be built, serving participants of the Senior Club, members of the Social Integration Club and OPS patients, requiring such support. There will also be rooms of the Senior Club. These will include: sports and recreation room, occupational therapy room, club room. In the rooms on the first floor there will be rooms used by the Social Integration Club and administrative rooms of the OPS. In the rooms in the attic there will be rooms of the Social Integration Club, among others: classroom, advisory office, therapeutic office. An external staircase with an elevator will be added to the facility. The project also includes land development (greenery, small architecture). As part of the project, equipment for KIS and Senior Club will be purchased. The main objective of the project is to improve the availability of services targeting older people and at risk of social exclusion, which allow them to become socially active and, in the case of people of working age, also professional activation. Le projet concerne la reconstruction et l’adaptation d’un bâtiment situé à ul. Piastowska 11, à Jedlin-Zdrój afin de lui donner une nouvelle fonction — le siège du Centre social. Le Centre fournira des services sociaux à la communauté locale. L’institution fournira des services de réinsertion sociale et professionnelle dans le cadre du Club d’intégration sociale et du Club senior. Il y a une cantine dans l’établissement et 3 salles administratives OPS. Des travaux d’adaptation et de construction seront réalisés dans le bâtiment, ce qui permettra aux entités d’opérer dans l’installation. Il y aura une extension du rez-de-chaussée, la disposition des chambres au rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage sera changé. Le grenier sera également reconstruit. L’installation sera également adaptée aux réglementations applicables (ppoż, santé et sécurité, conditions sanitaires et aux besoins des personnes handicapées). Au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment, à la suite de la reconstruction, une cantine sera créée, au service des participants du Club senior, des membres du Club d’intégration sociale et des membres de l’OPS, nécessitant ce type de soutien. Il y aura également des chambres du Senior Club. Il s’agira notamment de: salle de sport et de loisirs, salle de thérapie d’occupation, salle club. Dans les salles du premier étage il y aura des salles utilisées par le Club d’Intégration Sociale et des salles administratives de l’OPS. Dans les salles du grenier il y aura des salles du Club d’Intégration Sociale, entre autres: salle de classe de groupe, bureau de conseil, salle thérapeutique. Un escalier extérieur avec ascenseur sera ajouté à l’installation. Le projet comprend également l’aménagement du territoire (verdure, petite architecture). Des équipements pour KIS et Senior Club seront achetés dans le cadre du projet. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la disponibilité de services destinés aux personnes âgées et exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale permettant leur activation sociale et, dans le cas des personnes en âge de travailler, également l’activation. Das Projekt betrifft den Wiederaufbau und die Anpassung eines Gebäudes in ul. Piastowska 11, in Jedlin-Zdrój, um ihm eine neue Funktion zu geben – der Sitz des Sozialzentrums. Das Zentrum wird soziale Dienstleistungen für die lokale Gemeinschaft erbringen. Die Einrichtung wird im Rahmen des Clubs für soziale Integration und des Senior Clubs soziale und berufliche Wiedereingliederungsdienste anbieten. Es gibt eine Kantine in der Anlage und 3 OPS Verwaltungsräume. Im Gebäude werden Anpassungs- und Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, die es den Einrichtungen ermöglichen, in der Anlage zu arbeiten. Es wird eine Erweiterung des Erdgeschosses, die Anordnung der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und die erste Etage geändert werden. Der Dachboden wird ebenfalls umgebaut. Die Anlage wird auch an die geltenden Vorschriften (ppoż, Gesundheit und Sicherheit, sanitäre Bedingungen und die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen) angepasst werden. Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes wird infolge des Wiederaufbaus eine Kantine geschaffen, die den Teilnehmern des Senior Clubs, Mitgliedern des Clubs für soziale Integration und Mitgliedern des OPS dient und diese Art von Unterstützung erfordert. Es werden auch Zimmer des Senior Clubs sein. Dazu gehören u. a.: Sport- und Erholungsraum, Belegungstherapieraum, Clubraum. In den Zimmern im ersten Stock werden die Räume des Clubs für soziale Integration und die Verwaltungsräume der OPS genutzt. In den Zimmern im Dachgeschoss gibt es Räume des Social Integration Clubs, u. a.: Gruppenunterricht, Beratungsbüro, Therapieraum. Eine Außentreppe mit Aufzug wird zur Anlage hinzugefügt. Das Projekt umfasst auch die Landentwicklung (grüne, kleine Architektur). Die Ausrüstung für KIS und Senior Club wird im Rahmen des Projekts erworben. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Verfügbarkeit von Dienstleistungen für ältere Menschen zu verbessern, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind und ihre soziale Aktivierung ermöglichen, und im Falle von Menschen im erwerbsfähigen Alter auch die Aktivierung.
