Zakres projektu budowlanego obejmuje remont, przebudowę i rozbudowę budynku Filharmonii Krakowskiej wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną, polegający na: - przebudowie i remoncie budynku Filharmonii im. Karola Szymanowskiego w Krakowie przy ul. Zwierzynieckiej 1 w zakresie dostosowania go do nowych rozwiązań funkcjonalnych oraz do obowiązujących przepisów w części: Piwnice – w całości Parter – w całości I piętro – balkon Sali Koncertowej, hall balkonu sali koncertowej, klatki schodowe, szyb windowy, toalety, garderoby artystów (wyłączone z opracowania są „Sala Złota” oraz kawiarnia), II piętro – klatki schodowe, szyb windowy, pomieszczenia administracyjne i toalety w północnej części frontu, winda, część oficyny w zakresie komunikacji oraz pomieszczenia socjalnego (wyłączona z opracowania jest Sala Błękitna wraz z hallem, część administracyjna od strony ul. Zwierzynieckiej i od strony dziedzińca, sala prób w oficynie). - rozbudowie budynku w zakresie: zabudowy dziedzińca w poziomie parteru, pierwszego i drugiego piętra wraz przeszklonym foyer oraz z jednym poziomem piwnic oraz budowy szybu windowego dla osób niepełnosprawnych (dobudowa do istniejącej klatki schodowej) - budowie i przebudowie istniejącej infrastruktury technicznej - rozbiórce garażu oraz muru granicznego należącego do Filharmonii Krakowskiej (w związku z rozbudową budynku w granicy). W ramach projektu zostanie także zakupiony sprzęt i wyposażenie niezbędny do prowadzenia działalności w nowych warunkach infrastrukturalnych. (Polish)

The scope of the construction project includes the renovation, reconstruction and extension of the Krakow Philharmonic building together with the technical infrastructure, consisting of: — reconstruction and renovation of the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic building in Kraków at ul. Zwierzyniecka 1 in the area of adapting it to new functional solutions and to the applicable provisions in part: Cellars – entirely Ground floor – fully first floor – balcony of the Concert Hall, hall of the balcony of the concert hall, staircases, window windows, toilets, artists’ wardrobe (excluded from the study are “Gold Hall” and cafe), second floor – staircases, window shafts, administrative rooms and toilets in the northern part of the front, elevator, part of the office in the area of communication and the social room (excluded from the development is the Blue Hall, along with the administration hall. Zwierzyniecka and from the courtyard side, rehearsal room in the outbuilding). — extension of the building in the scope of: construction of the courtyard in the ground floor, first and second floor with a glass foyer and one level of cellars and construction of an elevator shaft for people with disabilities (added to the existing staircase) – construction and reconstruction of the existing technical infrastructure – demolition of the garage and the border wall belonging to the Krakow Philharmonic (in connection with the expansion of the building at the border). The project will also purchase the equipment and equipment necessary to operate under new infrastructure conditions. (English)

Le projet de construction comprend la rénovation, la reconstruction et l’extension du bâtiment philharmonique de Cracovie ainsi que l’infrastructure technique, comprenant: — reconstruction et rénovation du bâtiment philharmonique Karol Szymanowski à Cracovie à ul. Zwierzyniecka 1 en termes de l’adaptation aux nouvelles solutions fonctionnelles et aux réglementations applicables en partie: Caves — l’ensemble Rez-de-chaussée — tout le 1er étage — balcon de la salle de concert, la salle du balcon de la salle de concert, escaliers, fenêtres, fenêtres, toilettes, armoires d’artistes (la «Salle d’Or» et la cafétéria sont exclues de l’étude), le deuxième étage — escaliers, fenêtres, salles administratives et toilettes dans la partie nord de l’avant, ascenseur, partie de la communication et salle sociale (la salle bleue est exclue de l’étude, la partie administrative de la rue. Zwierzyniecka et de la cour, salle de répétition dans le bureau). — extension du bâtiment dans le cadre de: le bâtiment de la cour au rez-de-chaussée, premier et deuxième étages avec foyer vitré et un niveau de caves et la construction d’un puits d’ascenseur pour personnes handicapées (bâtiment à l’escalier existant) — construction et reconstruction de l’infrastructure technique existante — démolition du garage et du mur frontalier appartenant à la Philharmonique de Cracovie (en relation avec l’extension du bâtiment à la frontière). Le projet achètera également l’équipement et l’équipement nécessaires pour fonctionner dans de nouvelles conditions d’infrastructure. (French)

Zwierzyniecka 1 in Bezug auf die Anpassung an neue funktionale Lösungen und an die geltenden Regelungen teilweise: Keller – das ganze Erdgeschoss – die gesamte 1. Etage – Balkon der Konzerthalle, der Saal des Balkons der Konzerthalle, Treppen, Fenster, Fenster, Toiletten, Kleiderschränke der Künstler (der „Goldene Saal“ und die Cafeteria sind von der Studie ausgeschlossen), der zweite Stock – Treppen, Fenster, Verwaltungsräume und Toiletten im nördlichen Teil der Front, Aufzug, Teil der Kommunikation und Sozialraum (der Blaue Saal ist von der Studie ausgeschlossen, der administrative Teil von der Straße. Zwierzyniecka und vom Hof, Proberaum im Büro). — Erweiterung des Gebäudes im Rahmen von: das Gebäude des Hofes im Erdgeschoss, im ersten und zweiten Stock mit verglastem Foyer und einer Ebene von Kellern und der Bau eines Aufzugsschacht für Menschen mit Behinderungen (Gebäude zur bestehenden Treppe) – Bau und Wiederaufbau der bestehenden technischen Infrastruktur – Abriss der Garage und Grenzmauer der Krakauer Philharmonie (in Verbindung mit der Erweiterung des Gebäudes an der Grenze). Das Projekt wird auch die Ausrüstung und Ausrüstung kaufen, die für den Betrieb unter neuen Infrastrukturbedingungen erforderlich ist. (German)
