Projekt AWF Kraków zakłada kompleksowe wzmocnienie kompetencji 270 studentów w ciagu dwóch lat w zakresie oczekiwań pracodawców i rynku pracy. Jednocześnie przyczyni się do rozszerzenia strategii wsparcia kompetencji uczelni w zakresie współpracy z pracodawcami i dostosowywania programów studiów do potrzeb współpczesnego i przyszłego rynku pracy. Uczelnia AWF Kraków jest wyższą szkołą publiczną, kształcącą na 3 Wydziałach ( Rehabilitacja Ruchowa, Wychowanie Fizyczne i Sport, Turystyka i Rekreacja) łącznie 2517 studentów,1697 studentów studiów stacjonarnych i 820 studentów studiów zaocznych. Uczelnia na dzień składania wniosku spełnia warunki pozwalajace jej prowadzić zajęcia na wszystkich wymienionych kierunkach studiów oraz poziomach kształcenia wskazanych w PSzW. Uczelnia posiada pozytywną ocenę jakości kształcenia Projekt skierowany jest do studentów dwóch ostatnich semestrów I i II stopnia w roku akademickim 2016/2017 i 2017/2018. Czas trwania projektu to 23 miesiące. W ramach projektu zakładana jest realizacja kompleksowego programu wsparcia dla najlepszych studentów studiów stacjonarnych o zajęcia rozszerzające ich program studiów i rozszerzające kwalifikacje w zakresie zgodnym z kierunkiem kształcenia. Wybrane do projektu formy wsparcia zostały szczegółowo przeanalizowane i zdefiniowane na podstawie ankiet i analiz losów absolwentów uczelni w ostatnich latach. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem w każdym roku realizacji projektu 135 studentów st. stacjonarnych, dla których przygotowano pakiet zajęć dodatkowych obejmujący: - szkolenia certyfikowane - warsztaty kreatywne, komunikacyjne połączone z pracą projektową - wizyty studyjne i spotkania z pracodawcami - warsztaty ze specjalistami z danej dziedziny (Polish)

The AWF Kraków project involves a comprehensive strengthening of competences of 270 students over the course of two years in terms of employers’ expectations and the labour market. At the same time, it will broaden the strategy to support university competences in cooperation with employers and adapt study programmes to the needs of the contemporary and future labour market. AWF Kraków is a higher public school, educating at 3 faculties (motor rehabilitation, Physical Education and Sport, Tourism and Recreation), a total of 2517 students, 1697 full-time students and 820 students in absentia. The institution on the day of submission of the application meets the conditions allowing it to conduct classes on all the above mentioned courses and levels of education indicated in PSZW. The university has a positive assessment of the quality of education The project is addressed to students of the last two semesters I and II in the academic years 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. The duration of the project is 23 months.The project envisages the implementation of a comprehensive programme of support for the best full-time students to include classes extending their study programme and extending qualifications to the extent consistent with the direction of education. The forms of support selected for the project have been analysed and defined in detail on the basis of surveys and analyses of the fate of university graduates in recent years. The project is intended to support each year of the project’s 135 stationary students, for whom a set of additional classes has been prepared including: — Certified training – creative and communication workshops combined with project work – study visits and meetings with employers – workshops with specialists in a given field (English)

Le projet AWF Cracovie vise à renforcer globalement les compétences de 270 étudiants sur une période de deux ans en ce qui concerne les attentes des employeurs et le marché du travail. Dans le même temps, elle contribuera à élargir la stratégie de soutien aux compétences universitaires en coopération avec les employeurs et à adapter les programmes d’études aux besoins du marché du travail moderne et futur. AWF Université de Cracovie est une école publique supérieure, instruite dans 3 facultés (réhabilitation, éducation physique et sport, tourisme et loisirs) au total 2517 étudiants, 1 697 étudiants à temps plein et 820 étudiants par défaut. À la date de dépôt de la demande, l’université remplit les conditions lui permettant d’effectuer des cours dans tous les domaines d’études énumérés et les niveaux d’enseignement indiqués dans le PSW. L’université a une évaluation positive de la qualité de l’éducation Le projet s’adresse aux étudiants des deux derniers semestres du premier et du deuxième degré de l’année académique 2016/2017 et 2017/2018. La durée du projet est de 23 mois. Le projet vise à mettre en œuvre un programme complet de soutien aux meilleurs étudiants à temps plein avec des classes qui prolongent leur programme d’études et étendent leurs qualifications dans le domaine de l’éducation. Les formes de soutien retenues pour le projet ont été analysées et définies en profondeur sur la base d’enquêtes et d’analyses sur le sort des diplômés universitaires au cours des dernières années. Le projet fournit un soutien à 135 étudiants à temps plein chaque année, pour lesquels un ensemble d’activités supplémentaires a été préparé, notamment: — formation certifiée — ateliers créatifs, de communication combinés avec des travaux de projet — visites d’étude et rencontres avec les employeurs — ateliers avec des spécialistes dans le domaine (French)

Das Projekt AWF Kraków zielt darauf ab, die Kompetenzen von 270 Studierenden über einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren in Bezug auf die Erwartungen der Arbeitgeber und den Arbeitsmarkt umfassend zu stärken. Gleichzeitig wird sie dazu beitragen, die Strategie zur Unterstützung von Hochschulkompetenzen in Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitgebern zu erweitern und die Studienprogramme an die Bedürfnisse des modernen und künftigen Arbeitsmarktes anzupassen. AWF Krakau University ist eine höhere öffentliche Schule, an 3 Fakultäten (Motor Rehabilitation, Physical Education and Sport, Tourismus und Freizeit) in insgesamt 2517 Studenten, 1697 Vollzeit-Studenten und 820 Studenten in Abwesenheit. Zum Zeitpunkt der Einreichung des Antrags erfüllt die Universität die Bedingungen, die es ihr ermöglichen, Klassen in allen aufgeführten Studiengebieten und den in der PSW angegebenen Bildungsniveaus durchzuführen. Die Universität hat eine positive Bewertung der Qualität der Ausbildung Das Projekt richtet sich an Studierende der letzten beiden Semester des ersten und zweiten Studiengangs im akademischen Jahr 2016/2017 und 2017/2018. Die Projektlaufzeit beträgt 23 Monate. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ein umfassendes Programm zur Unterstützung der besten Vollzeitstudierenden mit Klassen durchzuführen, die ihr Curriculum erweitern und ihre Qualifikationen im Bereich des Bildungswesens erweitern. Die für das Projekt ausgewählten Förderformen wurden auf der Grundlage von Umfragen und Analyse des Schicksals von Hochschulabsolventen in den letzten Jahren gründlich analysiert und definiert.
