"STAŻ? I PRACĘ MASZ! - program stażowy dedykowany studentom 7 kierunków Uniwersytetu Techologiczno-Przyrodniczego w Bydgoszczy" jest projektem uczelni,który za cel stawia podniesienie kompetencji praktycznygo wykonywania zawodu przezco najmniej 96 studentów I stopnia (4 ost. semestrów)7 kierunków inżynieryjnych z 2 Wydziałów: Technologii i Inżynierii Chemicznej oraz Wydziału Rolnictwa i Biotechnologii poprzez organizację staży u pracodawców branż korespondujących z zakresem merytorycznym studiów w latach 2018-2019 (planowany termin osiągnięciacelu głównego -XI.2019r.).Projekt będzie obejmował stażekrajowe:-120 - godzinne, łącznie73osobyw ramach ZADANIA NR 1;- 360 - godzinne, łącznie dla 23 osoby w ramach ZADANIA NR 2.Łącznie w ramach projektu planowana jest organizacja 39 staży w 2018r. i 57 w 2019r. Wszystkie ww. staże będą odbywały się w minimalnym wymiarze 120h/miesiąc wykonywanych zadań stażowych przez studentów w ramach wsparcia (co najmniej 20h stażu/tydzień). Ambicją projektu jest, by studenci odbywający staże w ramach sieci współpracy uczelni z przedsiębiorstwami regionu (powiązanymi z ww. kierunkami branżowo) podnieśli kompetencje dzięki interwencji EFS i nabyli praktyczne umiejętności przydatnena rynku pracy z punktu widzenia potencjalnych pracodawców, mieli możliwość poznania specyfiki pracy „od kuchni" w przedsiębiorstwach, co wzmocni ich pozycję na rynku pracy jako absolwentów poszukujących zatrudnienia.Realizacja projektu przewidziana jest na okres I.2018-XI.2019, w tym czasie zostaną osiągnięte zamierzone cele i główne rezultaty tj.:Liczba osób, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS-96os. AND YOU HAVE A JOB! — an internship programme dedicated to students of 7 faculties of the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz" is a project of the university, which aims to increase the practical competence of at least 96 first-degree students (4 last semesters)7 engineering courses from 2 faculties: Technology and Chemical Engineering and the Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnology through the organisation of internships with employers of branches corresponding to the substantive scope of studies in the years 2018-2019 (planned date of achievement of the main objective -XI.2019).The project will cover national traineeships:-120 – hourly, a total of 73 persons within the framework of the ACCOUNT No 1;- 360-hour, total for 23 persons in the framework of the Approval No 2. All of these internships will take place at least 120h/month of internship tasks performed by students in support (at least 20h internship/week). The aim of the project is to increase their competence through ESF intervention and to acquire practical skills in the labour market from the perspective of potential employers, to learn about the specificities of work “from the kitchen” in enterprises, which will strengthen their position on the labour market as graduates looking for employment.The project is planned for the period I.2018-XI.2019, i.e. the main objectives of the university, which will be achieved in this period. ET TU AS UN BOULOT! — programme de stage dédié aux étudiants de 7 facultés de l’Université de Technologie et des Sciences Naturelles à Bydgoszcz" est un projet de l’université, qui vise à améliorer la compétence pratique de pratiquer la profession pour au moins 96 étudiants du premier degré (4e semestres)7 facultés d’ingénierie de 2 facultés: Technologie chimique et ingénierie et la Faculté d’agriculture et de biotechnologie à travers l’organisation de stages avec des employeurs d’industries correspondant au champ d’études de fond pour les années 2018-2019 (échéance prévue pour la réalisation de l’objectif principal — XI.2019).Le projet comprendra des stages nationaux:-120 — horaires, au total 73personnes dans le cadre de l’adoption no 1;- 360 — horaire, pour un total de 23 personnes dans le cadre de l’ACTION no 2.Total dans le cadre du projet, 39 stages sont prévus en 2018 et 57 en 2019. Tous les stages susmentionnés auront lieu au minimum 120 heures/mois de stages effectués par des étudiants de soutien (au moins 20 heures de stage/semaine). L’ambition du projet est que les stages d’étudiants dans le cadre d’un réseau de coopération entre les universités et les entreprises de la région (liés aux orientations susmentionnées de l’industrie) augmentent leurs compétences grâce à l’intervention du FSE et acquièrent des compétences pratiques utiles au marché du travail du point de vue des employeurs potentiels, ont la possibilité d’apprendre les spécificités du travail «de cuisine» dans les entreprises, ce qui renforcera leur position sur le marché du travail en tant que diplômés à la recherche d’un emploi. La mise en œuvre du projet est prévue pour la période I.2018-XI.2019, pendant cette période, les objectifs et les principaux résultats escomptés seront atteints, c’est-à-dire le nombre de personnes qui ont élevé des compétences dans le cadre des activités des universités soutenues par le FSE-96. „INTERNSHIP? UND DU HAST EINEN JOB! — Praktikumsprogramm für Studierende von 7 Fakultäten der Universität für Technologie und Naturwissenschaften in Bydgoszcz" ist ein Projekt der Universität, das die praktische Kompetenz der Ausübung des Berufs für mindestens 96 Studierende des ersten Studiengangs (4. Semester)7 Ingenieurwissenschaften aus 2 Fakultäten verbessern soll: Chemische Technologie und Technik und die Fakultät für Landwirtschaft und Biotechnologie durch die Organisation von Praktika bei Arbeitgebern von Industrien entsprechend dem inhaltlichen Umfang der Studien in den Jahren 2018-2019 (geplante Frist für die Erreichung des Hauptziels – XI.2019).Das Projekt umfasst nationale Praktika:-120 – Stunden, insgesamt 73 Personen im Rahmen der Adoption Nr. 1;- 360 – Stunden für insgesamt 23 Personen im Rahmen der ACTION Nr. 2.Total im Rahmen des Projekts, 39 Praktika sollen 2018 und 57 im Jahr 2019 organisiert werden. Alle oben genannten Praktika finden mindestens 120 Stunden/Monat der Praktikumsaufgaben von Förderstudenten (mindestens 20 Stunden Praktikum/Woche) statt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Praktika von Studierenden im Rahmen eines Netzwerks der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Universitäten und Unternehmen in der Region (in Verbindung mit den oben genannten Branchenrichtungen) durch ESF-Intervention zu erweitern und praktische Fähigkeiten zu erwerben, die für den Arbeitsmarkt aus der Sicht potenzieller Arbeitgeber nützlich sind, die Möglichkeit haben, die Besonderheiten der Arbeit „aus der Küche“ in Unternehmen zu lernen, die ihre Position auf dem Arbeitsmarkt als Absolventen, die eine Beschäftigung suchen, stärken. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist für den Zeitraum I.2018-XI.2019 vorgesehen, während dieser Zeit die angestrebten Ziele und die wichtigsten Ergebnisse erreicht werden sollen, d. h. die Zahl der Personen, die im Rahmen der Aktivitäten der ESF-1996-96 Kompetenzen erworben haben.
