Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädispositionen und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen.
