Projekt Argo – Top Public Executive zakłada wzmocnienie u 58 przedstawicieli kadry zarządzającej admin. kluczowych kompetencji na rzecz wprowadzania najlepszych praktyk w zakresie zarządzania sprawami publ. poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie pilotażowego programu kształc. (w formule Master of Public Administration). Program obejmujmie 5 dwudniowych zjazdów w Warszawie oraz 2 zjazdy u partnera zagr. (5 i 3 dni). Podczas programu kształc. nacisk jest położony na rozwijanie kompetencji przywódczych, komunikacyjnych i zarządczych. Mobilność zagraniczna umożliwi uczestnikom wykorzystanie zasobów eksperckich, naukowych oraz szczególnych form i metod kształcenia wypracowanych przez instytucję partnerską, dostosowanych do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb grupy. Uczestnicy będą korzystać z doświadczonej i wyspecjalizowanej kadry dydaktycznej, realizującej programy kształcenia dla menedżerów najwyższego szczebla w administracjach publ. krajów UE oraz wiodących korporacjach, dzięki czemu zapoznają się także z najnowocześniejszymi metodykami szkoleń i zyskają sposobność do wymiany doświadczeń na temat zarządzania politykami publ. oraz współpracą na styku administracji publ. i strategicznego biznesu, co z kolei pozwoli na identyfikację i przeniesienie na grunt polski najlepszych praktyk. Uczestnicy stworzą własną sieć kontaktów, która będzie służyć dalszemu wsparciu procesu wzajemnego uczenia się, wymianie informacji i współpracy ponadresortowej, dla realizacji zamierzeń strategicznych, zgodnie z potrzebami i realiami polskiej administracji. Tym samym zwiększy się oddziaływanie uczestników jako liderów profesjonalnego zarządzania zmianą w administracji. Ponadto każdy z uczestników wypracuje pod okiem trenerów IESE indywidualny „plan działania”, uwzględniający aktualną funkcję uczestnika, cele długo- i krótkoterminowe dla niego jako lidera i jego zespołu, jego słabe i mocne strony oraz obszary wymagające wzmocnionego rozwoju. The Argo – Top Public Executive project assumes the strengthening of 58 representatives of the management of admin. key competences to implement best practices in the field of publ affairs management through the development and implementation of a pilot education program. (Master of Public Administration).The programme includes 5 two-day reunions in Warsaw and 2 reunions at the partner’s farm. (5 and 3 days). During the education program, the focus is on developing leadership, communication and management competences. Foreign mobility will enable participants to make use of expert, scientific and specific forms and training methods developed by the partner institution, adapted to the group’s diagnosed needs. Participants will benefit from experienced and specialised teaching staff, implementing training programmes for top-level managers in the administrations of the EU countries and leading corporations, so they will also get to know state-of-the-art training methods and gain an opportunity to exchange experiences on publ policy management and cooperation at the interface of publ administration and strategic business, which in turn will allow to identify and transfer best practices to Polish soil. Participants will create their own network of contacts, which will serve to further support the process of mutual learning, exchange of information and over-ministerial cooperation, for the realisation of strategic goals, in accordance with the needs and realities of the Polish administration. This will increase the impact of participants as leaders of professional management of change in administration. In addition, each participant will develop an individual “action plan” under the supervision of IESE trainers, taking into account the current role of the participant, long-term and short-term objectives for him as a leader and his team, his weaknesses and strengths and areas requiring enhanced development. Le projet Argo — Top Public Executive vise à renforcer auprès de 58 représentants des compétences clés de gestion administrative pour la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques dans le domaine de la gestion des cas publ. par le développement et la mise en œuvre d’un programme pilote d’éducation. (dans la formule Master of Public Administration). Le programme comprendra 5 réunions de deux jours à Varsovie et 2 réunions au partenaire de Zagreb. (5 et 3 jours). Au cours du programme, l’accent est mis sur le développement des compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et de gestion. La mobilité étrangère permettra aux participants d’utiliser des formes et méthodes d’éducation spécialisées, scientifiques et spécifiques développées par l’institution partenaire, adaptées aux besoins diagnostiqués du groupe. Les participants bénéficieront d’un personnel enseignant expérimenté et spécialisé, qui met en œuvre des programmes de formation à l’intention des cadres supérieurs des administrations publiques des pays de l’UE et des grandes entreprises, grâce auxquels ils apprendront également sur les méthodes de formation les plus récentes et auront l’occasion d’échanger des expériences sur la gestion des politiques de lutte contre le publ et la coopération à la jonction de l’administration du publ et de l’activité stratégique, ce qui permettra d’identifier et de transférer les meilleures pratiques au sol polonais. Les participants mettront en place leur propre réseau afin de soutenir davantage le processus d’apprentissage mutuel, d’échange d’informations et de coopération trans-ministérielle, afin de mettre en œuvre des objectifs stratégiques, en fonction des besoins et des réalités de l’administration polonaise. Cela accroîtra l’influence des participants en tant que dirigeants de la gestion du changement professionnel dans l’administration. En outre, chaque participant élaborera, sous la direction des formateurs IESE, un «plan d’action» individuel, en tenant compte du rôle actuel du participant, des objectifs à long terme et à court terme pour lui en tant que chef de file et de son équipe, de ses faiblesses et de ses points forts, ainsi que des domaines de développement renforcé. Das Projekt Argo – Top Public Executive zielt darauf ab, 58 Vertreter des Verwaltungsmanagements Schlüsselkompetenzen für die Umsetzung von Best Practices im Bereich Publ Case Management durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Pilotausbildungsprogramms zu stärken. (im Master of Public Administration Formel). Das Programm umfasst 5 zweitägige Wiedervereinigungen in Warschau und 2 Versammlungen beim Zagreber Partner. (5 und 3 Tage). Während des Programms liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung von Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Managementkompetenzen. Ausländische Mobilität wird es den Teilnehmern ermöglichen, von der Partnereinrichtung entwickelte, fachkundige, wissenschaftliche und spezifische Formen und Ausbildungsmethoden zu nutzen, die an die diagnostizierten Bedürfnisse der Gruppe angepasst sind. Die Teilnehmer werden von erfahrenen und spezialisierten Lehrkräften profitieren, die Schulungsprogramme für Führungskräfte von Top-Level-Managern in Publ-Administrationen in EU-Ländern und führenden Unternehmen durchführen, dank derer sie auch über aktuelle Ausbildungsmethoden lernen und die Möglichkeit erhalten, Erfahrungen über die Verwaltung der Publ-Politik und die Zusammenarbeit an der Schnittstelle von Publ-Verwaltung und strategischem Geschäft auszutauschen, was wiederum die Identifizierung und Weitergabe bewährter Praktiken auf den polnischen Boden ermöglichen wird. Die Teilnehmer werden ihr eigenes Netzwerk einrichten, um den Prozess des gegenseitigen Lernens, des Informationsaustauschs und der transministeriellen Zusammenarbeit weiter zu unterstützen, um die strategischen Ziele entsprechend den Bedürfnissen und Gegebenheiten der polnischen Verwaltung umzusetzen. Dies wird den Einfluss der Teilnehmer als Führungskräfte des professionellen Change Managements in der Verwaltung erhöhen. Darüber hinaus wird jeder Teilnehmer unter der Leitung von IESE-Trainern einen individuellen „Aktionsplan“ entwickeln, der die derzeitige Rolle des Teilnehmers, die langfristigen und kurzfristigen Ziele für ihn als Leiter und sein Team, seine Schwächen und Stärken sowie Bereiche für eine verbesserte Entwicklung berücksichtigt.
