Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie kompetencji cyfrowych mieszkańców woj. lubelskiego i podkarpackiego oraz zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania e-usług. Projekt obejmuje 8036 os. dorosłych, w tym 402 os. z niepełnosprawnościami (w tym 40 os. ze specjalnymi potrzebami szkoleniowymi). Przy organizacji konkursu grantowego realizatorzy wykorzystają Fora Samorządowe działające przy liderze projektu, skupiające w obu woj. kilkuset urzędników z wielu gmin (m.in. Forum Skarbników, Forum Sekretarzy, Forum Pomocy Społecznej, Forum Oświaty Samorządowej, itp. – łącznie 14 Forów w obu woj. Te oryginalne zasoby stanowią wartość dodaną projektu i pozwolą w krótkim czasie skutecznie przeprowadzić procedurę grantową, a w dalszej kolejności rekrutację instruktorów i uczestników poszczególnych modułów w gminach. Zakłada się że średnio 82% uczestn. nabędzie lub rozwinie kompetencje cyfrowe w wyniku udzielonego wsparcia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the digital competence of inhabitants of Lublin and Podkarpackie Voivodeships and to increase the use of e-services. The project covers 8036 adults, including 402 people with disabilities (including 40 people with special training needs). In organising the grant competition, the developers will use Local Government Forums operating at the project leader, bringing together several hundred officials from many municipalities in the two voivodships (e.g. Forum Treasurers, Forum of Secretaries, Social Assistance Forum, Local Government Education Forum, etc. — a total of 14 Forów in both voivodships. These original resources represent the added value of the project and will allow the grant procedure to be carried out effectively in the short term, followed by the recruitment of instructors and participants of individual modules in municipalities. On average, 82 % of participants are expected to acquire or develop digital competence as a result of the support provided. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les compétences numériques des habitants des provinces de Lubelskie et Podkarpackie et d’accroître l’utilisation des services en ligne. Le projet comprend 8036 adultes, dont 402 personnes handicapées (dont 40 personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux en matière de formation). Lors de l’organisation du concours de subventions, les promoteurs utiliseront les Forums des collectivités locales opérant au chef de projet, rassemblant dans les deux voïvodies plusieurs centaines de fonctionnaires de nombreuses municipalités (p. ex. Forum des trésoriers, Forum des secrétaires, Forum de la protection sociale, Forum sur l’éducation des collectivités locales, etc. — un total de 14 forums dans les deux voïvodies. Ces ressources originales représentent la valeur ajoutée du projet et permettront la mise en œuvre de la procédure de subvention dans un court laps de temps, suivie par le recrutement d’instructeurs et de participants aux différents modules dans les communes. En moyenne, 82 % des participants devraient acquérir ou développer des compétences numériques grâce à l’aide fournie. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die digitalen Kompetenzen der Einwohner der Provinzen Lubelskie und Podkarpackie zu stärken und die Nutzung elektronischer Dienste zu erhöhen. Das Projekt umfasst 8036 Erwachsene, darunter 402 Menschen mit Behinderungen (darunter 40 Personen mit besonderen Ausbildungsbedürfnissen). Bei der Organisation des Zuschusswettbewerbs werden die Entwickler die lokalen Regierungsforen nutzen, die beim Projektleiter tätig sind und in beiden Woiwodschaften mehrere hundert Beamte aus vielen Gemeinden zusammenbringen (z. Forum der Schatzmeister, Forum der Sekretäre, Soziales Forum, lokales Bildungsforum usw. — insgesamt 14 Foren in beiden Woiwodschaften. Diese ursprünglichen Ressourcen stellen den Mehrwert des Projekts dar und ermöglichen die Durchführung des Zuschussverfahrens in kurzer Zeit, gefolgt von der Einstellung von Ausbildern und Teilnehmern an den verschiedenen Modulen in den Gemeinden. Durchschnittlich 82 % der Teilnehmer sollen aufgrund der Unterstützung digitale Kompetenzen erwerben oder ausbauen. (German)
