Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowej drogi wojewódzkiej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i skomunikowanie miasta wojewódzkiego Olsztyna i jego obszaru funkcjonalnego z południową obwodnicą miasta (DK 16 to element sieci kompleksowej TEN-T). W efekcie powstanie ciąg o dł. ok. 2,66km, który poprawi dostępność komunikacyjną regionu Polski Wschodniej, obsługiwać będzie południowo-wschodnią część miasta oraz przenosić ruch z DK 16 i DK 53. Wraz z pozostałym układem dróg dojazdowych i obwodnicą służy wyeliminowaniu ruchu tranzytowego z układu wewnętrznego dróg. Przebiega przez teren dotychczas niewykorzystywany, udostępni znaczne obszary wolnych gruntów pod inwestycje. Spowoduje ożywienie gospodarcze tej części miasta i wzrost przedsiębiorczości w makroregionie, zapewni bardzo dobre połączenie z innymi ośrodkami o dużym znaczeniu gospodarczym, kulturotwórczym i turystycznym. Zakres projektu: - budowa ulicy 5.KDZ klasy GP, przekrój uliczny 2x2, szer. pasa ruchu – 3,50m, dł. ok. 1,98km - budowa odcinka ulicy 2.KDG klasy GP, przekrój uliczny 2x2, szer. pasa ruchu – 3,50m, dł. ok. 0,68km - budowa skrzyżowań z drogami gminnymi i krajową, - budowa bezkolizyjnego przejścia dla pieszych i przejazdu dla rowerzystów pod ulicą 5.KDZ - budowa obustronnych chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, - budowa dróg dojazdowych do obsługi urządzeń kan. deszczowej, - budowa zjazdów, zatok autobusowych i pętli autobusowej, - budowa urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i ochrony środowiska, - budowa kanalizacji deszczowej, - budowa oświetlenia ulic i skrzyżowań, - budowa sieci telekomunikacyjnej, - prace rozbiórkowe budynków i obiektów kolidujących z zadaniem, - przebudowa kolizji urządzeń podziemnych i naziemnych, - zagospodarowanie zieleni w granicach projektowanego pasa drogowego. Głównymi użytkownikami ciągu będą mieszkańcy Olsztyna i jego obszaru funkcjonalnego, przedsiębiorcy oraz turyści. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of a new provincial road with the infrastructure accompanying and communication of the city of Olsztyn and its functional area with the southern bypass of the city (DK 16 is an element of the TEN-T comprehensive network). As a result, there will be a string of approx. 2.66 km, which will improve the transport accessibility of Eastern Poland, will serve the south-eastern part of the city and transport traffic from DK 16 and DK 53. L’objet du projet est la construction d’une nouvelle route provinciale avec l’infrastructure d’accompagnement et la connexion entre la ville d’Olsztyn et sa zone fonctionnelle avec le contournement sud de la ville (DK 16 fait partie du réseau global RTE-T). En conséquence, une chaîne d’env. 2,66 km, ce qui améliorera l’accessibilité de la région de l’est de la Pologne, desservira la partie sud-est de la ville et déplacera la circulation à partir de DK 16 et DK 53. Avec l’autre système de routes d’accès et de contournement, il vise à éliminer le trafic de transit du système intérieur des routes. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau einer neuen Provinzstraße mit der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur und die Verbindung zwischen der Stadt Olsztyn und ihrem Funktionsgebiet mit der südlichen Umgehungsstraße der Stadt (DK 16 ist Teil des TEN-V-Gesamtnetzes). Als Ergebnis, eine Schnur von ca. 2,66 km, die die Zugänglichkeit der Region Ostpolen verbessern werden, dienen dem südöstlichen Teil der Stadt und bewegen den Verkehr von DK 16 und DK 53. Zusammen mit dem anderen System der Zufahrtsstraßen und der Umgehungsstraße soll der Transitverkehr aus dem internen Straßensystem beseitigt werden. Sie verläuft durch das noch nicht genutzte Land und wird große Flächen mit freiem Land für Investitionen zur Verfügung stellen. Sie wird die wirtschaftliche Erholung dieses Teils der Stadt stimulieren und das Unternehmertum in der Makroregion stärken und eine sehr gute Verbindung zu anderen Zentren von hohem wirtschaftlichen, kulturellen und touristischen Interesse bieten. Umfang des Projekts: — Bau von 5.KDZ Straße Klasse GP, Straßenquerschnitt 2x2, breite Spur – 3,50 m, Länge ca. 1,98 km – Bau von 2.KDG GP Straßenabschnitt, Straßenquerschnitt 2x2, breite Fahrspur – 3,50 m, Länge ca. 0,68 km – Bau von Kreuzungen mit kommunalen und nationalen Straßen, – Bau einer nicht-kollisionsfreien Fußgängerüberquerung und Kreuzung für Radfahrer unter 5.KDZ – Bau von bilateralen Gehwegen und Radwegen, – Bau von Zufahrtsstraßen zum Betrieb von Regenkanalanlagen, – Bau von Ausgängen, Busbuchten und Busschleifen, – Bau von Straßensicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorrichtungen, – Bau von Regenabflüssen, – Bau von Straßenbeleuchtung und Kreuzungen, – Bau eines Telekommunikationsnetzes, – Abriss von Gebäuden und Objekten, – Wiederaufbau von Zusammenstößen von Untergrund- und Bodenausrüstung, – Entwicklung von Grünanlagen innerhalb der geplanten Straßenabschnitte.
