Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Starym Dzierzgoniu w okresie od 01.01.2019 r. do 30.06.2020` r. Celem głównym projektu jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych w Gminnym Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Starym Dzierzgoniu w celu poprawy obsługi klientów ośrodka pomocy społecznej. W ramach projektu nastąpi oddzielenie zadań związanych z prowadzeniem postępowania administracyjnego od wykonywania pracy socjalnej oraz świadczenia usług socjalnych. Wdrożenie zmian organizacyjnych w Gminnym Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Starym Dzierzgoniu będzie wiązało się z podejmowaniem nowych wyzwań, zmianą dotychczasowej organizacji pracy. W związku z powyższym konieczne jest wsparcie dla pracowników w formie szkoleń wewnętrznych, 2 wizyt studyjnych do ośrodków pomocy społecznej, w których nastąpiła zmiana systemu organizacyjnego polegającego na rozdzieleniu zadań administracyjnych OPS od pracy socjalnej oraz superwizji indywidualnej i grupowej.Ponadto w ramach tego projektu zostanie przeprowadzony remont pomieszczeń w GOPS. Pomieszczenie, które pełni funkcję sali spotkań zostanie podzielone na dwa pokoje. Ponadto zostanie wyposażone nowo powstałe stanowisko racy oraz doposażone 3 stanowiska pracy pracowników GOPS w Starym Dzierzgoniu. Wprowadzony zostanie Zarządzeniem Kierownika GOPS Stary Dzierzgoń nowy Regulamin Organizacyjny. Zmienione zostaną zakresy 3 pracownikom GOPS Stary Dzierzgoń. Zostaną utworzone nowe stanowiska pracy pracowników:1.Stanowisko ds. pierwszego kontaktu : 2 osoby po 1/2 etatu,2.Stanowisko ds. pracy socjalnej 2 osoby: 3/4 etatu i 1/4 etatu,3.Stanowisko ds. usług socjalnych 2 osoby: 3/4 etatu i 1/4 etatu,4.Stanowisko ds. świadczeń przyznanych decyzją 2 osoby po 1/2 etatu. Implementation of organizational changes in the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Stary Dzierzgoń will involve taking on new challenges, changing the organisation of work so far. Therefore, it is necessary to support employees in the form of internal training, 2 study visits to social assistance centres, where the organisational system consisting of separating the administrative tasks of OPS from social work and individual and group supervision took place. The room, which serves as a meeting room, will be divided into two rooms. In addition, the newly created job will be equipped and equipped with 3 posts of GOPS employees in Stary Dzierzgoń. The new Organising Regulations will be introduced by the GOPS Manager’s Old Dzierzgoń Management Board. The ranges of 3 employees of GOPS Stary Dzierzgoń will be changed. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par le centre municipal de protection sociale dans le Vieux-Dzierzgoń du 1er janvier 2019 au 30 juin 2020. Le principal objectif du projet est de mettre en œuvre des améliorations organisationnelles dans le centre municipal de protection sociale dans le Vieux-Dzierzgoń afin d’améliorer le service aux clients du centre d’assistance sociale. Dans le cadre du projet, les tâches liées à la conduite des procédures administratives seront séparées de l’exécution du travail social et de la prestation de services sociaux. La mise en œuvre des changements organisationnels dans le centre municipal de protection sociale du Vieux-Dzierzgoń impliquera de relever de nouveaux défis et de modifier l’organisation du travail jusqu’à présent. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, il est nécessaire de soutenir les employés sous la forme d’une formation interne, de deux visites d’étude dans les centres d’assistance sociale, dans le cadre desquelles le système organisationnel a été modifié, consistant en la séparation des tâches administratives de l’OPS du travail social et du contrôle individuel et collectif. La salle de réunion sera divisée en deux salles. En outre, le poste racy nouvellement créé sera équipé de 3 postes de travail des employés du GOPS à Stary Dzierzgoń. De nouveaux règlements organisationnels seront introduits par l’Ordonnance sur les gestionnaires du GOPS. Les gammes de 3 employés du GOPS seront modifiées. Das Projekt wird vom 01.01.2019 bis zum 30.06.2020 vom 01.01.2019 bis zum 30.6.2020 vom kommunalen Sozialhilfezentrum in Old Dzierzgoń durchgeführt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Umsetzung organisatorischer Verbesserungen im kommunalen Sozialhilfezentrum in Old Dzierzgoń, um den Service der Kunden des Sozialhilfezentrums zu verbessern. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung von Verwaltungsverfahren von der Durchführung von Sozialarbeit und der Erbringung sozialer Dienstleistungen getrennt. Die Umsetzung organisatorischer Veränderungen im kommunalen Sozialhilfezentrum in Old Dzierzgoń umfasst neue Herausforderungen und eine Änderung der bisherigen Arbeitsorganisation. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist es notwendig, die Mitarbeiter in Form einer internen Ausbildung zu unterstützen, zwei Studienbesuche in Sozialhilfezentren, in denen sich das Organisationssystem geändert hat, das in der Trennung der Verwaltungsaufgaben der OPS von der Sozialarbeit und der Einzel- und Gruppenaufsicht besteht. Darüber hinaus wird im Rahmen dieses Projekts die Renovierung der Räumlichkeiten in GOPS durchgeführt. Der Sitzungssaal wird in zwei Räume unterteilt. Darüber hinaus wird die neu geschaffene Racy-Stelle mit 3 Arbeitsplätzen der GOPS-Mitarbeiter in Stary Dzierzgoń ausgestattet. Neue Organisationsordnungen werden durch die GOPS-Manager-Verordnung eingeführt. Die Reichweiten von 3 GOPS-Mitarbeitern werden geändert.
