Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 60 [34K/26M] jungen Menschen im Alter von 18 bis 29 Jahren ohne Arbeit zu verbessern (6 Arbeitslose, die nicht beim Arbeitsamt [3K/3M] und 54 inaktive [31K/23M]) leben, die im Sinne des Zollkodex der Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie in Radom leben (mindestens 40 % des UP, d. h. 24 [14K/10M]) und Bezirke: Radomski und Szydłowiecki, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen (NEET), mit Ausnahme der Gruppe, die für den Wettbewerb in der Teilmaßnahme 1.3.1 definiert ist, einschließlich unter anderem: 6 Menschen mit Behinderungen (ON)[3K/3M], 36 Geringqualifizierte [20K/16M] und 3 Langzeitarbeitslose [2K/1M] im Rahmen einer individualisierten und umfassenden Aktivierungsunterstützung.
