Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie ilości i poprawę jakości otwartych danych publicznych oraz wzrost ponownego wykorzystywania danych będących w dyspozycji podmiotów publicznych. Jest on kontynuacją i rozwinięciem systemowych działań realizowanych w projekcie Otwarte dane – dostęp, standard, edukacja (OD-DSE). 5 baz partnerów projektu zostanie otwartych przez API. Na dane.gov. pl wprowadzone zostaną narzędzia ułatwiające zarządzanie procesem otwierania danych i jego koordynację. Powstaną raporty z rekomendacjami mające na celu usystematyzowanie i eksperckie wsparcie procesu otwierania danych w urzędach centralnych. Kontynuowane będą działania edukacyjne dla osób zajmujących się na co dzień danymi publicznymi i ich udostępnianiem, poszerzone o tematy bardziej zaawansowane i część praktyczną. Upowszechniane będą informacje dot. potencjału i korzyści danych otwieranych w ramach projektu, portalu dane.gov.pl udostępniającego te dane, a także możliwości ich ponownego wykorzystywania. The project aims to increase the volume and quality of open public data and to increase the re-use of data at the disposal of public bodies. It is a continuation and development of systemic activities implemented in the project Open Data – access, standard, education (OD-DSE). 5 databases of project partners will be opened by API. On data.gov. pl tools will be introduced to facilitate the management and coordination of the process of opening data. There will be reports of recommendations aimed at systematising and expertly supporting the process of opening data in central offices. Educational activities will continue for people who deal with and share public data on a daily basis, extended to more advanced topics and practical aspects. Information on the potential and benefits of data opened within the framework of the project, the data.gov.pl portal that makes these data available, as well as the possibilities of their reuse will be disseminated. Le projet vise à accroître la quantité et la qualité des données publiques ouvertes et à accroître la réutilisation des données à la disposition des entités publiques. Il s’agit de la poursuite et du développement des activités systémiques menées dans le cadre du projet Open Data — Access, Standard, Education (OD-DSE). 5 bases de données des partenaires du projet seront ouvertes par API. Des outils seront introduits sur Data.gov.pl pour faciliter la gestion et la coordination du processus d’ouverture des données. Il y aura des rapports contenant des recommandations visant à systématiser le processus d’ouverture des données dans les bureaux centraux et à les appuyer par des experts. Les activités éducatives à l’intention des personnes qui traitent et échangent quotidiennement des données publiques se poursuivront, y compris des sujets plus avancés et une partie pratique. Des informations sur le potentiel et les avantages des données ouvertes dans le cadre du projet, le portail de données.gov.pl fournissant ces données et les possibilités de réutilisation seront diffusées. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Quantität und Qualität offener öffentlicher Daten zu erhöhen und die Weiterverwendung von Daten, die öffentlichen Stellen zur Verfügung stehen, zu verbessern. Es handelt sich um eine Fortsetzung und Entwicklung von systemischen Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Open Data-Projekts – Access, Standard, Education (OD-DSE). 5 Datenbanken von Projektpartnern werden über API geöffnet. Auf Data.gov.pl werden Instrumente eingeführt, um die Verwaltung und Koordinierung des Dateneröffnungsprozesses zu erleichtern. Es wird Berichte mit Empfehlungen geben, die darauf abzielen, den Prozess der Dateneröffnung in Zentralbüros zu systematisieren und fachmännisch zu unterstützen. Die Bildungsaktivitäten für diejenigen, die sich mit öffentlichen Daten befassen und auf einer täglichen Basis austauschen, werden fortgesetzt, einschließlich fortgeschrittener Themen und eines praktischen Teils. Informationen über das Potenzial und Nutzen der im Rahmen des Projekts eröffneten Daten, das Datenportal.gov.pl, das diese Daten bereitstellt, sowie die Möglichkeiten der Weiterverwendung werden verbreitet.
