Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości funkcjonowania Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Zawodowej im. Jana Grodka w Sanoku (PWSZ) poprzez poszerzenie oferty Biura Karier, rozwój informatycznych narzędzi zarządzania uczelnią oraz podniesienie kompetencji zarządczych i dydaktycznych kadry PWSZ w okresie 01.01.2019 31.12.2022 [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 7]. Główne działania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu:1. Zatrudnienie doradcy zawodowego,2. Organizację szkoleń dla pracowników BK,3. Wdrożenie Platformy Akademickiego Biura Karier, 4. Wdrożenie informatycznych narzędzi zarządzania uczelnią,5. Szkolenia dla kadry kierowniczej i administracyjnej, 6. Szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje dydaktyczne kadr uczelni.Grupy docelowe: PWSZ Sanok, pracownicy Biura Karier PWSZ, kadra kierownicza, kadra dydaktyczna, studenci PWSZ.W ramach projektu realizowane są moduły:4) Moduł wsparcia świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług przez instytucje wspomagające studentów w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy, 6) Moduł zarządzania w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 10].PWSZ im. Jana Grodka w Sanoku w ramach konkursu nr POWR.03.05.00-IP.08-00-PZ1/17 składa tylko jeden wniosek [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 3], tylko w ścieżce I [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 2].Uczelnia kształci 971 studentów. Wartość projektu wynosi 2087526,55 PLN [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 8]Wsparcia udzielają wyłącznie jednostki organizacyjne, które spełniają warunki, aby prowadzić studia na określonym kierunku studiów oraz poziomie kształcenia[KRYT. DOSTĘPU 4].Kierunki objęte projektem nie posiadają negatywnej oceny jakości kształcenia PKA[KRYT. DOSTĘPU 6].W projekcie nie są finansowane działania, które są przedmiotem wsparcia w ramach Osi priorytetowej V PO WER [KRYT. DOSTĘPU 29]. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of functioning of the Jan Grodek State Vocational School in Sanok (PWSZ) by broadening the offer of the Career Office, developing IT tools for the management of the university and increasing management and teaching competences of PWSZ staff in the period 01.01.2019 31.12.2022 [crit. ACCESS 7]. Main actions to be implemented under the project:1. Employment of a professional adviser,2. Organisation of trainings for BK staff,3. Implementation of the Academic Career Office Platform, 4. Implementation of IT tools for university management,5. Training for executives and administrative staff, 6. Training to improve the teaching skills of university staff. PWSZ Sanok, employees of the Career Office of the PWSZ, managerial staff, teaching staff, students of the PWSZ.As part of the project, modules are implemented:4) Module of support for the provision of high quality services by institutions assisting students in starting their professional activity on the labour market, 6) Management module in higher education institutions [crit. Access 10].PWSZ named after Jan Grodek in Sanok in the framework of competition no. POWR.03.05.00-IP.08-00-PZ1/17 submits only one application [crit. Access 3], only in path I [crit. Access 2].The university educates 971 students. The value of the project is PLN 2087526,55 [crit. Access 8]Support is provided only by organizational units that meet the conditions to conduct studies in a specific field of study and level of education[criteria. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de fonctionnement de l’École supérieure professionnelle d’État de Jan Grodek à Sanok (PWSZ) en élargissant l’offre du Bureau des carrières, en développant des outils informatiques pour la gestion de l’université et en augmentant les compétences de gestion et d’enseignement du personnel du PWSZ au cours de la période 01.01.2019 31.12.2022 [crit. ACCÈS 7]. Principales activités à réaliser dans le cadre du projet:1. Emploi d’un conseiller en carrière2. Organisation de la formation des employés de BK,3. Mise en œuvre de la plate-forme du Bureau des carrières académiques, 4. Mise en œuvre d’outils informatiques pour la gestion universitaire,5. Formation du personnel de gestion et d’administration, 6. Formation visant à améliorer les compétences pédagogiques du personnel universitaire. PWSZ Sanok, employés du Bureau des carrières de l’Académie polonaise des sciences, gestionnaires, enseignants, étudiants du PWSZ.Dans le cadre du projet, des modules sont mis en œuvre: 4) Module de soutien à la fourniture de services de haute qualité par les établissements d’aide aux étudiants dans l’entrée sur le marché du travail, 6) Module de gestion dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur [crit. Accès 10].Jan Grodek PWSZ à Sanok dans le cadre du concours no POWR.03.05.00-IP.08-00-PZ1/17 ne présente qu’une seule demande [crit. Accès 3], seulement dans le chemin I [intérieur. Accès 8]Les soutiens ne sont fournis que par des entités organisationnelles qui remplissent les conditions de réalisation d’études dans un domaine d’études spécifique et au niveau de l’éducation[critique. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Funktionsqualität der Jan Grodek State Higher Vocational School in Sanok (PWSZ) zu verbessern, indem das Angebot des Career Office erweitert, IT-Tools für die Verwaltung der Universität entwickelt und Management- und Lehrkompetenzen der PWSZ-Mitarbeiter im Zeitraum 01.01.2019 31.12.2022 [Krit. ZUGANG 7]. Haupttätigkeiten im Rahmen des Projekts:1. Beschäftigung eines Berufsberaters,2. Organisation der Ausbildung der Mitarbeiter der BK,3. Umsetzung der Plattform des Academic Career Bureau, 4. Implementierung von IT-Tools für das Hochschulmanagement,5. Schulung für Führungskräfte und Verwaltungspersonal, 6. Schulungen zur Verbesserung der Lehrkompetenzen des Hochschulpersonals. Zugang 2].Die Universität bildet 971 Studenten. Der Wert des Projekts beträgt 2087526,55 PLN [Cryt. Zugang 8]Unterstützt werden nur von Organisationseinheiten, die die Bedingungen für die Durchführung von Studien in einem bestimmten Studienbereich und auf Bildungsniveau erfüllen[kritische.
