Planowane przedsięwzięcie będzie zlokalizowane na terenie miasta Ustka (ul. Polna, ul. Wiejska), w jego południowej części, gmina Ustka, powiat słupski na działkach o numerach ewidencyjnych 906/44, 906/45, 906/76 obręb 0001_Ustka. Łączna powierzchnia terenów przeznaczonych pod inwestycje wynosi 0,961 ha. W fazie realizacji Projektu Beneficjentem będzie ZGK Sp. z o.o. w Ustce, spółką z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, w której 100% udziałów posiada Gmina Miasto Ustka. Operatorem w fazie eksploatacji będzie również ZGK Sp. z o.o. w Ustce, któremu w trybie bezprzetargowym na podstawie wieloletniej umowy wykonawczej zostanie powierzone zadanie z zakresu realizacji zadania własnego Gminy Miasta Ustka w zakresie prowadzenia PSZOK’a. Pełnoprawnym właścicielem majątku zrealizowanego w ramach Projektu „Budowa kompleksu wspomagającego proces selektywnie odebranych i zebranych odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK) w Ustce” będzie ZGK Sp. z o.o. w Ustce. Teren gminy miejskiej Ustka w 2015 roku zamieszkiwało 15 933 osób. Planowany do rozbudowy PSZOK będzie przeznaczony do obsługi wszystkich mieszkańców miasta. Planowany PSZOK będzie obsługiwał ok. 16 tys mieszkańców (15 933) co stanowi ok. 5,9% liczby mieszkańców w regionie gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi (region zachodni). W pierwszym pełnym roku kalendarzowym po zakończeniu realizacji projektu będzie zagospodarowywane ok. 1500 Mg odpadów co daje ok. 20,7% całości wytwarzanych odpadów komunalnych. (Polish)

In the project phase, the beneficiary will be ZGK Sp. z o.o. in Ustka, a limited liability company, in which the Municipality of Ustka owns 100 % of the shares. The operator in the operating phase will also be ZGK Sp. z o.o. in Ustka, to which, on the basis of a long-standing executive agreement, the task of carrying out its own task of the Municipality of Ustka will be entrusted with the management of the PSZOK. The full owner of the assets realised under the Project “Building complex supporting the process of selectively collected and collected municipal waste (PSZOK) in Ustka” will be ZGK Sp.o.o. In 2015, the municipality of Ustka had a population of 15,933. The planned extension of the PSZOK will be designed to serve all residents of the city. The planned PSZOK will handle approx. 16, inhabitants (15 933), which is approx. 5.9 % of the population in the municipal waste management region (Western Region). Le projet prévu sera situé dans la ville d’Ustka (ul. Polna, St. Village), dans sa partie sud, la commune d’Ustka, district de Pyramide sur des parcelles cadastrales numéro 906/44, 906/45, 906/76 zone 0001_Ustka. La superficie totale de la zone d’investissement est de 0,961 ha. Au cours de la phase de mise en œuvre du projet, le bénéficiaire sera ZGK Sp. z o.o. à Ustka, une société à responsabilité limitée dans laquelle 100 % des actions sont détenues par la municipalité de la ville d’Ustka. L’opérateur pendant la phase d’exploitation sera également ZGK Sp. z o.o. à Ustka, qui sera chargé, en mode non-appel d’offres sur la base d’un accord de mise en œuvre pluriannuel, la tâche de remplir la tâche de la municipalité d’Ustka dans la zone de fonctionnement PSZOK. Dorf), in seinem südlichen Teil, die Gemeinde Ustka, Pyramid Bezirk auf Parzellen mit Katasternummern 906/44, 906/45, 906/76 Fläche 0001_Ustka. Die Gesamtfläche der Investitionsfläche beträgt 0,961 ha. In der Durchführungsphase des Projekts wird der Begünstigte die ZGK Sp. z o.o. in Ustka sein, eine Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, an der 100 % der Anteile von der Stadt Ustka gehalten werden. Betreiber während der Nutzungsphase ist auch die ZGK Sp. z o.o. in Ustka, die auf der Grundlage einer mehrjährigen Umsetzungsvereinbarung im Nicht-Ausschreibungsmodus mit der Aufgabe betraut wird, die Aufgabe der Gemeinde Ustka im laufenden PSZOK zu erfüllen. Der volle Eigentümer der im Rahmen des Projekts „Konstruktion eines Komplexes zur Unterstützung des Prozesses selektiv gesammelter Siedlungsabfälle (PSZOK) in Ustka“ realisierten Grundstücke wird ZGK Sp. z o.o. in Ustka sein. Im Jahr 2015 hatte die Gemeinde Ustka 15.933 Einwohner. Geplant für den Ausbau wird PSZOK für alle Bewohner der Stadt konzipiert werden. Die geplante PSZOK wird ca. 16 Tausend Einwohner (15 933), das ist ca. % Der Bevölkerung in der kommunalen Abfallwirtschaftsregion (westliche Region).
