Celem projektu jest zapewnienie odpowiednich środków finansowych dla prawidłowej realizacji zadań związanych z zarządzaniem i wdrażaniem POPW 2014-2020 w 2017 roku. Przewiduje się zapewnienie PARP niezbędnej powierzchni biurowej, usług telekomunikacyjnych, materiałów i usług biurowych oraz wsparcia w zakresie prac pomocniczo-technicznych (umowy zlecenia). W ramach projektu zakłada się finansowanie wydatków mających na celu podnoszenie kwalifikacji zawodowych pracowników i dostosowanie zasobów informatycznych PARP do wymogów nowych programów. Ponadto ponoszone będą koszty podróży służbowych pracowników PARP związanych z wykonywaniem zadań w ramach POPW, w tym koszty związane z finansowaniem usług wynajmu samochodów osobowych. W ramach projektu zapewnione będzie wsparcie IP POPW przez pracowników tymczasowych przy organizacji kolejnych naborów wniosków oraz doradcze i ekspercie, w tym w szczególności dotyczące oceny wniosków o dofinansowanie. Projekt zakłada pokrycie kosztów badań ewaluacyjnych działań PORPW i POPW zgodnie z Planem Ewaluacji POPW 2014-2020; kosztów związanych z informowaniem i promocją POPW 2014-2020 zgodnie z Rocznym Planem Działań Informacyjnych i Promocyjnych Instytucji Pośredniczącej POPW na 2017 r.; oraz kosztów dotyczących kontroli projektów realizowanych w ramach PORPW i POPW, zgodnie z Planem Kontroli PORPW i POPW na 2017 r. The aim of the project is to provide adequate financial resources for the proper execution of tasks related to the management and implementation of OPW 2014-2020 in 2017. It is envisaged to provide PARP with the necessary office space, telecommunications services, office materials and services and support in the field of technical and auxiliary work (contracts). The project assumes financing of expenditure aimed at improving professional qualifications of employees and adapting PARP IT resources to the requirements of new programmes. In addition, the mission expenses of PARP staff related to the performance of tasks under the POPW, including costs related to the financing of passenger car rental services will be borne. The project will provide support for IP POPW by temporary staff in the organisation of subsequent calls for proposals and advisory and experts, including in particular on the evaluation of applications for funding. The project assumes to cover the costs of evaluation studies of PORPW and POPW activities in accordance with the Evaluation Plan for OPW 2014-2020; costs related to information and promotion of POPW 2014-2020 in accordance with the 2017 Annual Information and Promotional Action Plan for POPW; and costs related to the control of projects carried out under the PORPW and POPW, in accordance with the 2017 PORPW and POPW Control Plan. L’objectif du projet est de fournir des ressources financières adéquates pour la bonne exécution des tâches liées à la gestion et à la mise en œuvre du PO annuel 2014-2020 en 2017. Il est envisagé de fournir à PARP l’espace de bureau nécessaire, les services de télécommunication, les fournitures et services de bureau et l’appui dans le domaine des travaux auxiliaires et techniques (contrats de commande). Le projet prévoit le financement de dépenses visant à améliorer les qualifications professionnelles des salariés et à adapter les ressources informatiques de PARP aux exigences des nouveaux programmes. En outre, les frais de mission du personnel du PARP participant à l’exécution des tâches relevant du POPW seront supportés, y compris les coûts liés au financement des services de location de voitures. Le projet apportera un soutien à l’IBOPW par du personnel temporaire dans l’organisation d’appels à propositions ultérieurs, ainsi que par des conseils et des experts, notamment en ce qui concerne l’évaluation des demandes de financement. Le projet prend en charge les coûts des études d’évaluation des activités de l’OPW et du POPW conformément au plan d’évaluation de l’OPW 2014-2020; les coûts liés à l’information et à la promotion du POPW 2014-2020 conformément au plan annuel d’information et de mesures promotionnelles de l’organe intermédiaire du POP pour 2017; et les coûts liés au contrôle des projets mis en œuvre dans le cadre du programme OPRP et du POPW, conformément au plan de contrôle des POP 2017 et au plan de contrôle des POP. Ziel des Projekts ist es, angemessene Finanzmittel für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung und Durchführung des Jahresarbeitsprogramms 2014-2020 im Jahr 2017 bereitzustellen. Es ist vorgesehen, PARP die notwendigen Büroräume, Telekommunikationsdienste, Bürobedarf und Dienstleistungen sowie Unterstützung im Bereich der Hilfs- und technischen Arbeiten (Auftragsverträge) bereitzustellen. Das Projekt sieht die Finanzierung von Ausgaben zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter und zur Anpassung der IT-Ressourcen des PARP an die Anforderungen der neuen Programme vor. Darüber hinaus werden die Dienstreisekosten des PARP-Personals anfallen, das mit der Durchführung von Aufgaben im Rahmen des POPW betraut ist, einschließlich der Kosten für die Finanzierung von Autovermietungen. Das Projekt wird die IBOPW durch Bedienstete auf Zeit bei der Durchführung nachfolgender Aufforderungen zur Einreichung von Vorschlägen sowie von Beratern und Sachverständigen unterstützen, insbesondere durch die Bewertung von Förderanträgen. Das Projekt geht davon aus, die Kosten für Evaluierungsstudien der OPW- und POPW-Tätigkeiten gemäß dem Evaluierungsplan der OPW 2014-2020 zu decken; die Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Information und Förderung des POPW 2014-2020 im Einklang mit dem Jahresplan für Informations- und Absatzförderungsmaßnahmen der zwischengeschalteten Stelle des POP für 2017; und die Kosten für die Kontrolle der im Rahmen des OPRP und der POPW durchgeführten Projekte gemäß dem OPRP und dem POP-Kontrollplan 2017.
