W ramach projektu firma Drewdom planuje wdrożyć do produkcji nowe produkty meblowe oparte na nowoczesnych projektach wzorniczych. Do produkcji swoich wyrobów firma chce zastosować innowacje technologiczne w postaci płyt meblowych z klejonki, z okładzinami z drewna zagęszczonego termo-mechanicznie, według patentu SGGW w Warszawie opracowane we współpracy z Wydziałem Technologii Drewna. Płyty meblowe z klejonki, z okładzinami z obłogów zagęszczonych podwyższą właściwości mechaniczne elementów takie jak.twardość, ponadto pozwolą na lepsze wykorzystanie materiału drzewnego i wydłużenie czasu życia mebli. Wyroby meblowe z wykorzystaniem drewna modyfikowanego – zagęszczonego termo-mechanicznie będą nowością w skali europejskiej, żadna firma w Europie nie wytwarza tego typu wyrobów. (Polish)

As part of the project, Drewdom plans to implement new furniture products based on modern design projects. For the production of its products, the company wants to apply technological innovations in the form of furniture panels made of glue, with thermo-mechanically compacted wood linings, according to the SGGW patent in Warsaw developed in cooperation with the Wood Technology Faculty. Furniture boards made of dressings, with thickened cloud linings increase the mechanical properties of components such as.hardness, and will allow for better use of wood material and prolonging the life of furniture. Furniture products using modified wood – concentrated thermo-mechanically will be a novelty on the European scale, no company in Europe produces this type of products. (English)

Dans le cadre du projet, DREWDOM prévoit de mettre en œuvre de nouveaux produits de mobilier basés sur des projets de design moderne. Pour la production de ses produits, l’entreprise veut appliquer des innovations technologiques sous la forme de panneaux de meubles en pansement, avec des doublures en bois thermomécaniquement densifié, selon le brevet de SGGW à Varsovie, développé en coopération avec la Faculté de technologie du bois. Panneaux de meubles en colle, avec revêtement de surfaces épaissies augmentera les propriétés mécaniques d’éléments tels que la dureté, en outre, ils permettront une meilleure utilisation du matériau en bois et augmenteront la durée de vie des meubles. Les produits d’ameublement utilisant du bois modifié — thermomécaniquement densifié seront une nouveauté à l’échelle européenne, aucune entreprise en Europe ne produit de tels produits. (French)

Im Rahmen des Projekts plant DREWDOM, neue Möbelprodukte auf Basis moderner Designprojekte umzusetzen. Für die Herstellung seiner Produkte will das Unternehmen technologische Innovationen in Form von Möbelpaneelen aus der Dressing anwenden, mit Futtern aus thermomechanisch verdichtetem Holz, nach dem Patent der SGGW in Warschau, entwickelt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fakultät für Holztechnologie. Möbelplatten aus Leim, mit Verkleidung von verdickten Oberflächen werden die mechanischen Eigenschaften von Elementen wie Härte erhöhen, zusätzlich werden sie eine bessere Nutzung des Holzmaterials ermöglichen und die Lebensdauer der Möbel erhöhen. Möbelprodukte mit modifiziertem Holz – thermomechanisch verdichtet werden eine Neuheit im europäischen Maßstab sein, kein Unternehmen in Europa produziert solche Produkte. (German)
