Głównym celem projektu jest wprowadzenie na krajowy i międzynarodowy rynek sprzedaży innowacyjnego produktu opracowanego przez dział badawczo-rozwojowy firmy “INTERCHEMOL S.A.” – kleju poliuretanowego stosowanego do produkcji płyt, mat oraz innych elementów z wykorzystaniem granulatu gumowego uzyskiwanego z procesu recyklingu oraz do powlekania granulatu gumowego w celu nadania mu odpowiedniej barwy. Projekt przewiduje realizację celów szczegółowych: - możliwość wyprodukowania i wprowadzenia na rynek nowej generacji, wysoko-dyspergowanych pigmentowych klejów o zwiększonej sile krycia - możliwość wyprodukowania i wprowadzenia na rynek nowej generacji, wysoko napełnionych mas klejących oraz specjalistycznych past pigmentowych - rozwiązanie problemów pylenia z jednoczesną poprawą warunków pracy na stanowiskach - zwiększenie ekologiczności zakładu poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń z jednoczesnym zwiększeniem wydajności energetycznej - usprawnienie produkcji poprzez przyspieszenie procesu produkcji z jednoczesną poprawą parametrów wytwarzanych produktów W celu realizacji powyższych celów przewiduje się realizację następujących zadań które będą służyły stworzeniu i stworzą linie produkcyjną, które m.in. będą polegały na: - wyposażeniu pomieszczeń i stworzeniu mocy rozruchowej linii - zakupie dyspergatora liniowy z możliwością bezpośredniego dozowania substancji proszkowych - zakupie urządzenia do przygotowywania gotowych baz pigmentowych według wzornika kolorów RAL - zakupie dysolwera laboratoryjnego o pojemności 2-50 litrów i kilku pomniejszych urządzen niezbędnych do produkcji innowacyjnego produktu. Nowy produkt wytwarzany z zastosowaniem nowej linii technologicznej zastąpi dotychczas produkowany klej pigmentowany o nazwie Chemolan B6 R15 RED, G15 Grees, S15 GREY. Nowa produkt będzie roboczo sygnowany, jako Chemolan B6 NW i będzie wykazywał się zwiększoną stabilnością w czasie. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to introduce on the domestic and international market the innovative product developed by the R & D department of the company “INTERCHEMOL S.A.” – a polyurethane adhesive used in the production of boards, mats and other components using rubber granules obtained from the recycling process and for coating rubber granules to give it the appropriate colour. The project envisages the achievement of specific objectives: — the ability to produce and market a new generation, highly-dispersed pigment adhesives with increased mating power – the ability to produce and introduce a new generation of highly filled adhesive masses and specialised pigment pastes – the solution of dust problems with the simultaneous improvement of working conditions at the workplace – increasing the environmental performance of the plant by reducing emissions and increasing energy efficiency – improving production by accelerating the production process with at the same time improving the parameters of manufactured products. — equipment of rooms and creation of line starting power – purchase of a linear disperser with the possibility of direct dosing of powder substances – purchase of a device for preparing ready-made pigment bases according to the RAL color pattern – purchase of a laboratory disolver with a capacity of 2-50 litres and several smaller devices necessary for the production of an innovative product. The new product produced with the new technology line will replace the previously produced pigmented adhesive called Chemolan B6 R15 RED, G15 Grees, S15 GREY. The new product will be functionally signed as Chemolan B6 NW and will show increased stability over time. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’introduire un produit innovant développé par le département R & D de «INTERCHEMOL S.A.» — adhésif polyuréthane utilisé pour la production de panneaux, tapis et autres composants à l’aide de granules de caoutchouc issus du processus de recyclage et pour le revêtement des granules de caoutchouc afin de lui donner la bonne couleur sur le marché national et international. Le projet prévoit la réalisation d’objectifs spécifiques: — la possibilité de produire et de commercialiser une nouvelle génération d’adhésifs pigmentés hautement dispersés avec une opacité accrue — la capacité de produire et de commercialiser une nouvelle génération de masses adhésives à hautes quantités et de pâtes pigmentaires spécialisées — résoudre les problèmes de poussières avec l’amélioration simultanée des conditions de travail sur les sites — augmenter la performance environnementale de l’usine en réduisant les émissions de polluants tout en augmentant l’efficacité énergétique — améliorer la production en accélérant le processus de production avec l’amélioration simultanée des paramètres des produits produits. — équiper les locaux et créer la puissance de départ de la ligne — l’achat d’un disperseur linéaire avec la possibilité de dosage direct des substances en poudre — achat d’un dispositif pour la préparation de bases pigmentaires finies selon le modèle de couleur RAL — achat d’un disolver de laboratoire d’une capacité de 2-50 litres et de plusieurs petits appareils nécessaires à la production d’un produit innovant. Le nouveau produit fabriqué à l’aide d’une nouvelle ligne technologique remplacera l’adhésif pigmenté précédemment fabriqué appelé Chemolan B6 R15 RED, G15 grees, S15 GREY. Le nouveau produit sera signé fabriqué par l’homme sous le nom de Chemolan B6 NW et affichera une stabilité accrue au fil du temps. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Einführung eines innovativen Produkts, das von der F & E-Abteilung von „INTERCHEMOL S.A.“ entwickelt wurde – Polyurethankleber für die Herstellung von Brettern, Matten und anderen Komponenten aus Gummigranulat aus dem Recyclingverfahren und zur Beschichtung von Gummigranulat, um es auf dem heimischen und internationalen Markt die richtige Farbe zu verleihen. Das Projekt sieht die Verwirklichung spezifischer Ziele vor: — die Möglichkeit, eine neue Generation hochdispergierter Pigmentklebstoffe mit erhöhter Deckkraft herzustellen und zu vermarkten – die Fähigkeit, eine neue Generation hochgefüllter Klebstoffmassen und spezialisierter Pigmentpasten zu produzieren und zu vermarkten – Lösung von Staubproblemen bei gleichzeitiger Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen an den Standorten – Erhöhung der Umweltleistung der Anlage durch Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen bei gleichzeitiger Steigerung der Energieeffizienz – Verbesserung der Produktion durch Beschleunigung des Produktionsprozesses mit gleichzeitiger Verbesserung der Parameter der hergestellten Produkte. — Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten und Schaffung der Startkraft der Linie – Kauf eines linearen Dispergierers mit der Möglichkeit der direkten Dosierung von Pulverstoffen – Kauf eines Gerätes zur Herstellung von fertigen Pigmentbasen nach der RAL-Farbvorlage – Kauf eines Labordisolvers mit einer Kapazität von 2-50 Litern und mehreren kleineren Geräten, die für die Herstellung eines innovativen Produkts erforderlich sind. Das neue Produkt, das mit einer neuen Technologielinie hergestellt wird, ersetzt den zuvor hergestellten Pigmentklebstoff Chemolan B6 R15 RED, G15 Grees, S15 GREY. Das neue Produkt wird vom Menschen als Chemolan B6 NW signiert und wird im Laufe der Zeit eine erhöhte Stabilität aufweisen. (German)
