POWIAT ŻYRARDOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ŻYRARDOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żyrardowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 17% osób niepełnosprawnych, 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 48% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych biorących udział w projekcie (zgodnie z metodologia pomiaru zawartą Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2012) i zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Gyrard district. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of the disabled, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those not eligible for any of the listed target groups participating in the project (according to the methodology for measuring the guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area 2014-2012) and registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of each participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district juif. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’au moins 17 % des personnes handicapées, 35 % des chômeurs de longue durée, 48 % des personnes peu qualifiées et 43 % des personnes non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles énumérés participant au projet (conformément à la méthodologie de mesure des lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets impliquant des mesures du FSE dans le domaine du marché du travail pour la période 2014-2012) et enregistrées à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels de chaque participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten junger Menschen unter 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im jüdischen Bezirk arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird mindestens 17 % der Menschen mit Behinderungen, 35 % der Langzeitarbeitslosen, 48 % der Geringqualifizierten und 43 % der nicht für eine der aufgeführten Zielgruppen, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen (gemäß der Messmethodik der Leitlinien für die Durchführung von Projekten, die ESF-Maßnahmen im Bereich des Arbeitsmarktes für den Zeitraum 2014-2012 beinhalten) in Anspruch genommen und im PLO registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung einer Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme jedes Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen.
