Projekt "OD BIERNOŚCI DO AKTYWNOŚCI - kompleksowe wsparcie osób młodych pozostających bez zatrudnienia do 29 roku życia” jest odpowiedzią na rosnący problem braku aktywności zawodowej osób młodych w regionie, którzy postrzegani są na rynku pracy jako osoby niedoświadczone i nie posiadające kwalifikacji/kompetencji. Celem projektu jest zniwelowanie barier skutecznej integracji z rynkiem pracy 72os.(29Ki43M) biernych zaw. i 12os.(5Ki7M) bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w powiatowym urzędzie pracy, w wieku 15-29 lat z grupy NEET do VI2018 powiatu bielskiego, hajnowskiego, siemiatyckiego, wysokomazowieckiego poprzez realizację kompleksowego, zindywidualizowanego wsparcia prowadzącego do zatrudnienia w postaci wsparcia psychologiczno-doradczego, szkoleń zawodowych i staży Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte m.in. następujące rezultaty: -84os. nabędzie kwalifikacje/kompetencje zawodowe -48os.znajdzie zatrudnienie -84os. nabędzie/podniesie umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy -84 os. nabędzie doświadczenie zawodowe Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 72os.(29Ki43M)biernych zaw. i 12os.(5Ki7M) bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP, zamieszkujących powiat powiat bielski, hajnowski, siemiatycki, wysokomazowiecki (min. 15% osób każdy) w wieku 15-29 lat, należący do grupy NEET wg POWER, których ograniczenia materialne i środowiskowe, a także brak doświadczenia zawodowego i wiedzy na temat skutecznych metod poszukiwania pracy utrudniają samodzielne nabycie umiejętności umożliwiających wejście na rynek pracy. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące zadania: 1. Wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze (84os) - IPD(2h/os) - poradnictwo zawodowe (6h/os) - wsparcie psychologiczne (śr.2h/os) 2. Szkolenia zawodowe (84os): • Spawanie metodą MAG (26os.) • Magazynier z obsługą wózków jezdniowych z wymianą butli (16os.) • Pracownik ds. kadrowych i płacowych (26os.) • Pracownik ds. obsługi biurowej (16 os.) 3. Le projet «De l’inactivité À l’ACTIVITÉ — soutien global aux jeunes sans emploi jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans» répond au problème croissant de l’inactivité des jeunes de la région perçus sur le marché du travail comme inexpérimentés et dépourvus de qualifications/compétences. L’objectif du projet est d’éliminer les obstacles à l’intégration effective sur le marché du travail de 72 personnes (29Ki43M) de chômeurs passifs et de 12 personnes (5Ki7M) non inscrites au bureau de l’emploi de district, âgées de 15 à 29 ans, du groupe NEET au district VI2018 de Bielski, Hajnowski, Siemiatycki et High-Mazovia, grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, entre autres: —84 personnes. acquièrent des qualifications/compétences professionnelles — 48 personnes. trouveront un emploi -84 personnes. acquièrent/renforceront les compétences pour se déplacer sur le marché du travail — 84 personnes acquièrent une expérience professionnelle. Das Projekt „From Inaktivität TO ACTIVITY – umfassende Unterstützung für junge Menschen ohne Beschäftigung bis zum Alter von 29 Jahren“ reagiert auf das wachsende Problem der Nichterwerbstätigkeit junger Menschen in der Region, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt als unerfahrene und fehlende Qualifikationen/Kompetenzen wahrgenommen werden. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Hindernisse für die wirksame Eingliederung von 72 Personen (29Ki43M) von passiven und 12 Personen (5Ki7M) nicht im Bezirksarbeitsbüro im Alter von 15 bis 29 Jahren von der NEET-Gruppe in den VI2018-Bezirk Bielski, Hajnowski, Siemiatycki und High-Mazovia durch die Durchführung des Projekts durch die Durchführung des Projekts durch die Durchführung des Projekts zu beseitigen: —84 Personen erwerben Qualifikationen/Berufskompetenz – 48 Personen finden Arbeit -84 Personen erwerben/erhöhen die Fähigkeiten, sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu bewegen – 84 Personen erwerben Berufserfahrung. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Aufgaben durchgeführt: 1. Psychologische und beratende Unterstützung (84os) – IPD(2h/Person) – Berufsberatung (6h/Person) – psychologische Unterstützung (durchschnittlich 2h/Person) 2.
