Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do spełnienia celów PO WER, w szczególności wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego Osi I: "Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia, w tym w szczególności osób bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzieży NEET)".Projekt zakłada aktywizację oraz nabycie nowych kwalifikacjiosóbnależących do opisanej grupy docelowejpoprzez organizację i wdrożenie usług rynku pracy realizowanych w ramach programu zawodowo-edukacyjnego obejmującego: identyfikację potrzeb os.młodych oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego IPD, poradnictwo zawodowego, coaching, wysokiej jakości szkolenia,pośrednictwo pracy,staże zawodowe w terminie 01.11.2019-31.12.2020 r.Dodatkowo uczestnicy otrzymają zwroty kosztów dojazdu, stypendia szkoleniowe, stypendia stażowe, catering, opiekę nad osobami zależnymi, badania i NNW na stażach.Liczba osób objętych wsparciem: 85 Liczba osób objętych doradztwem:85.Liczba osób, które wzięły udział w szkoleniach i podniosły swoje kwalifikacje i umiejętności:85.Liczba osób, które podjęły staż: 30 (Polish)

The implementation of the project will contribute to meeting the objectives of the OP WER, in particular in line with the specific objective of Axis I: “Increasing the employability of young people up to the age of 29, including in particular those without a job who do not participate in education and training (NEETs)”.The project envisages the activation and acquisition of new qualifications of persons belonging to this target group through the organisation and implementation of labour market services implemented under the vocational and education programme comprising: identification of young people’s needs and diagnosing opportunities in the field of IPD training, professional guidance, coaching, high quality training, employment intermediation, professional internships between 01.11.2019-31.12.2020.In addition, participants will receive reimbursements of travel costs, training grants, fellowships, catering, care of dependents, research and IUU on traineeships. 85 Number of persons consulted:85.Number of persons who took part in the trainings and increased their qualifications and skills:85.Number of persons who took a traineeship: 30 (English)

Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Verwirklichung der Ziele des OP KED beitragen, insbesondere das spezifische Ziel von Schwerpunkt I: „Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zum 29-Jährigen, insbesondere Arbeitslose, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung teilnehmen ("NEETs") Das Projekt umfasst die Aktivierung und den Erwerb von Newskillern, die der Zielgruppe angehören, die durch die Organisation und Durchführung von Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen im Rahmen eines Berufsbildungs- und Bildungsprogramms beschrieben werden: Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse junger Menschen und Diagnose der beruflichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten des IPD, Berufsberatung, Coaching, qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildung, Vermittlung von Arbeitsplätzen, Praktika zwischen 01.11.2019 und 31.12.2020. Zusätzlich erhalten die Teilnehmer Erstattungen für Pendelkosten, Ausbildungsstipendien, Praktikumsstipendien, Catering, Betreuung von Angehörigen, Forschung und NNW-Praktika.Anzahl der unterstützten Personen: 85 Zahl der Personen, die von doradztwem:85.Liczba abgedeckt sind, die an der Ausbildung teilgenommen und ihre Qualifikationen verbessert haben, und umiejętności:85.Liczba Personen, die das Praktikum absolviert haben: 30 (German)
