WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKI ZAKŁAD DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO W OLSZTYNIE

Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 30 mieszkańców powiatu olsztyńskiego (ziemskiego i grodzkiego) w wieku 15-29 lat, pozostających bez pracy, nie uczących się ani nie biorących udział w kształceniu ustawicznym (młodzież NEET) oraz należących do osób pracujących, znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji (tzw. ubodzy pracujący, osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz pracujący w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych). W grupie docelowej znajdą się w większości osoby bierne i bezrobotne (80% ogółu).Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami.Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe lub zdobyć kompetencje, do staży w zakładach pracy, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu).Realizacja projektu zakończy się w sierpniu 2019 roku. The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 30 inhabitants of the Olsztyn district (earth and Grodzka) aged 15-29, who remain unemployed, learn or take part in continuing education (NEET youth) and those who are in work, in difficulty (so-called labour poor, short-term workers and working under civil-law contracts). The target group will mostly include passive and unemployed (80 % of the total).The main focus will be on supporting low-skilled people.The project provides for a comprehensive and customised approach to each participant, offering a wide range of forms of support (from career guidance and individual career paths, through courses and training allowing to acquire professional qualifications, gain professional qualifications or gain competences, to placements at work establishments, ending in job intermediation in August and employment. L’objectif de ce projet est de renforcer les possibilités d’emploi sur le marché du travail d’un groupe de 30 habitants du district d’Olsztyn (terrestre et arrondissement) âgés de 15 à 29 ans, qui sont sans emploi, ni apprenants, ni en formation continue (NEET) et travailleurs en situation de vulnérabilité (appelés «travailleurs pauvres», personnes employées sur des contrats de courte durée et travaillant dans le cadre de contrats de droit civil). Le groupe cible sera principalement passif et sans emploi (80 % du total).L’accent sera mis sur le soutien aux personnes peu qualifiées.Le projet prévoit une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque participant, offrant un large éventail de formes de soutien (de l’orientation professionnelle à l’établissement d’un parcours de carrière individuel, en passant par des cours et des formations permettant d’acquérir des qualifications professionnelles, d’obtenir des qualifications professionnelles ou d’acquérir des compétences, jusqu’aux stages sur le lieu de travail, se terminant par le placement et l’emploi).Le projet sera achevé en août 2019. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einer Gruppe von 30 Einwohnern des Bezirks Olsztyn (Terrestrische und Gemeinde) im Alter von 15 bis 29 Jahren zu stärken, die arbeitslos sind, weder Lernende noch Weiterbildung (NEET) und Erwerbstätige in prekären Situationen (sogenannte erwerbstätige Armen, Personen mit kurzfristigen Arbeitsverträgen und zivilrechtliche Verträge). Die Zielgruppe wird vor allem passiv und arbeitslos sein (80 % der Gesamtzahl).Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Unterstützung von Menschen mit geringer Qualifikation.Das Projekt sieht einen umfassenden und personalisierten Ansatz für jeden Teilnehmer vor, der eine breite Palette von Formen der Unterstützung bietet (von der Berufsberatung bis zur Einführung eines individuellen Karrierewegs, durch Kurse und Schulungen, die es ermöglichen, berufliche Qualifikationen zu erwerben, berufliche Qualifikationen zu erwerben oder Kompetenzen zu erwerben, bis hin zu Praktika am Arbeitsplatz, bis hin zu Stellenvermittlung und Beschäftigung).Das Projekt wird im August 2019 abgeschlossen.
