Celem ogólnym projektu jest zwiększenie powszechnego dostępu do wysokiej jakości informacji sektora publicznego ze źródeł nauki pozostających w dyspozycji Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu i Uniwersytetu Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy, a także umożliwienie ich ponownego wykorzystania, poprzez poszerzenie otwartej naukowej bazy źródłowej o 28tys.obiektów cyfrowych i 15tys.nowych elektronicznych opisów bibliograficznych. Baza ta będzie dostępna bez barier w Internecie, zachowane zostaną wszystkie standardy digitalizacji, opisywania dokumentów i upowszechniania. W ramach projektu będą realizowane działania związane z przygotowaniem projektu, procesem digitalizacyjnym (selekcja, konserwacja zachowawcza, skanowanie, przetwarzanie obrazów, przygotowanie metadanych, zabezpieczenie zasobów,upowszechnienie), retrokonwersją, promocją projektu i zarządzaniem.Z uwagi na nieograniczony zasięg rezultatów projektu, możliwe jest zidentyfikowanie odbiorców projektów zarówno w skali regionu, jak i w skali makro. Podstawową grupę docelową stanowią przedstawiciele sektora nauki i dydaktyki w Polsce: pracownicy naukowo-dydaktyczni, doktoranci i studenci. Ponadto projekt skierowany jest do wszystkich osób i podmiotów zainteresowanych korzystaniem z zasobów naukowych, w tym pasjonatów nauki, mieszkańców społeczności lokalnych, obcokrajowców z uwzględnieniem standardów dotyczących interoperacyjności.Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie dwóch największych uczelni publicznych z regionu kujawsko-pomorskiego, tj. przez Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu oraz Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego w Bydgoszczy.Wszystkie zasoby objęte niniejszym projektem będą udostępniane bezpłatnie.Zakres rzeczowy projektu będzie realizowany w okres 01.05.2018 r.-30.04.2021 r. The general objective of the project is to increase universal access to high-quality public sector information from scientific sources at the disposal of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, and to enable their re-use, by extending the open scientific source base by 28 thousand digital objects and 15thousand new electronic bibliographic descriptions. This database will be accessible without barriers on the Internet, all standards of digitisation, document description and dissemination will be maintained. The project will carry out activities related to project preparation, digitisation process (selection, conservative maintenance, scanning, image processing, preparation of metadata, preservation of resources, dissemination), retroconversion, project promotion and management.Due to the unlimited scope of the project results, it is possible to identify project recipients both in the region and on a macro scale. The main target group are representatives of the science and teaching sector in Poland: academics, PhD students and students. In addition, the project is addressed to all persons and entities interested in using scientific resources, including science enthusiasts, residents of local communities, foreigners, taking into account interoperability standards.The project will be implemented in partnership with two major public universities from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region, i.e. the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.All resources covered by this project will be made available free of charge.The scope of the project will be implemented in the period 01.05.2018-30.04.2021. L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître l’accès universel à des informations du secteur public de haute qualité provenant des sources scientifiques mises à la disposition de l’Université Nicolaus Copernicus de Toruń et de l’Université de Kazimierz Wielki à Bydgoszcz, ainsi que de permettre sa réutilisation, en étendant la base de sources scientifiques ouvertes à 28 000 objets numériques et 15 000 nouvelles descriptions bibliographiques électroniques. Cette base de données sera accessible sans obstacles sur Internet, toutes les normes de numérisation, de description et de diffusion des documents seront maintenues. Le projet réalisera des activités liées à la préparation du projet, au processus de numérisation (sélection, maintenance de la conservation, numérisation, traitement des images, préparation des métadonnées, sécurité des ressources, diffusion), à la rétroconversion, à la promotion et à la gestion du projet. Le principal groupe cible est constitué de représentants du secteur de la science et de l’enseignement en Pologne: universitaires, doctorants et étudiants. En outre, le projet s’adresse à toutes les personnes et entités intéressées par l’utilisation des ressources scientifiques, y compris les passionnés de science, les résidents des communautés locales, les étrangers en tenant compte des normes d’interopérabilité. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat entre les deux plus grandes universités publiques de la région de Kujawsko-Pomorskie, à savoir l’université Nicolaus Copernicus de Toruń et l’université de Kazimierz Wielki à Bydgoszcz.Toutes les ressources couvertes par ce projet seront mises à disposition gratuitement. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist es, den universellen Zugang zu hochwertigen Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors aus den Wissenschaftsquellen zu verbessern, die der Nicolaus Copernicus-Universität Toruń und der Universität Kazimierz Wielki in Bydgoszcz zur Verfügung stehen, sowie die Weiterverwendung der Open-Science-Basis um 28.000 digitale Objekte und 15 Tausend neue elektronische bibliographische Beschreibungen. Diese Datenbank wird ohne Hindernisse im Internet zugänglich sein, alle Standards der Digitalisierung, Dokumentenbeschreibung und -verbreitung werden beibehalten. Das Projekt wird Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Projektvorbereitung, dem Digitalisierungsprozess (Auswahl, Erhaltungspflege, Scannen, Bildverarbeitung, Metadatenaufbereitung, Ressourcensicherheit, Verbreitung), Retrokonversion, Projektförderung und -management durchführen. Aufgrund des unbegrenzten Umfangs der Projektergebnisse ist es möglich, Projektempfänger sowohl auf regionaler als auch auf Makroebene zu identifizieren. Die wichtigste Zielgruppe sind Vertreter des Wissenschafts- und Lehrsektors in Polen: Akademiker, Doktoranden und Studenten. Darüber hinaus richtet sich das Projekt an alle Personen und Einrichtungen, die an der Nutzung wissenschaftlicher Ressourcen interessiert sind, darunter Wissenschaftsbegeisterte, Bewohner lokaler Gemeinschaften, Ausländer unter Berücksichtigung von Interoperabilitätsstandards. Das Projekt wird in Partnerschaft zwischen den beiden größten öffentlichen Universitäten der Region Kujawsko-Pomorskie, d. h. der Nicolaus Copernicus-Universität in Toruń und der Universität Kazimierz Wielki in Bydgoszcz, durchgeführt. Alle von diesem Projekt abgedeckten Ressourcen werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Umfang des Projekts wird vom 1. Mai 2018 bis zum 30.4.2021 umgesetzt. (German)
