Hauptziel: Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und wirksamen Übergangs junger Menschen, die in den Mitgliedstaaten studieren, und ihrer Absolventen zur Arbeit durch die Entwicklung und Anpassung an die polnischen Bedingungen, Tests in drei Mitgliedstaaten in der Gruppe von 60 U und in 3 PLO in Gruppe 30 B und die Umsetzung innovativer Modelle durch 24 Institutionen (PUP oder PE): Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit von DZ mit der PLO mit dem PE, Unterstützung des Übergangs zu U-Arbeit bereits auf der MC-Phase, Unterstützung B beim Einstieg in das Arbeitsjahr im Rahmen der Aktivitäten des PSB, basierend auf deutschen Lösungen in diesem Bereich, bis zum 31.Dezember2021, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Regionaldirektion der Arbeitsagentur Berlin-Brandenburg (BA).Ergebnisse Indikatoren:- Transfer und Übernahme deutscher Lösungen in Form von 3innovativen Modellen (Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen PLOs und PEs, Unterstützung des Übergangs zum Arbeitsjahr U, Unterstützung von B dieser Schulen) in der Version für die Prüfung -1-L.
