Celem projektu jest rozwój oferty WSEI w Lublinie w zakresie realizacji trzeciej misji, jako forum aktywności społecznej poprzez opracowanie programu Wzmocnienia procesu rozpoznawania i realizacji indywidualnych uzdolnień 360 uczniów (D160/CH200) klas IV-VI ze szkół podstawowych w wieku 9-12l. realizowany przy współpracy z Gminą Miejską Świdnik JST i Fundacją Rozwoju WSEI w Lublinie, przyczyniający się do rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych: ICT, umiejętność rozumienia, kreatywność; innowacyjność; krytyczne myślenie; rozwiązywanie problemów; umiejętność pracy zespołowej w kontekście środowiska pracy do VI.2020.Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację trzech celów szczegółowych:1) zidentyfikowanie indywidualnego profilu uzdolnień uczniów 360 ucz. SP klas IV-VI 9-12l oparciu o koncepcję Gardnera2) podniesienie kompetencji wspierających rozwój uzdolnień, ICT, umiejętność rozumienia, kreatywność; innowacyjność; krytyczne myślenie; rozwiązywanie problemów; umiejętność pracy zespołowej w kontekście środowiska pracy u 80% uczniów objętych działaniami projektu do VI.20203) podniesienie kompetencji 80% z pośród 100 (K80,M20) rodziców uczniów w zakresie identyfikacji uzdolnień dziecka i wspierania jego rozwoju w oparciu o zasoby i mocne strony. Podniesienie kompetencji rodziców będzie miało znaczenie dla jakości wsparcia udzielanego przez nich dzieciom do VI.2020Zajęcia poświęconych wykorzystaniu naukowego oglądu rzeczywistości i technologii badawczych w odkrywaniu i usprawnianiu funkcjonowania czł.; zajęć rozwijających kreatywność w myśleniu i uczeniu się wykorzystujących nowoczesne technologie: Lego Education WeDo oraz Minecraft EDU; programu współpracy w grupie i kompetencji społecznych zwieńczonych przeprowadzeniem przez uczniów w szkole Dnia Odkrywców oraz zajęć dydaktycznych dla rodziców w zakresie wybranych kompetencji społeczno-wychowawczych usprawniających identyfikację uzdolnień dziecka i wspieranie jego rozwoju w oparciu o zasoby i mocne strony (Polish)

The aim of the project is to develop WSEI’s offer in Lublin in the scope of the third mission, as a forum for social activity by developing a program to strengthen the process of recognition and realisation of individual talents of 360 students (D160/CH200) from primary schools aged 9-12 years, implemented in cooperation with the Świdnik JST Municipality and the WSEI Development Foundation in Lublin, contributing to the development of key competences: ICT, comprehension skills, creativity; innovation; critical thinking; problem-solving; the ability to work together in the context of the working environment up to VI.2020.This objective will be achieved by pursuing three specific objectives:1) identifying the individual profile of pupils’ talents 360 pupils. SP of classes IV-VI 9-12 l based on Gardner’s concept2) to raise competences supporting the development of talents, ICT, comprehension skills, creativity; innovation; critical thinking; problem-solving; ability to work together in the context of the working environment in 80 % of pupils covered by the project to VI.20203) raise competences of 80 % of the 100 (K80,M20) pupils’ parents in identifying and supporting the child’s ability to develop on the basis of resources and strengths. Raising parents’ competences will be important for the quality of their support to their children to VI.2020 Activities devoted to the use of scientific insight into reality and research technologies in discovering and improving the functioning of human beings; activities developing creativity in thinking and learning using modern technologies: Lego Education WeDo and Minecraft EDU; programme of cooperation in the group and social competences completed by pupils at the Discoverer Day school and teaching activities for parents in the field of selected socio-educational competences to improve the identification of the child’s abilities and support its development on the basis of resources and strengths (English)

L’objectif du projet est de développer l’offre de WSEI à Lublin dans le cadre de la troisième mission, en tant que forum d’activité sociale à travers le développement d’un programme de renforcement du processus de reconnaissance et de réalisation des talents individuels de 360 élèves (D160/CH200) classes IV-VI des écoles primaires âgées de 9 à 12 ans. mis en œuvre en coopération avec la municipalité de Świdnik JST et la Fondation pour le développement du WSEI à Lublin, contribuant au développement des compétences clés: TIC, compréhension, créativité; l’innovation; la pensée critique; résolution de problèmes; capacité à travailler ensemble dans le contexte de l’environnement de travail d’ici le VI.2020.Cet objectif sera atteint en poursuivant trois objectifs spécifiques: 1) identifier le profil individuel de talents de 360 apprenants. Les classes spéciales IV-VI 9-12 l basées sur le concept Gardner2) pour améliorer les compétences soutenant le développement des talents, les TIC, la compréhension, la créativité; l’innovation; la pensée critique; résolution de problèmes; la capacité de travailler ensemble dans le cadre de l’environnement de travail chez 80 % des étudiants couverts par les activités du projet d’ici le VI.20203) permet de renforcer les compétences de 80 % des parents d’élèves (K80, M20) pour identifier les talents de l’enfant et soutenir son développement sur la base des ressources et des atouts. L’amélioration des compétences des parents sera importante pour la qualité de leur soutien aux enfants jusqu’au VI.2020 Activités consacrées à l’utilisation d’une vision scientifique de la réalité et des technologies de recherche pour découvrir et améliorer le fonctionnement des personnes; activités développant la créativité dans la pensée et l’apprentissage à l’aide des technologies modernes: Lego Education WeDo et Minecraft EDU; le programme de coopération au sein du groupe et les compétences sociales aboutissant à la tenue de la Journée des explorateurs des étudiants et à des activités d’enseignement pour les parents dans le domaine des compétences socio-éducatives sélectionnées, en améliorant l’identification des talents de l’enfant et en soutenant son développement sur la base des ressources et des atouts (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Angebot der WSEI in Lublin im Rahmen der dritten Mission zu entwickeln, als Forum für soziale Aktivitäten durch die Entwicklung eines Programms zur Stärkung des Prozesses der Anerkennung und Realisierung von individuellen Talenten von 360 Schülern (D160/CH200) Klassen IV-VI von Grundschulen im Alter von 9-12 Jahren, die in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Świdnik JST und der Stiftung für die Entwicklung der WSEI in Lublin durchgeführt werden und zur Entwicklung von Schlüsselkompetenzen beitragen: IKT, Verständnis, Kreativität; Innovation; kritisches Denken; Problemlösung; Fähigkeit, bis VI.2020 im Rahmen des Arbeitsumfelds zusammenzuarbeiten.Dieses Ziel wird erreicht, indem drei spezifische Ziele verfolgt werden: 1) Ermittlung des individuellen Talentprofils von 360 Lernenden. SP-Klassen IV-VI 9-12 l auf der Grundlage des Gardner-Konzepts2) zur Verbesserung der Kompetenzen zur Förderung der Talententwicklung, der IKT, des Verständnisses und der Kreativität; Innovation; kritisches Denken; Problemlösung; die Fähigkeit, im Rahmen des Arbeitsumfelds in 80 % der von den Projektaktivitäten bis VI.20203 abgedeckten Studierenden zusammenzuarbeiten, erhöht die Fähigkeiten von 80 % der 100 (K80, M20) Schülereltern, um die Talente des Kindes zu identifizieren und seine Entwicklung auf der Grundlage von Ressourcen und Stärken zu unterstützen. Die Verbesserung der Kompetenzen der Eltern ist wichtig für die Qualität ihrer Unterstützung für Kinder bis zum VI.2020 Aktivitäten zur Nutzung einer wissenschaftlichen Sicht der Realität und der Forschungstechnologien bei der Entdeckung und Verbesserung der Funktionsweise der Menschen; Aktivitäten zur Entwicklung von Kreativität im Denken und Lernen unter Verwendung moderner Technologien: LEGO Bildung WeDo und Minecraft EDU; das Programm der Zusammenarbeit in der Gruppe und soziale Kompetenzen kulminierend in der Durchführung des Studententages der Entdecker und Lehraktivitäten für Eltern im Bereich ausgewählter sozialpädagogischer Kompetenzen zur Verbesserung der Identifizierung der Talente des Kindes und zur Unterstützung seiner Entwicklung auf der Grundlage von Ressourcen und Stärken (German)
