Projekt przewiduje realizację staży wysokiej jakości adresowanych do 233ST (161K/72M) kierunków prawo (IV i V r.), prawo w biznesie - II rok II stop., european studies, europeistyka III r. I st. i II r. II st. do 12.2017 r. Projekt przewiduje zapewnienie im udziału w stażach wysokiej jakości, zgodnie z wytycznymi zawartymi w Zaleceniu Rady z dn. 10.03.2014 w sprawie ram jakości staży (2014/C 88/01)oraz Polskimi Ramami Jakości Staży i Praktyk opracowanymi przez Polskie Stowarzyszenie Zarządzania Kadrami. Każdy staż będzie realizowany w oparciu o program stworzony przy współpracy z przyjmującym stażystę pracodawcą, dzięki czemu ST ww. kierunków będą rozwijali rzeczywiście oczekiwane przez pracodawców kompetencje oraz wykonywali zadania właściwe dla danego środowiska pracy, zwłaszcza w obrocie prawnym RP, UE. Program stażu będzie również podlegał ocenie pod kątem zgodności planowanych działań z efektami kształcenia dla konkretnego kierunku, dzięki czemu ST ww. kierunków będą mogli wykorzystać w praktyce zdobywaną podczas studiów wiedzę i umiejętności. ST otrzyma zaświadczenie oraz opinię/referencje, potwierdzających nabycie określonych w programie stażu KMP/umiej. praktycz., wraz z ich oceną oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego. Ma to na celu poprawę sytuacji zatrudnieniowej ST Prawa, PwB, ES, EURO KUL, dla których znaczącą przeszkodą w znalezieniu pracy jest mało praktyczne przygotowanie do wykonywania zawodu. Projekt przewiduje również realizację staży, aby stworzyć ST Prawa, PwB, ES, EURO okazję do nabycia unikalnego doświadczenia, niezwykle przydatnego zwłaszcza dla ABS-ów tych kierunków, którzy mogą –ze względu na specyfikę tych kierunków-swoją karierę zawodową ukierunkować na krajowy rynek pracy. The project envisages the implementation of high-quality traineeships addressed to 233ST (161K/72M) courses law (IV and V) law in business – II year II stop., european studies, European Studies III, I and II st. II until 12.2017. The project provides for their participation in high-quality traineeships, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Council Recommendation dated. 10.03.2014 on the quality framework for traineeships (2014/C 88/01) and the Polish Quality Framework for Traineeships and Practice developed by the Polish Association for Personnel Management. Each internship will be implemented on the basis of a programme created in cooperation with the host employer, thanks to which ST will develop the real skills expected by employers and perform tasks specific to the working environment, especially in the legal trade of the Republic of Poland, the EU. The traineeship programme will also be assessed in terms of the compatibility of the planned activities with the learning outcomes for a particular course, so that the ST of the above-mentioned courses will be able to use the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies. St will receive a certificate and an opinion/reference confirming the acquisition of KMP/agreements specified in the programme. Practical, together with their assessment and gaining professional experience. The aim of this is to improve the employment situation of ST Law, PwB, ES, EURO KUL, for which little practical preparation for the profession is a significant obstacle to finding a job. The project also provides for the implementation of internships in order to create ST Law, PwB, ES, EURO an opportunity to acquire a unique experience, especially for ABS, who can – due to the specificities of these directions-focus their professional career towards the domestic labour market. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre de stages de haute qualité s’adressant à 233ST (161K/72M) directions du droit (IV et V ans), droit en entreprise — II année II, études européennes, études européennes III I et II st. jusqu’au 12.2017. Le projet prévoit leur participation à des stages de haute qualité, conformément aux lignes directrices énoncées dans la recommandation du Conseil sur. 10.03.2014 sur le cadre de qualité pour les stages (2014/C 88/01) et le cadre de qualité polonais pour les stages et les pratiques élaborés par l’Association polonaise de gestion du personnel. Chaque stage sera effectué sur la base d’un programme créé en coopération avec l’employeur d’accueil, afin que les ST des cours susmentionnés développent les compétences réellement attendues par les employeurs et exécutent des tâches spécifiques à l’environnement de travail donné, en particulier dans les relations juridiques de la République de Pologne et de l’UE. Le programme de stages sera également évalué en fonction de la compatibilité des activités prévues avec les acquis d’apprentissage dans un domaine particulier, afin que les ST des cours susmentionnés puissent utiliser dans la pratique les connaissances et les compétences acquises au cours de leurs études. St recevra un certificat et un avis/références confirmant l’acquisition du programme de stage KMP/pratique, ainsi que leur évaluation et l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle. L’objectif est d’améliorer la situation de l’emploi de ST Law, PWB, ES, EURO KUL, pour laquelle un obstacle important à la recherche d’un emploi est le manque de préparation pratique à la profession. Le projet prévoit également la mise en œuvre de stages afin de créer ST Law, PWB, ES, EURO, une occasion d’acquérir une expérience unique, en particulier pour l’ABS, ceux qui peuvent — en raison des spécificités de ces orientations — diriger leur carrière professionnelle vers le marché du travail national. Das Projekt sieht die Durchführung von qualitativ hochwertigen Praktika vor, die an 233ST (161K/72M) Rechtsrichtungen (IV und V Jahre), Recht in der Wirtschaft – II Jahr II, Europäische Studien, Europäische Studien III I und II st. bis 12.2017. Das Projekt sieht die Teilnahme an hochwertigen Praktika gemäß den Leitlinien in der Empfehlung des Rates vom. 10.03.2014 zum Qualitätsrahmen für Praktika (2014/C 88/01) und zum vom polnischen Verband für Personalmanagement entwickelten polnischen Qualitätsrahmen für Praktika und Praktika. Jedes Praktikum wird auf der Grundlage eines in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gastarbeitsgeber eingerichteten Programms durchgeführt, so dass die ST der oben genannten Kurse die von den Arbeitgebern tatsächlich erwarteten Kompetenzen entwickeln und Aufgaben erfüllen, die speziell für das jeweilige Arbeitsumfeld, insbesondere in den Rechtsbeziehungen der Republik Polen und der EU, gelten. Das Praktikumsprogramm wird auch im Hinblick auf die Vereinbarkeit der geplanten Aktivitäten mit den Lernergebnissen für einen bestimmten Bereich bewertet, so dass STs der genannten Kurse in der Praxis die während ihres Studiums erworbenen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten nutzen können. St erhält ein Zertifikat und eine Stellungnahme/Referenzen, die den Erwerb des KMP/Praxispraktikums bestätigen, zusammen mit deren Bewertung und Berufserfahrung. Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungssituation von ST-Gesetz, PWB, ES, EURO KUL, für die ein erhebliches Hindernis für die Arbeitsplatzsuche die mangelnde praktische Vorbereitung auf den Beruf ist. Das Projekt sieht auch die Durchführung von Praktika zur Schaffung von ST Law, PWB, ES, EURO die Möglichkeit, einzigartige Erfahrungen zu erwerben, insbesondere für ABS, die – aufgrund der Besonderheiten dieser Richtungen – ihre berufliche Laufbahn auf den nationalen Arbeitsmarkt lenken können.
