Celem głównym projektu „Program Rozwoju Kompetencji w Politechnice Łódzkiej w obszarze ICT” jest podniesienie do roku 2019 kompetencji studentów Politechniki Łódzkiej. Grupą docelową jest 246 studentów (3 edycje x 82 beneficjentów) dwóch ostatnich semestrów studiów I i II stopnia na kierunkach: informatyka, elektronika i telekomunikacja, mechatronika, fizyka techniczna z Wydziału Elektrotechniki, Elektroniki, Informatyki i Automatyki oraz Wydziału Fizyki Technicznej, Informatyki i Matematyki Stosowanej. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację warsztatów zespołowych w firmach branży ICT, wizyt studyjnych w firmach branży mechatronicznej i ICT, projektów zespołowych organizowanych z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym, certyfikowanych szkoleń zawodowych, praktycznych warsztatów Design Thinking oraz certyfikowanych szkoleń językowych. Powyższe działania zostaną poprzedzone i zakończone wielowymiarową oceną kompetencji jego uczestników. Rezultatem projektu będzie podniesie kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, w tym umiejętności pracy w grupie, interpersonalnych, językowych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, informatycznych i analitycznych. Realizacja projektu ułatwi absolwentom wejście na rynek pracy oraz wykorzystywanie nabytych kwalifikacji niezależnie od ukończonego kierunku studiów. Realizacja projektu przewidziana jest na okres od marca 2016 do końca lutego 2019. (Polish)

The main objective of the project “Programme for the Development of Competence at the Technical University of Lodz in the area of ICT” is to raise the competences of students of Lodz University of Technology by 2019. The target group is 246 students (3 editions x 82 beneficiaries) of the last two semesters of first and second degree studies in the following fields: computer science, electronics and telecommunications, mechatronics, technical physics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science and Automation and the Faculty of Technical Physics, Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. The project includes the implementation of team workshops in ICT companies, study visits to mechatronic and ICT companies, team projects organised with socio-economic environment, certified vocational training, practical Design Thinking workshops and certified language trainings. These actions will be preceded and completed by a multidimensional assessment of the competences of its participants. The result of the project will increase professional, communication skills, including grouping skills, interpersonal, language, entrepreneurship, IT and analytical skills. The implementation of the project will make it easier for graduates to enter the labour market and to use acquired qualifications regardless of their completed studies. Implementation of the project is planned for the period from March 2016 to the end of February 2019. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet «Programme de développement des compétences à l’Université technique de Lodz dans le domaine des TIC» est d’améliorer les compétences des étudiants de l’Université de technologie de Lodz d’ici 2019. Le groupe cible est de 246 étudiants (3 éditions x 82 bénéficiaires) des deux derniers semestres d’études de premier et deuxième degré: informatique, électronique et télécommunications, mécatronique, physique technique de la Faculté de génie électrique, électronique, informatique et automatisation et de la Faculté de physique technique, informatique et mathématiques appliquées. Le projet comprenait la mise en place d’ateliers d’équipe dans les entreprises de TIC, des visites d’étude dans des entreprises mécatroniques et TIC, des projets d’équipe organisés dans un environnement socio-économique, une formation professionnelle certifiée, des ateliers pratiques de réflexion sur la conception et des formations linguistiques certifiées. Les activités susmentionnées seront précédées et conclues par une évaluation multidimensionnelle des compétences de ses participants. Le résultat du projet sera d’améliorer les compétences professionnelles et de communication, y compris les compétences de travail en groupe, interpersonnelle, linguistique, entrepreneuriale, informatique et analytique. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra aux diplômés d’entrer plus facilement sur le marché du travail et d’utiliser leurs qualifications quel que soit le domaine d’études. Hauptziel des Projekts „Kompetenzentwicklungsprogramm an der Technischen Universität Lodz im Bereich IKT“ ist es, die Kompetenzen der Studierenden der Technischen Universität Lodz bis 2019 zu verbessern. Zielgruppe sind 246 Studierende (3 Ausgaben x 82 Begünstigte) der letzten beiden Semester des ersten und zweiten Studiengangs: Informatik, Elektronik und Telekommunikation, Mechatronik, technische Physik der Fakultät für Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Informatik und Automatisierung sowie der Fakultät für Technische Physik, Informatik und Angewandte Mathematik. Das Projekt umfasste die Umsetzung von Teamworkshops in IKT-Unternehmen, Studienbesuche bei Mechatronik und IKT-Unternehmen, Teamprojekte mit sozioökonomischem Umfeld, zertifizierte Berufsausbildung, praktische Design Thinking Workshops und zertifizierte Sprachtrainings. Den oben genannten Tätigkeiten wird eine mehrdimensionale Bewertung der Kompetenzen der Teilnehmer vorausgehen und abgeschlossen werden. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der beruflichen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, einschließlich der Arbeitskompetenzen in Gruppen, zwischenmenschlichen Personen, Sprachen, Unternehmertum, IT und analytischen Fähigkeiten. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird es den Absolventen erleichtern, in den Arbeitsmarkt einzusteigen und ihre Qualifikationen unabhängig vom Studiengebiet zu nutzen. Das Projekt ist für den Zeitraum von März 2016 bis Ende Februar 2019 geplant. (German)
